Foods and drinks are fantastic and lovely . Excellent service provided by Pramad (hope I didn’t spell his name wrong). A very lovely and talkative Nepalese gentleman. Very considerate, polite and proactive!

Very cool venue, lovely staff, great food! Well priced. I got the vege roast, it was so good! As well as the vegan sticky date pudding!

Even though we arrived a little late compared to Scottish standards (it was 11pm) the barmaid welcomed us with a smile and served us with kindness, without rushing us and making us feel at ease! Excellent choice between Gin and Whisky!

Nice old style hotel. Nice to be welcomed with a whiskey or liqueur. Friendly staff and a pleasant stay.

Late Lunch, Early Dinner. Huge Portions as always, great service as always and Food was as ever very tasy, fresh and great value for money. Lovely Restaurant and the servcie is fab.

Had the most amazing meal/experience last Saturday night. The staff were so friendly and the food was so good. It was my birthday and I also left with a bottle of your delicious gin that my partner decided I needed as an extra bday present. Look forward to my next visit. Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Bibis for years and have always loved the food however, on my most recent visit I was left extremely disappointed. First of all the full menu was not available, instead it had been replaced with a set menu which was not communicated upon booking. Following on from that I ordered a starter of potato croquettes, given it was a set menu you would have thought you would have ordered enough food to cater to customers - however, about 15 minutes later the waitress arrived and proceeded to give me chicken tacos, given I’m vegetarian this was extremely unacceptable. The reasoning behind this was that you had ran out of the original order but I find it extremely disappointing to just hand a customer something which they didn’t order and most importantly you didn’t check if I had any allergy or dietary requirements. Then to add to the growing list of problems our main course took around 1 hour to be served. This is completely unacceptable. The restaurant did not seem any more busy than usual so I can’t understand why it would take that long to serve food to people. I’m even more disappointed in yourselves as I wrote an email explaining how I’ve been coming for years and would still like to however, I find your lack of response to mirror the service which is under par be a long shot. I will say the two waitresses working that night were lovely

Was here a year ago and was excellent, unfortunately on our return this year it was such a let down. Fish was fine but the chips were a disgrace, myself and my wife's chips were looking like the leftovers from the fryer basket. I would say about 80% of them were tiny and overcooked. When it came to paying I was not asked if I enjoyed it so I had to speak up and make my feelings clear as we had left the plates of so called chips (crispy crumbs). What was disappointing is that they left a very young waitress to deal with my complaint and no one from a senior position came through to apologise or witness the state of the chips. I was offered a 20% reduction of the bill from the young waitress after she spoke with someone at the back of the shop, I will be back to Anstruther on my annual visit but I won't be back here again.

Did not feel welcomed on arrival. The rooms were dirty with dirt marks on wall and carpet. Bottled water were inclusive? But they were not present in the room. Breakfast staff were not motivated. Overall felt dull and unwelcoming. Although there were one or two staff who were more polite and welcoming. Note that the TV has Sky, but no Cast to TV.

I traced my family ancestry to the Isle of Mull as I am a McLean my 5th great grandfather lived here before arriving on a ship to Wilmington NC. The castle is beautiful and well cared for. The families jewelry on display is beautiful! The food at the Cafe was wonderful!

Pensé que la libra adicional añadida para la leche de avena era un poco extrema teniendo en cuenta el precio ya, la tarta de zanahoria era muy bueno, aunque el desayuno BAP un poco escaso y solitario en el plato por el precio. La comida llegó muy rápido. bastante ocupado, pero el personal lo trató bien. No volvería a tomar un café y un pastel y evitaría momentos ocupados. Está muy céntrico. El cargo por servicio ya está agregado a la factura, lo que es una pena para el personal, ya que probablemente daría más propinas si esto no se hubiera asumido.
