The best restaurants in Falkirk Central Scotland

Visited for my wifes birthday while on break in Scotland. Pre booked prior to visit and was kept updated with Emails including a reminder day before so I found that great help and relaxed the table secure. On arriving lovely greeting along with asking if any food allergies great start. We ordered steak meal and BBQ chicken meal and both excellent . Waitress was lovely ,polite and helpful. We engaged in a sweet my wife had the Strawberry Pavlova Sundae which was lovely and she really enjoyed. I had the Tiramsu and to be honest was disappointed to very small portion and flavour was sadly very lacking. However overall excellent and we will certainly revisit in the future . Food very poor. Came out cold only thing that was warm was the eggs so it’s been sat on the pass. Things missing from menu. Staff seem unhappy you pay £ 1.79 and get half a pot of peppered sauce.

Can't believe I hadn't tried this gem of a restaurant before! The surrounding, food and service were outstanding!! Fabulous family restaurant, can't wait to return for more 😀

A large pub restaurant alongside The Premier Inn. We arrived and were asked to wait thirty minutes although the restaurant was almost empty. We were told they were serving four tables already. The food was typical pub food and not particularly good. The restaurant was quite cold. On the plus side we were served by a very pleasant young waitress. On leaving we were told they had only opened the day previously.

I did not enjoy the experience. I complained ( perhaps incorrectly) that my steak was undercooked. I was embarrassed by the experience. I won’t be back. Very poor hospitality.

The food was Great . The staf was polite and helpful. The place was brigth which was good for my dad who is nearly blind. Good for kids. Will be back.

I have been here many of times. I walk to here probably twice a month and have a mocha, or a cold drink. I've also ordered food here. Staff are polite, courteous and the food is really good and everything is so well priced. In a beautiful location. I will always enjoy coming here. Happy to tip too!

Stopped here for a pit stop before visiting family. The restaurant was clean and inviting, so have been back a few times. Every time, clean, and the food is plentiful and always roasting hot. The staff are exceptional, very polite, friendly, and nothing is ever any trouble to them. So enjoyable. Well done Benny Ts. 😊

So much about here is really good but a few things let it down. Most of the staff are lovely but there is one lady who is rude and patronising. Has a terrible habit of scowling, being negative and unhelpful and then calls you “hunny”. Service can be slow and food can take a while when busy but everything is cooked to order and delicious when it arrives. Toilets are tiny and wash hand basins difficult to use. On the whole well worth a visit and fingers crossed that one of the lovely friendly staff members serves you.

Usually very good, but food was cold. Chips had clearly been sitting for a while. Macaroni was cold too.

Tried out Honeycomb Ice Cream - It was delicious!!!! Everytime we visit - they never disappoint with food! Try and visit!!!

Waiting for meals for over 30 minutes. Other tables served. Meal obviously warmed up, hot outside, cold inside. Returned meal, refund issued, did not require any replacement meal. Soft drinks ordered and arrived just before we left. Issues with time waiting on bill

Nice clean restaurant good menu food was lovely and hot Attentive staff and child friendly toilets were clean with hot water

I had mac and cheese and enjoyed it but it did not agree with my stomach. Lack of staff considering tables were full,staff were friendly
