Order cancelled online, so no discount. Went into shop to order. Got home, order mostly wrong. No free wings for spending over £45. Bag with prawn crackers, literally 6 prawn crackers. Curry sauce which we didn't order. Thick layer of oil sitting on top. A dish that we didn't order bulked out with more than half of it being big mushrooms. Only good thing was the HK chips.

Prices feel high but that’s the way nowadays. The call handler was perfect I had some requirements and I have done that job and it can be a nightmare but she was so patient and polite so 10/10 there. Also want to add the owner is great he does anything you ask whether that’s for extra spicy or whatnot. Most places don’t like when you ask for certain things to be done a certain way but this guy seems to like it. Goes above and beyond to make things the way you want it. 10/10.

We ordered at 6pm and our food finally arrived at 8:30pm even though the restaurant is only 10 minutes down the road. We never got a 'sorry it's late' or 'hope you have a good evening' just handed us the food and left. Our rice wasn't in our order and they wouldn't deliver it or give us our money back for the rice. The food was decent, slightly cold by the time it got to us and i wouldn't say it's worth the wait. If you want your food for 5pm, order at 2pm and maybe you'll be lucky to get it by 5, only maybe. But there is no guarantee you will get all your food, so maybe order at 1pm and then it will be ready for 5pm and they won't forget anything. Oh wait, if you want it delivered to your place, maybe order at lunchtime or midday so it will be there by 5pm. The food was nice though 👍

Ordered at 6, delivered at 8. App said driver was on their way by 6.30 & delivered by 7! Ordered a “combo” just came with rice. If you are that busy because it’s the bank holiday, stop taking orders. Normally a good service, badly let down this evening.

Worst takeaway I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few! Arrived over an hour late. Staff not helpful, not even hey sorry your order is late but we will make sure it’s good! Good tasteless and cold. Not sure how you can charge for this food.

Ordered a take away from the dragon way last night worst food ever also was missing a Fried rice so phoned up and was advised that they did give us it but they didn’t. Won’t be back

Order from this place at 11:03pm and food got delivered about 12:13am and they gave us all the wrong food 😡😡

Very disappointing,the food is always amazing but two items were missing and have been left without a meal. Phoned and very polite lady but felt the need to justify that our items were missing and they were not willing to give us them.

Ordered via just eat. Waited 2 hours and after delivery time being changed called to find out what was going on. Told very busy most waiting "an hour and a half" Driver just left "1 minute ago" Man on the phone was not understanding at all. Will not be back to this place ever

Ok, I need to post new review. I order food through app and delivery was late almost 2 hours but I have to say that food was very tasty.

Swung in to grab a takeaway for sitting with before we busses home and can't complain, decent sized boxes and pretty good value for money with a lot of options, got the HK chilli chips and Garlic Chicken Noodles, Noodles were a bit of a mixed mess but tasted damn good and came in a massive portion and the chips were gorgeous, heard delivery times can be difficult but we had nothing to fault from going in to order.

Was delivered ten minutia’s before the given time slot, food was amazing. All cooked to perfection. Happy together box fed 2 adults a child & a baby

DO NOT ORED ONLINE!!!!! Placed an online order took 15 mins before communicating that the order has been cancelled and money REFUNDED. Will not be purchasing or recommeding this business NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Really good food with excellent consideration for coeliacs. Just let them know when you order.

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting £20 on some basic dishes that you usually can’t get wrong. Pale, tasteless (not an exaggeration) and greasy. The fried rice hadn’t even been threatened with a wok let alone been anywhere near one.

I feel terrible posting, but this meal was so awful tonight Im trying to prevent people parting with their hard earned cash for this rot.

Food is generally good paying £2.77 for a pot of curry sauce that will turn up lumpy isn’t worth it. The driver that delivered to me told me my buzzer was broken and in fact my buzzer wasn’t broken he must’ve kept pressing the wrong button then seemed frustrated when he finally came to my door.

Worst food ever ordered a special fried rice had 2 prawns 3 bits off chicken and then rest was rice rip off for £7:85 then ordered special curry looked like it done in microwave and tipped into the tray curry sauce was lumpy

Food is relatively nice but service is horrific. You wait hours and hours for your order and when you try to phone to complain you just get told it’s on its way which then takes ages again. Also had a couple of wrong orders. Has definitely went downhill in the past year or two.

