It's that Pumpkin Spice time of year!!! PS Latte and PS Chai Latte's all-round!!! Schlurp!

The design of the place is like a cold warehouse. Lots of staff but they are slow and the majority have a terrible attitude. They prefer chatting between themselves rather than make the drinks. I wouldn't recommend tbh

the food and drinks are good. had to wait about 8 minutes for my friends drink as the place was quite busy with only a few staff. they were nice though.

Been in a few times but doubt I'll be back. An hour before closing there are no cakes, muffins etc available (all boxed up) and god forbid you ask for anything but a standard coffee, the attitude from the majority of the female staff is awful. Really off-putting and very unwelcoming.

Didn't think it was sumwear parents take screaming kids not nice place to sit and enjoy will not be back

Great place to relax for a coffee, parking is a problem when it is busy, allows dogs into the premises, not a problem, very friendly.

The women working the tills were very negative and felt the need to correct the way I said my order even though I said it the way everyone else says it and she practically shouted at my boyfriend in a very moody tone asking if he wanted anything. He genuinely jumped because he wasn't expecting to be shouted at in what is usually a very n.

Just the usual coffee shop experience mocha is excellent

Nice Starbucks, lots of space. Car park gets busy but always found a space.

I found this place good for a coffee, but it was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and helpful i didn't have anything to eat but I still would recommend this place

Coffee was nice, staff were very friendly.

Very cozy place. I like the wee cups they sell! Food is usually quite good and service is alright. It can be quite crowded at times. Its good for people that needs to get a job done. I honestly quite like the breakfast bars because you dont have to walk from the other side of the coffee shop.

Let down a little by the lack of seating

Not a fan of Starbucks. Only went to pass the time when my car was in the garage otherwise I wouldn't have went.

First time visiting this store, very clean and well presented. It was late evening when we arrived so wasn’t busy at all. Friendly staff

It's a large space that is not conducive of having a conversation if the establishment is busy. Drinks were slow to be produced, but sort of expected for custom drinks.

Can be very busy, car park is really small so recommend parking in the retail park and walk across as its a short distance. Just like all starbucks with menu and quality, brilliant friendly staff. A regular here and always great.

Staff are always super friendly

Stopped in for a couple of muffins. They were very fresh, the staff were very friendly. The store was very clean and well set up. Very inviting.

Waiting for our coffees having given a name to no avail because drinks were put down ready but we had to physically check which were our coffees . I thought that this was a couldn't care less attitude .

Good experience but no drive through

Had a slight problem months ago with Costa( across the road) letting dogs in, now there is a sign up. Well! What happened in Starbucks- the same (sneezing for hours) staff were more attentive to the dogs than orders, hope they washed their hands before serving people who suffer( didn't enjoy my coffee) happened again yesterday- can someone explain the dog thing? Costas has been told- Starbucks please answer, or your losing business- massive grey area🤯🤯🤯

I use here almost every day staffs are amazing especially Joe, the way he serve speak and treat you so polite. Thank you Joe and amazing team.

A but empty as weather outside was marvellous

I had never been to a Starbucks before but decided to try it yesterday I was confused and nervous but the staff made me feel so welcome and helped explain things to me they were all so sweet.I decided to come in again today on my birthday the girl at the counter was so sweet and nice, She made me feel welcome and comfortable. When I got my latte there was pretty letters "happy birthday❤️" this made my day the girls there are lovely. 10/10 cannot recommend enough those girls were brilliant.

Staff are absolutely miserable, and therefore it feels standoffish and almost hostile. Drink was fine but I dread using this Starbucks strictly due to the staff morale!

Not a drive thru- despite asking Google to take us to a drive thru! Starbucks gets 4 stars (nuked pain au Chocolat was very chewy!) Google gets 2 stars …. Average 3

Just popped in for hot drinks. Lovely spacious building, but surprisingly limited seating. As always the good service you expect from Starbucks.

Was served 2 lovely ladies - Katie and Shannon . They were so accommodating and welcoming helping me order my very long Order . Got my iced latte and it was beautifully made would defo come again .

If you’re in FALKIRK and you like yourself a Starbucks then oh boy this is going to be right up your street, both literally and figuratively. I may be young at heart, but I know what I’m saying.

First time coming in here & we were very happy with our visit. Clean with pleasant staff.

I pop by once a week and currently get a chai tea w/oat milk. The staff have all been lovely and I am particularly impressed when the tall chap remembers my latest order, even if I haven't seen him in over a month. He is also very friendly and engaging, I feel him and the chap with the curly black hair go the extra mile and I always appreciate that, their manner is relaxed and despite it getting very busy at times they cope well with the extra pressure it inevitably adds. Toilets are always clean, tables aren't the quickest to get cleared, but that doesn't put me off. Dog friendly too, which is a bonus. I love

Just lack of parking spaces directly outside the store when busy, but bare in mind it is in a retail park so there are spaces are this business

Nice, friendly, staff and great coffee

Nice local Starbucks, with a great friendly staff, plenty of seating, could be loads more but it's a bit of a weird layout. Dog friendly which is brilliant, really makes a difference. Lost a star because my coffee has been wrong on four different occasions, not wrong as in it hasn't got enough crema or the swirl is in the wrong direction - I got a cup of hot water, with milk added, lol 4 times, twice I was half way home with and couldn't get it swapped- no idea why it keeps happening, but its a bit of a running joke now. There's Vegan cakes available and they're nice. But there's not alot of choice and only on limited occasions (like Veganuary) The Beyond Meat Vegan breakfast roll thing is ludicrously expensive.

