Great quality, Great quantity !!

ordered hash browns and received waffle fries when I don’t like waffle fries and my order is freezing cold

Ohh absolute sandwich heavan,the footlong chicken teriyaki with cheese&onion,mmmm

the side was just a wrap with very little inside so definitely not impressed

Delivery was great, food was terrible, baguette was soggy and inedible, binned the lot

They forgot part of my order which was my waffle fries but the rest was good.

The staff at Subway Musselburgh are welcoming, friendly, and amazing at handling the food, especially with my coeliac disease. They are great for people with allergies and intolerances.

Ordered the meal deal footlong only 6inch came and wasn’t even toasted when asked for it toasted

hot, fresh, full of meat and vegetables sandwiches. meatballs are so good I just adding them to tomato sauce for dinner. love this bramch

well for the first time out of numberous orders they have made a boo boo, ordered a meatball sub, with no cheese. turned up with cheese so couldn't eat it, no point on reordering as I lost my appetite

Couldn't find a driver for 3 hours then marked my order as delivered. I know it's Christmas Eve so I understand finding a driver might be harder than usual but why did you mark it delivered instead of cancelling it?

Order was missing both drinks and cookies from the meals. No option to submit that these are missing, only the full meal can be selected

Happy with delivery and also the guality and presentation of food in Musselburgh subway are fabulous.

I’m not even sure it deserves one star. Absolutely shocking service from a deliveroo order which was completely wrong and they weren’t willing to send the right order. 10 days for a refund too. Both rolls we received were disgusting thrown together.

well once just eat driver is out the way Musselburgh subway is my no1 subway in Edinburgh area. always give what I order and food is fresh 😋 tasty. I been let down by other places but never by Musselburgh

Asked for no sauce on sub and they still added it. Staff clearly don't care enough to read the notes on tickets. Ruined my lunch.

I love Subway when I go to the shop but whenever I order a delivery, there is something wrong with the order EVERY SINGLE TIME - Items missing or wrong items sent or just not paying attention to the order whatsoever. Happens at both Subway Musselburgh and ASDA.

Shocking way to send a subway out.. the bread was absolutely solid.. My son barely ate his. The pepperoni slice, understand that was free but that never even got eaten, it was upside down and cheese sauce and pepperoni slices there all stuck to the box !

what a big let down on just eat ! I paid tip delivery service charge and they don't want to refund me it!!!! my Musselburgh place is good my order is there but delivery guy didn't bother to do properly job!!! it's just eat delivery driver I'm disappointed.

restaurant done amazing job with sandwiches and preparing gluten free version ( packed separately). driver was nice, friendly and made an effort to find right home food came nice hot. absolutely amazing service 👏

Food was cold due to my cold juice being put in same bag while out for delivery cold and soggy not good

Took an hour just for the order to be moved from confirmed to processing - tried to cancel after 45 minutes for it to say I’d still be charged. Delivery driver asked for code which had not been sent to me therefore took longer and food ended up being cold and soggy.

The waffle fries came cold and were really wet? the footlong wasn’t cut in half usually is cut in hf.

The one thing that was missing from my order was my dipping sauce for my turkey and cheese footlong dipper

Delivery Driver didn’t know where he was going and by the time I got my food not only was it cold it was all soggy and soft due to the heat & condensation. It literally all went in the bin what a waste. So unhappy.

Cold “hot” sides. All sauces forgotten. Drived didn’t have bag to keep food hot

Absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect, and everything I ordered arrived for once, including the dips! This is the only Subway branch I've had such impeccable service from. Superb.

wrong order, I wanted chicken only with corn and I got tomato, cucumber and pickled. I don't like such things. two rolls arrived as ordered. unfortunately one of them has been changed. I am allergic to tomatoes. If there is no corn, do not give things that are not selected from the options and do not add anything to those who do not order the basket. thank you for the money spent for nothing and not eating, very dissatisfied.

although everything was tasty the tub of meatballs didn't have any cheese on top which stayed on the menu

I like Subway because the food is always fresh! Just one gentle reminder to the guys making the sandwich: please read what we want in our sandwiches. My husband hates cucumber and therefore I made sure that there was no cucumber in his order. When it arrived it was loaded with cucumber. Not a big deal but it would be better if it wasn't there. Apart from that I still love subway and will order again as it's delicious and always comes on time!!

I just went inside and had a look to see what fillings they still had as the store was due to close in 30 minutes. i then sat down and went to order on the app, and after me sitting down for no longer than 30 seconds, the girl behind the counter said to me with so much attitude that i’m not allowed to sit in unless i order, and i informed her that i was ordering on the app. she then repeated herself with the a really nasty attitude and gave me a dirty look. i left and took my business elsewhere.

the wedges that i ordered were completely fine but then when i opened the foot long is was cold this isnt the first time ive had cold food from just eat this has happened to me before from occasional restraints and i would like to have a complete free refund for my inconvenience and money spent on my food

Edit. I have put one star due atmosphere I felt today was uncomfortable. The staff were talking loudly about bariatric surgery a "friend" had with an uber eats driver. As a person who has went through this surgery I didn't need to hear the things they were saying, nor do I think it's professional to discuss those things, especially across the counter in a food establishment. Also the disabled toilets were out of order with no display sign and caused distress for my daughter, luckily one kind employee pointed me in the direction of the public toilets. Original post. Food. Pretty good. Service slow. Atmosphere... Roasting. Get a fan.

The sandwich was great but unfortunately they gave me both the wrong crisps and cookie. Dissappointed.
