I had a takeaway meal from Kezban some time ago, and the food was really nice. I had another one tonight, and it was pretty dreadful: unidentifiable bits in brownish sludgey sauce, and a salad of red peppers and feta which looked and tasted wilted and overly sweet. The cacik was outstandingly tasty, but the rest of the meal got binned.
Two night stay here. Location amazing, staff amazing, room stunning. Would never stay anywhere else in glasgow ever again. Totally made my birthday trip extra special
Pizza was flavourful and there was plenty of cheese. Service was attentive without being intrusive. The owners seemed to have integral roles ensuring high standards, and appeared to have a good rapport with the locals. Would definitely recommend and will revisit. Gents toilet door could do with being a pull not a push as it's awkward to get in and out.
Very disappointed. Actually baffled at the price we paid for the amount of food given, I understand small plates but today was a joke, even the soft drinks that were filled with ice cubes that melted into the glass before it was even placed on the table were £4. (Each for a coke and an iron bru) Also the food came lukewarm probably closer to cold.
Staff were not very warm either to be honest.
Overall a very bald review of this place and most definitely won’t be back, overpriced rubbish. Couldn’t of got out of there faster.
I always book online and well in advance so we get a table in the conservatory area. It was the first time my dining partner had been and the food didn’t disappoint. So much so she is already thinking of returning soon!
We ordered a sweet to share, and had to mention to the waitress that we had been waiting a while. She apologised and so did the chef by giving us an extra bowl of ice cream. Can’t complain when the great service makes up for a wee delay.
My next girlie catch up lunch is already booked on line.
the food was fine but a little disappointing, my burger was a little tasteless but it was not bad, the deserts were amazing we loved the toffee pudding, the carrot cake and the traditional scottish desert which i cannot remember the name, the staff was very nice and the views to victoria street were also very amusing