My first time in a Starbucks, coffee was delicious and a good atmosphere.

I went into this large chain of cafés on Friday 24the Feb 2023 at around 3pm & he asked me my name & i've never had that happen b4 SO i complied & said Jim & he said that he would shout me when the coffee was ready. I paid for my slice of 🍋 cake the regular Lattie £6.80 i think it was & sat down at a table & NIBBLED AWAY at my lemon cake. Eventually my name got shouted out & i went & WADDLED back with my mug of coffee. After taking a few sips of it i couldn't tell what I was drinking - no taste tasted just like hot milk. He - Zandra - gr8 pleasent guy came round clearing the tables & i told him, what i thought of his - [well Starbucks coffee] & also when i go into Costa's or cafe Nero i don't have to give out my name for a coffee & wait ages for it coming & because I told him the coffee was tasteless he said he would make a fresh one & put 3 shots in it, which he did & even brought it to my table & it had a lovely coffee taste from it 👍 ☕ & that got me thinking 🤔 further - what if I was deaf or even DEEF❓

Good coffee and snacks, staff keep forgetting a cup sleeve to hold hot cups.

Lovely coffee shop with very friendly staff and good choice of food. Great location and plenty of disabled parking which is good for my wheelchair bound Dad. Toilets always spotless which is rare these days. Definitely worth a visit when in Falkirk.

My favourite Starbucks store to visit with my son! The baristas are always very friendly, the cafe has a nice layout and displays always look great. Today we were served by Alex and Joe and they were both great. Joe got my coffee just perfect. Great job guys :)

Visited establishment on Boxing Day, 90% of empty tables were full of dirty dishes. Ordered 2 lattes for sitting in, sat down at dirty table with dishes and eventually had to ask to have it cleaned. Received my coffees in paper cups, I asked why no crockery and they told me they had ran out of cups. Can you believe it, the place was a midden because nobody was cleaning the tables or crockery. Needs new management and or staff.

I've never been here, but anytime I've had a coffee from Starbucks it tastes like dishwater and is crazy expensive. Hate staff having to pretend to be my friend, which is part of their staff rules in other countries so probably applies here too.

Pestered by the kids for some fancy strawberry,coconut iced drink that they heard about on tickey talky . Won't fall for that again they cost an arm and a leg and they didn't even finish them .

Absolutely outstanding service. If i could give 10 stars i would of, The staff, The atmosphere and the efficiency unmatched. Quick service from a lovely team special mention to Adam, Niamh and Joe they made a chocolate chip frappe straight from the heavens as if Jesus himself was reincarnated and done it. Couldn’t fault a single detail of my experience and definitely recommend this starbucks over any other :)

This is my favourite place for my daily coffees! The staff are amazing! They really go out of their way to give the best service and always look after me and my dogs when we come in! Special shout out to Niamh today who made my usual coffees for me when she saw me in the queue and brought them to me! That’s 5 star service right there! Also Adam, Joe, Haley, Abbie and all the rest of the team (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten everyone’s names) are just incredible. They’re a huge credit to your company Starbucks! I ordered chocolate chip frappe and it was nice.

Had a caramel Macchiato and it was fab! Would go back ☺️

This is the second time I have visited and the cappuccino is half full in the cup. I am quite aware a cappuccino has a frothy top but this is not right. We are paying for half a cup of coffee. We will not be back very poor value for money.

Hot chocolate made with hot water. No chance. Pathetic. If I wanted hot water I would have made it at home. All the chocolate at the bottom in a cake of the cup.

Pleasant surroundings.Staff friendly. Lovely strong coffee. Good selection of cakes and pastries. Only negative, I like dogs but I don't agree having them in cafes,unless for medical reasons. Been in twice,and both times there has been 4 dogs in,and none for health reasons.

Absolutely no atmosphere and the cathedral style windows looking out onto the retail car park don't help with the 'ambience' (or dire lack thereof) that this homoginized and very odd pod of a place emenates...

Staffs are abrupt and slow. Served cake and drinks without a spoon.

Place was busy when we entered but no one at the till area. Me and my friend stood to have a look at the very quick changing menu..for who I think was the manager to shout to us that the queue was the other side..when there was literally no one else there. They weren't clearing tables when people were leaving, the 1 bin in the establishment was overflowing and the brownie was dryer than a nuns hoohaa. 0/10 would reccomend.

Visited today and noticed 2 big dogs in the shop with a guy on his laptop. They were not guide dogs. Instead of challenging this the staff offered the dogs a drink of water in same mugs humans drink coffee out of. Absolutely disgusting. I get that this is okay for some people but not for everyone!

Falkirk new] Starbucks was clean, friendly, and excellent service. Was served quickly and found seats easily. ⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Took over 25 minutes from standing in line to getting drink to go. Couple of options on menu not available so felt like it would have been waste to leave after queuing for so long. Several customers who had been in queue behind me got their drinks first.

First time here, yesterday, was served by a lovely young man Joe on his badge, friendly, nice atmosphere and clean. Food and coffee very good. I will visit again.

I appreciate this place has just not long opened, however I have been here multiple times and the drinks are too inconsistent. Bit of a bit or miss, usually a miss.

Terrible visit today. Tables were filthy, had to ask a member of staff to clear stuff away from previous customer. They never even wiped the table. Unstaffed, dirty, filthy. Will not be back, wish I had went some where else. Only gave 1 star cause was not the option to give none