Do not order from his Chinese takea Delivery is awful, three hours with phone calls every hour and excuses for late delivery, this happens every time we order they are always late and dont care whether they deliver at 7.30 pm or 10.30pm. If you call you get a excuses. Worst chinese in East lothian

Two and half hours for delivery on a Tuesday night which was meant to be between 30-40 mins, bit of a difference I think! I asked for updates twice and each time it was put back a further 40 mins. Ordered Singapore noodles with no prawns due to a family members allergy and was completely ignored as the dish had prawns in it. Thankfully I noticed when I was dishing the food out. Chips were cold and soggy and the rice was over cooked. It did come in a nice box, just a shame the food was rubbish and no regards for allergy sufferers. Would not recommend even if you're starving!

Very disappointed. Kids nuggets menu came 3 nuggets and pack of fries. Honestly 3 nuggets? We ordered chicken and beef curry. Get 2 beef curry. Did I said beef? It supposed to be called onion curry. I ordered a very simple dish an onion currie with fried rice 2 days ago delivery was quick but not even an hr afterwards I had the most horrid pains in my tummy. I ended up bein up till 4am in morning with sickness n diarrhea I felt so ill. Even the prawn crackers wer rubbish very greasy. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting 🤢🤢

Food is absolutely vile waited over 1 hour on delivery to food tasting like dishwasher to then be told i would be refunded .dp not order from this takeaway the kitchen is beru dirty amd the food is undercooked and cold

2hour wait for the food to arrive, non of their phones were working.(also happened last time) the food arrived supposed to be chicken fried rice was more like boiled chicken and rice the food was very bland. Such a shame used to be really good.

Food was good but delivery took a lot lknger than stated..

I had previously ordered from this company and was disappointed as part of my order missing and it was late. However I would say the food is good quality (mum said it was the best beef she ever had!) and it was hot and plentiful. They actually came round a few days later to apologise and offer a gift voucher which I thought was a really nice touch so we will definitely give them another go!

An amazing meal tonight 😋 everyone said the food was delicious. We had the Hong Kong crispy chili chips they were awesome and the shredded honey chicken was also so tasty. Everything was perfect thanks !

Got food from here ,waited 45 minutes, Got a munchies box the chicken was pink and the noodles tasted weird, Curry sauce was lumpy,And never got a bottle of juice as it said juice, The Chips were meant to be Chilli chips they came as Salt and pepper chips, Absolutely Disgusting, Wouldn't order from here agian

Best Chinese in East Lothian, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend the Malaysian king prawns and the chilli salt chicken.

Massive disappointment ordered over £25 worth of food from here. Couldn’t eat anything was absolutely disgusting. This used to be a brilliant restaurant/take away. Avoiding at all times now.

A great find along the coastal route. Delicious beef with ginger and Lar Chee chicken. Definitely will be stopping off here again!

40 min late after an hours wait to begin with, phoned shop said it was on it's way 20min after that the driver phones to ask if I was going to be in considering I've been in all day,he said he going to another drop off then coming back to me, eh naw that would be an hour on top off the original time to get soggy chips and luke warm chicken, and he went to a different number,not my fault the shop didn't put right number on order, another customer they've lost, and driver very rude on phone shocking service

Food is excellent and you can bring your own drink. Caters for large parties and has a mini pool table and consoles for kids to play on and karaoke for later

Used to be good until recently, have put the prices up and the quality has rapidly gone down hill, would never serve half the dried out burnt food they do, sorry you've had your 4th,5th and 6th chances, time for a change!!

We were at this restaurant earlier and the service was shocking which led to my partner and I walking out the staff didn’t have any manners either and did not even apologise for the delay in our starter which she could not get right and which we didn’t wait any longer for we used to go this place quite a lot with the family but unfortunately we won’t be back in a hurry .

Good quality not that great. Phone orders never ready for collection.

Used to be great. Delivery times are shockingly bad. 4 out of 5 orders there has been something wrong. Whenever you call to ask why its late or wrong they are usually quite rude. All prices seemed to go up drastically all off a sudden with the quality going down. Only reason it got that second star is because although rude when you complain they do try to fix it.

Best Chinese in prestonpans. The prices are cheap sitting in and taking away. Always brilliant deals check out the munchie boxes or meals for two

Terrible.. we went in at 5 and they were so slow inbetween courses we had to rush them at quater past 7 for dessert and then they could not even be bothered to make banana fritters defo won't be back

Good service both on the phone and inside. Great atmosphere inside at the restraunt aswell. Food is class aswell and not overpriced. Everything you want from the local Chinese!
