Cafe Nairn in Highland

We visited a few weeks ago, had the most amazing breakfast and portion sizes were fantastic

Great. Cosy place 2 relax and eat.

Wouldn't say it had a great atmosphere, was a bit chilly inside too, basically would say it was somewhere to grab a quick bite and go

I enjoy my Saturday morning breakfast 4 bacon 4 poached eggs and a black coffee cooked within minutes and always fresh

Best breakfast choice in the Highlands. Freshly cooked nothing under heat lamps. Proper mug of tea or coffee. Absolutely brilliant service and at a price which puts garden shop restaurants to shame. Well done guys.

A nice local eatery where many locals eat! I enjoyed breakfast here twice while visiting Nairn July 14-17th. The food was good, the price was right and the server was friendly and helpful with information about the activities of Nairn. Don’t pass over this little gem!

Great breakfast choices, scrambled eggs were the best I've had (better than some posh hotels) and prices were so good. The cakes were amazing coconut and jam sponge was delicious and the scones were huge and again perfect. Nothing fancy but fresh food clean cafe. Amazing cakes.

Amazing food even better prices, just been for lunch there was 6 adults and 2 children and everyone throughly enjoyed themselves and commented on how tasty their lunch was and how full we all were after, we will definitely return on our next visit to Nairn :)

Went agian this year on Tuesday was lucky as they were on holiday from Wednesday as loved it last year chips are the best

Arrived 1pm on a Wednesday and it was closed. Best to update your opening hours on Google. WE DID SEE THE NOTE. DIDNT KNOW THAT WHEN WE DECIDED TO DRIVE THROUGH TO NAIRN PURPOSELY TO COME TO YOUR PREMISES! WE ARE VISITORS TO THE AREA NOT LOCAL. CHANGE YOUR GOOGLE HOURS!

This is a great cafe,after searching for a place to eat we came across this wonderful cafe.Why so wonderful!! Serves gluten free food.I had gluten free fish and chips ,brilliant My husband had burger roll with chunky chips and salad ,he said it was the best he had ever had.Well done .

Great little cafe had breakfast twice this week fantastic being able to choose your items. Very reasonable prices with coffee and toast included in the price. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Absolutely superb. I'm glad all establishments further south were closed. The all day breakfast couldn't be bettered, ingredients first class, and the price for that & coffee was like I was stealing it! 65 miles from home, but def on my list for visiting again.

It was a great wee place and their breakfasts were amazing, the staff member who served us was lovely and chatty and their prices are fair for what you receive, I highly recommend this place for a nice breakfast or lunch.

I think you can see it from space! I had the full 12 piece breakfast after reading about this cafe. It didn’t disappoint. Big fat chunky chips too!

Been in 2 days so far, but will go in more before holiday ends. Excellent quality of food, fresh cooked, very clean and lovely staff. Certainly what a full Scottish Breakfast is all about. No cheap rubbish. Would recommend 100%.

Popped in to see if they did anything vegan and they managed to sort out something the chips where nice and fluffy on the inside would go again

Great small family coffe not far from main roads . Owner lady working hard to accommodate everyone but little patience required as you can find yourself in the queue. Inside large portions of made to order breakkie, be careful when ordering as I just packed muself with poached eggs on toast with company of square sausage, black pudding and becon, all well worthy waiting few minutes outside. Owner comply with Covid requirements, asking for name and very carefully cleaning tables after each customer - wide longer waiting. Will recommend and will back when next time around, Thank you.

Visited Cafe Nairn in August and enjoyed the best breakfast for a long time, a huge menu of breakfast items to choose from with great service and lovely hospitality. Very clean and all COVID protocols followed. Next time we visit the Highlands, whenever that should be, we'll definitely be making a beeline for Cafe Nairn.

Great breakfast served hot. Excellent value for money. Tried others in town ,but this was the best by a mile ! See if you can finish the big 12 item one . I did and it kept me going all day. Will definitely return when back in Nairn.

Popped in for breakfast while staying at the caravan site, excellent and good portions. Good menu allowing you to pick what you wanted. Service was very good and quick as it was also busy on a Saturday morning. Cant wait to go back.

Cannot fault this lovely cafe. The staff are friendly and the breakfast cooked to order as much or as little as you like. Cannot recommend them highly enough

Went to Nairn for a day trip whilst visiting Scotland. We stopped at Nairn cafe my partner had a breakfast and I had the spicy chicken, chips and salad. Was a lovely lunch. And such good value for money

We stumbled upon this gem by accident. We were hungry for breakfast - and this place was perfect. The menu allows you to choose exactly what you want and how much. The food is well prepared, the service friendly and helpful.

The full breakfast went down a treat after the Coast 2 Coast yesterday. Cooked well, not greasy and hood portion size. Enjoyed the coffee too.

A great wee cafe who are prompt in getting you served. The staff are great and even under pressure serve customers politely. They do sit down or take away service. They have a wide range of gluten and vegetarian options available along with WiFi. Yes it maybe small at times but personally I think it's a great place to make friends and meet a wide variety of people. A recommendation for holidaymakers and locals alike.

We were in Nairn at the parkdean caravan site for a couple of days and knowing what these places breakfasts can be like we thought we'd venture into nairn to check out what was on offer, and boy am I glad we did!!! I can honestly say it was the best breakfast I've ever had and my husband says the same (he considers himself something of a fry up connoisseur).My husband had a fried egg with his (see pic) and says it was absolutely perfect. Black pudding is normally a filler item for him but he was raving about it so much I had to have a taste and it was amazing, I was even tempted to ask them to bang a bit on for me. I had scrambled eggs with mine and they were equally perfect and none of this microwaved rubbish. I could rave endless of the sausage, bacon, tattie scone, mushrooms etc etc. They werent shy with the beans either which is normally what let's a breakfast down - but not here!We left so full we didn't eat until after 5pm after a full day at landmark adventure park and that's with us sharing off our plates with our 2 year old. My husband had a 10 item breakfast and I had a 6. We had 2 cups of tea and 2 glasses of orange juice and it was just over £15. Absolute bargain! If we are ever back in Nairn we will definitely be back, we were just sad they weren't open the next day to go back before heading home. Hubby wants to go back to Nairn (4 hours away from us) just for another breakfast.5 stars isn't enough, if you're in Nairn or even close enough then it's worth the trip. Can't rate it highly enough.

Nice place with pleasent staff and home to 1 of the best breakfasts I've had. I had the 6 item breakfast In terms of presentation isn't much and who cares but it takes nothing away from the taste and freshness of the food especially the scrambled eggs thick slice Lorne sausage as well as the rest it's a must try if your here in Nairn

This has got to be the best place in Nairn for a good old fashioned cooked breakfast. Choose what you want and how many items. Portions are big, so be careful. Service was friendly and quick. Food was clearly cooked fresh and piping hot. Great value for money. Would really recommend this place to anyone. You will not leave hungry or dissapointed!!

Got macaroni and chips to take away. Macaroni was more like soup and totally tasteless. Sauce ran out the tub all over my car seats. Chips and staff were good.
