Food was over an hour late. Stone cold and not cooked. When restaurant called they just shout down the phone “no refund, no refund” and slam the phone down before you get a chance to tell them ask them anything.

Food was delivered 6 mins after ordering. Again stone cold and incorrect. This is strike two and so help me, if I have a jippy stomach tomorrow I’ll be having them. Used to be ok, now it’s just a joke!

Don’t know if your doing something different with your pizzas al but that’s twice I’ve had one and doesn’t taste right

Food was cold. Also forgot my bottle of juice. I should have trusted the reviews before ordering. Never again will i order from this place. Foods also poor quality and taste.

order should have arrived between 8.25 and 8.45 so phones them up and it didn't come until 9.10 and the pizza was cold

The food was stone. Old I made 28 calls to the restaurant and was unable to get through. This used to be the best kabab restaurant in rutherglen and recently the service and standard of food is absolutely terrible I’ll never be back to this place.

The Donner meat was rubber and full meal was freezing won't be ordering again had to give 1 star to leave this message

Placed order online and waited maybe an hour for food to come then got item missing an item so called up though got it sorted offered to send new meal out free of charge (I did offer to pay and did pay delivery plus tip ) got that order 10 min later to be wrong again so called up to explain that the meal they got wrong again was for my daughter who’s autistic and can’t eat without the item that missing so again got told will send out so still waiting an hour and a half later still nothing now the food that was delivered for her is cold as they were only sending out the item that was missing this time but I have now had to order my daughter something else to eat absolutely furious about this

I wouldn't recommend the chasni pizza. Was a bit of a mess. All the toppings fell off the pizza by the time it arrived. And really didn't taste nice

Delivery was absolutely fine, pleasant delivery driver. The food... freezing. I realise you were closing but only the sauce, rice and naan was warm. The meat and pakora was freezing, especially the donner meat (i reckon it was turned off early). The bulk of this ordered consisted of the meat and for it to arrive freezing is not on. I've ordered from you before and it has been good, this is a let down. Don't accept orders if you're not going to at least reheat the food. Not impressed.

Deliver driver never read note left saying buzzer was off so to call me. Instead he pressed every other flat and woke up several neighbours till someone let him in. Chapped the door as if he was trying to take it from hinges then shouting hiya how are you as soon as door was opened. Called restaurant and expanded it to 2 people and all I got was “I’ll call him and tell him to call you when he’s outside” pizza undercooked again. Bring back the original al manzar

I always love the pizzas but both me and my brother ordered a chasni curry pizza and it came so bad, like nothing on the pizza and all fell onto the box, box was soggy it has to be the worst pizza I’ve ever had, however after phoning they kindly sent me a new pizza (didn’t go for the curry base this time) and it was lovely. Maybe just not the best at curry pizzas lol, thank you for the good customer service though. :)

Order arrived before the app had even updated. Food was absolutely brilliant. I had a chicken tikka hoagie and my partner had a chicken tikka kebab with salt and pepper chips. All of it was delicious. Will defo use again and recommend. 10/10 👌🏼

Food was lovely but yet again, brown paper bag all holes🙈the heat of the pakora causes the bag to sog, it’s not nice when u get ur food falling through the bag, really need to think about that

Chicken tikka starter was great,would’ve appreciated the large chicken pakora in container rather than brown paper bag as the heat from pakora makes bag soggy n tears,but pakora is lovely, I asked for cheese to be separate from chips and to be fair I did receive a tub of cheese but I also got cheese on chips, I wouldn’t complain about food because it’s always very much enjoyed but just the couple things I mentioned, wouldn’t put me off ordering again because food I’d always good and fresh

This place deserves a review! I never placed my order until v late so wasn’t expecting it to be fantastic but it was beautiful. The chicken pakora was freshly made, the korma sauce was thick & delicious & the lamb so tender. I have enough left for my dinner today too! The knickerbocker glory was just divine - the best I have ever had!!! 10/10 stars. Amazing!!!

Food and service was excellent! Definitely my new go-to place! Only grumble is twice I’ve asked for a menu to be delivered with the orders and still waiting, and they’re a touch heavy handed with sauces. Not an issue, apart from that 5⭐️ all the way!

Brilliant food brilliant service GREAT prices, the delivery guy was so plesent and cheerfull. I won't go anywhere else out of all the takeaways I have went to this is the one I've never had a problem with, years ago I worked next door in the bookies and they would have my order ready and waiting for me so all I had to do when I closed the shop was grab my meal really good customer service trust best in rutherglen

Food was fine apart from it being on a tortilla wrap and not a chapati, that's the whole point of a "hoagie" guys. If I wanted a wrap I would have ordered a wrap.

Food was hot when delivered. Delivery driver thought the can of Pepsi was missing but was at bottom of bag and we shouted to let him know. Portion was huge! Was for 2 of us and don't think we ate half of it!! Would definitely return and reorder from Almanzar.

The pizza is amazing however the curry's feel like the sauces are bought in and not cooked roman josh should be cooked with spiced butter onions tomatoes what I recipes was conscitancy of red jelly like sauce with chicken and korma was watery yellow sauce no coconut or cream or spices tasted like a jar not worth the curry but great for pizza

Grill box was amazing tonight! Meat was cooked to perfection, soft, juicy and full of flavour. Chips were still crispy, loved it!!!

Ordered a chicken and shish kebab. Was literally just one of each cut into small pieces and not a skewer. And one pitta bread lol. Rip off.
