Costa Coffee in North Lanarkshire

Over an hour late and the panini is stone cold

Air con is strange. Sometimes the place is roasting, other days it's quite cool and the bottles of diet coke from the fridge r warm.

Great place for a coffee & a chat.

All round a very pleasant experience in nice surroundings.

Honestly will not be ordering coffee via Just Eat again. Someone from Costa phoned me to tell me that the delivery person had forgotten the coffee and just walked away with the muffins. Delivery person tells me that Costa only gave him one bag and didn’t give him anything else. Both blaming each other and I’m stuck in the middle with no coffee and awaiting a refund from Just Eat. What a joke.

very friendly staff. spotlessly clean and great coffee. however. most expensive costa ive been too. cakes are usually 2.25 in any other costa but 2.60 in wishaw. bit excessive.

My order was wrong again. This is the past 3 times now my order is wrong late or not arrived.. I’m not happy at all

Food was hot on arrival, nothing was missing & delivery driver was friendly.

Staff very pleasant always enjoy my cappuccino. Nice relaxed atmosphere can sit for a while if you want.

Manager (older woman with ponytail) sits in with a McDonalds Takeaway or a takeaway from rival shop Baynes. No sugar for last two days. Tables outside filled with cigarette butts. Server with purple streaked hair is excellent and very friendly. As with all Costas, very expensive.

More often than not there are items missing. This time the missing items total >£7 and having to put in a refund request with no guarantee I’ll get it is a joke. Ordering from anywhere that relies on just eats own drivers is becoming a gamble.

Hot chocolate was awful only hot milk with cream on top very disappointing.

Lid wasn't on cup correctly so when I went to take it from the bag I ended up with boiling hot coffee over me

Love this wee coffee shop, not only are the staff very friendly but there shop is too, covid restrictions may have come but this coffee house make sure its clean tidy and sanitised, even before covid this coffee house was clean an friendly staff, best fresh coffee, cappuccino you'll ever taste x

The mint choc chip frostino was vile, it was separating by the time I got it and the mint was far too strong to the point it was hurting my chest. The toastie was cold and soggy and the muffin was crushed.

Completely wrong order delivered, unable to contact the shop and number online is incorrect. Now 14 days to wait for a refund from Just Eat!!!

In Wishaw shop it seems pretty normal to be attended by two members of staff, making your coffee without face mask on and chatting lively at the same time!

Caramel shortcake missing and couldn’t get a refund

I actually feel like crying. I have had mobility issues so sometimes it’s hard for me to get around so I thought I’d order a treat. Most stressful treat of my life. My delivery was late and when I opened my long awaited drink it had a weird tin foil thing on it and the second I removed that I got soaked. Like come on how common are cup holders now ? I only ordered one drink and now it’s all over me because of the weird choice to cover my only drink with this weird thing and over fill. It wouldn’t even have spilled if you hadn’t put that on ? Really disappointed and upset as it was my first time ordering in too.

Everytime I order from here its perfect! They always leave a little thank you on the bag too which makes me smile! :)

Coffee was spilled over door step as cup was leaking in transit and burst bag. Also missing food and juices. Got hung up on by just eat aswell. Terrible service by both companies. Delete app not worth it

I was missing a sausage bap and got 1 bacon roll instead.

No marking to say which drink was what milk, and syrups missing from the drinks

One bacon roll was missing and the other was burnt. I love Costa but this delivery was shocking for the price paid

Coffee and cake. Had the lime and coconut cake, it was devine, I totally recommend it. Iced coffee was lovely too. Staff were friendly and chatty, all Covid guidelines were adhered to, track and trace etc in place. Actually prefer the restricted numbers as was very relaxed and able to chat easily without raising my voice. Toilet was available however, I'm unable to comment as I didn't use the facilities. Personally I find Costa reasonably priced compared to other cafes. Just under £10 today for my friend and I, 2 drinks and my cake and you know what you're getting.

Restaurant was out if cheese and tomato and received a call to confirm if a switch was OK. Also included a seasonal extra, unsure if this was due to being unable to include C&A but was a welcome surprise!

Good, fast service with a relatively large seating area (for a cafe). I usually get tea so can't comment on the coffee but I assume it's the same as all other Costa places.

To be clear, I'm not a huge Costa fan. Nationally, I think their coffee fluctuates in quality too much, and the staff (obviously) vary in friendliness. I say all that because this is the best Costa. The staff are incredibly friendly (but not to the point where you want them to stop talking and make the coffee instead) and the coffee itself, whilst still being Costa, has always been great. I've had bad experiences with burnt coffee in other coffee shops, including other Costa's, but this one is, for whatever reason, better. Prices are standard Costa, there's a ton of seating, well laid out with a good amount of space, none of that "pushing past the people in the queue to get out" stuff you get from poorly laid out shops. It is still a Costa, so if you have a taste for super fancy coffee...uhhh...good luck in Wishaw? I'm amazed we even got a Costa 😄
