Really nice cup of coffee. One day I had a Pan au Chocolate and one day I had the Almond Croissant. Both were light and fluffy and huge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I felt relaxed. The cafe was very busy so be preapared to wait. It is worth it.

Just one turn away from the Main Street a nice little shop. We had Crepes of the day with cheese meatballs and Panini. Nice people there, families with children and grandma.

Always something different to enjoy on a lovely menu. The homemade soup is delicious as is everything else. All the food is fresh and tasty. Recommend this place to anyone visiting Hawick

Absolutely outstanding! We hosted our daughter’s Christening at The East End Fox on Sunday 17th and we couldn’t be anymore complimentary. From the team, to the food, to the drinks to the atmosphere it was perfect. The team were so attentive in making sure our day went to plan and continued to make sure we were okay with everything throughout. The food, just WOW! Everyone is still mentioning how good it was, so much so it was classed as the “boujiest buffet” on the day! Thank so much for making Maya Christening a day to remember.

Absolutely great. Staff down to earth, called on the off chance they had a table for food. They squeezed us in when there was a couch party there. The food was great and plenty of it. Left full and happy. Would recommend, but call and book first. Will definitely be back if in the area.

Just looking to grab a coffee while waiting on something else in the area and this little place was a real treat. Staff were super friendly and Bobby was a true gent. Coffee was excellent. I shouldn't really have any more to say about it, but this place just lifted my mood. I dint know why. I can't recall the last time I sat alone for coffee and just soaked in a place without even needing to distract myself with my phone. I am looking forward to a return visit some time soon. Give it a try I really don't think you will be disappointed.

1st time visiting since its on our doorstep and must say we was not disappointed!!! Lovely and cosy very bonnie however it is small and some tables bit close together. Wee hidden gem of banff! Located in the pharmacy above the post office side. I got soup and a panini ! Soup was delicious. Panini was chicken cheese and chorizo, the chorizo was abit too thick and chewy for me would prefer thin slices. I did request no tomato on my salad (2 out of 3 panini salad no tomato) however mine arrived with tomato so i couldnt eat the salad simple mistake made. Service was very friendly and decent size plates decent speed of service and decent prize cant go wrong! Will definitely be back. Didnt have room for dessert so need to come try!

Todo fantástico, tuvo la oportunidad de probar su menú de desayuno y cena y DIOS! No me decepcionó. El lugar me encantó y simplemente no era pretencioso, era mucho un te dan un poco de comida muy bien hecha independientemente de lo que u pedido. Del menú del desayuno tomé uno de sus desayunos escoceses que era un poco de pan tostado con un poco de salchicha cuadrada y dos huevos escalfados en la parte superior, lo tuve sin el pudín negro que el camarero amablemente cambió por una salchicha cuadrada extra. ¿Con esa selección cómo pudo equivocarse? Pero no quita nada de la tienda porque todo estaba uniformemente cocinado, la yema del huevo estaba corrida como te pedí y la salchicha cuadrada no sabía barata. Donde realmente lo sacaron la bolsa fue el menú de la cena, la selección sonó increíble, estaba experimentando agitación interna tratando de elegir, fui por el pollo con miel de chile y queso macarrones, ya que me llamó la atención ir a la mesa sentada a nuestro lado, cuando salió fue increíblemente excelente y delicioso, los macarrones eran suaves como el queso y calentar el pollo con la llovizna de miel caliente fue la combinación perfecta, ya que los macarrones equilibraron la dulzura y el sabor del pollo con un tamaño de porción más que satisfactorio, ¿de qué hay que quejarse? Si usted necesita algo fiablemente bueno sin duda echa un vistazo a este lugar!

Had lovely breakfast rolls for myself and my husband . A nice big pot of tea to share . Tasty food and not greasy at all .. would highly recommend a visit . All freshly cooked as well !!!

Cafe has a great selection, has charging points both plugs and USB, the ice cream is spectacular, the staff are great and friendly. Loved the food, never tasted a burger like that B4 :)

Lovely food, good choice of cakes and great views. Let down by one very rude member of staff refusing to give us a napkin or paper towel to wipe down a wet table outside. I had to take my tea into the toilet to get some toilet roll to wipe the table to let us sit outside 😞

We'd never tried here for food before today. Wow. All the food we ordered was delicious and we'll definitely return when we are in the area again. The portions weren't small in our minds given a recent review. Fantastic. A must try.

Been coming to Oban for many years, visited lots of pubs for food & drink in fantastic atmospheres. Never been in Coasters before however definitely won’t be back. We were only in for drinks and because of this we were made as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit by your gentleman server. Not even a please or thank you. Do yourselves a favour and head to Markie Dans. Welcoming and nice relaxed atmosphere, stayed there all afternoon and then enjoyed some food.

On est d’abord frappé par la vue : magnifique surplombant la plage. On découvre ensuite un salon cosy où se détendre avec un verre pris au bar. Le soir venu, un dîner au très bon restaurant de l’hôtel clôt la journée. Le service est à la hauteur du panorama : impeccable.

This restaurant has been a family favourite for years. The food is always excellent and the venue and the staff are fantastic.
