Food was great best service from nikesh ten out of ten

Not as good as it used to be when it first opened, received under cooked rice and soggy pakora and an overload of cream in the butter chicken, a lot of money wasted. Disappointed.

First time here will certainly be back, food was lovely

Best Indian in Glasgow! KC is the best chef. The servers are so friendly and great vegan and vegetarian menu. Child friendly and fast service. Have been coming here for years and the food is always exceptional. Perfect 👌

Divans Darbar is our favourite takeaway - it's definitely the best Indian food in Glasgow, if not the whole of UK! Credit to the chef(s): the food is excellent - flavourful, cooked well, just the best! Delivery is always on time or early.

Delicious main courses (garlic chilli chicken / chicken bhuna) very nicely spiced, real depth of f;avour. Wasn't too keen on the texture of the chicken tikki starter wasn't to my personal taste. naan bread and veg pakopra were very good.

lamb chops although they taste Nice they were tuff as auld boots 22 quid doon a think .. Lamb chops rice n curry sauce?

The Tandoori grill was the tastiest takeaway I've ever had.

we've ordered from here before and eaten in the restaurant. both the food and the is service is great and good values. The only minor feedback we would give this time is the butter chicken was little more spicy than we were expecting, however this maybe down to personal preference and not the restaurant. other wise the food was excellent.

La primera vez que habíamos estado allí y la comida era muy muy buena. El lugar era tranquilo (martes por la noche cuando estuvimos allí). Nos atendió Marius y el tipo era brillante. Muy atento y genial para interactuar. Comimos poppadoms y cebollas especiadas increíbles mientras esperábamos nuestro entrante - un plato para compartir. El plato compartido se sirvió en una sartén de hierro y estaba absolutamente delicioso. Luego compartimos un plato principal de pollo con mantequilla con arroz y un chapati. Hermoso curry. Teníamos una botella de vino blanco para lavarla. La cuenta era de solo cuarenta libras impares. La comida era fantástica y pondría a otros restaurantes más conocidos a la vergüenza. No podemos esperar a volver. Vale la pena visitarlo.

Takeaway horrible unedible food. If I could give a minus score it would be - 5. Unfortunately the only score needs to be 1 or 4 star rating. They ignore you leaving no way for a refund. Don't waste your money on Duvans darbar.

My daughter lives up the road and goes past pretty much everyday on the bus but had never been in... until now. And it wasn't a disappointment. Yes, it looks a little strange from the outside, as other reviews have noted, but the food was absolutely fantastic... the chicken momos starters are to die for. Kinda like dim sum but bags more flavour and a little chilli kick. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing food, I would recommend this place. 10/10. We placed an order for 6 people which included starters, mains, sides and desserts. Plates were empty (thank you as it didn’t take long washing the dishes) and there’s still food for tomorrow as the portions were very big. Thank you for giving my hubby a wonderful birthday meal. Worst keema I have ever tried in my entire life. If you aren’t prepared to make an acceptable keema, why even have that on the menu? It will do more damage to your reputation than good. It wasn’t even worth eating it went in the bin after 2 spoonfuls. The lamb sagg was amazing, can’t fault that. The vegetable pakora didn’t come with a pakora sauce, so that was also not very enjoyable. Truthfully I wouldn’t order from here again.

Order was supposed to arrive at 7:25, then was delayed until 7:45. I didn’t receive my meal until 8:30pm. Every time I called the restaurant, they said 5 minutes. But and hour went by. The food was lovely, just had to reheat it all.

Random check in as most places in city centre wouldn't let usbin with annundern18 yr old. So on the way home we popped on here and we were not disappointed. In fact we were glad we didn't get in anywhere else. The food is second to none, service first class and price is spot on x

Usually love the food but this time just didn’t tick the box. Pakora was soggy and cold, peshwari nan was basically just a cold nan bread with no filling. Such a let down considering. Never mind it being 25mins late on a THURSDAY! bless the delivery driver was so apologetic for this as he couldn’t find the house.

The food was so late and when it did arrive it was stone cold. It’s still lying in the bag and I ended up cooking instead. So disappointed

Best Indian in Maryhill. Food is excellent and worth the trip. Place should be packed out every night butnits a but hidden away above the Politician.

Cold samosa & chicken pakora. Soggy poppadoms. Soggy naan bread. They Forgot chips. My family & I had the best food in the restaurant but the takeout was disappointing. Called to complain & said they would send order. Two hours later…….. skeleton

Delivery was slow, but the food was good, and still reasonably hot when it got here.

Horrible food and taste. Cold food was served instead of hot. Breads were half baked. Papad were soggy. Service is slow. Staff is very rude. If you tell them anything, they will ignore or walk away. There was nothing pleasant about this place. Overall experience was pathetic.

Fantastic place we found very local to our apartment when in Glasgow. Food is very authentic desi style. Clean restaurant and service was very prompt. Tadka daal is awesome and should try it with plain rice. We also tried Divan’s special chicken biryani too and was delicious and spicy. We didn’t go for buffet but was very busy in the evening. The menu is huge on Buffett too. They have a huge car park at the back and does have few stairs to negotiate. All in all very happy to find a desi joint in Glasgow.

Badly needs someone to answer phone that can understand english properly and return same in conversation, it took me several repeats and spelling out words with the person that answered phone before i could get my order taken ,and only then it was after someone else took over the call at their side. The value of meal ,to be honest was not great, well over £30 for 2 curries and a nan bread and delivery. Shocking. Make up your own mind about them but my review is , pass them by.

Amazing restaurant with one of the best Indian Authentic food near Glasgow. The supporting staff was treating us very nicely. We were having a buffet and almost everything was delicious. The ambience is nice and clean. A must go place to visit with family. Please do visit if you are looking for amazing Indian taste.

Received a complimentary home delivery to compensate for difficulties with a previous order.Meal was fine but not up to the high standard of previous orders..Acceptable but no great treat….just not as good as it was.

Truly Awful! My previous experience of this restaurant….both as a a sit in and a carry out was very positive. Sadly both the food and the service has deteriorated.I ordered a carry out last night.On arrival it was cold and missing an item.Both the starter and main courses tasted of rancid oil and were basically inedible.I phoned to complain but was told the manager was unavailable to speak to me.I was however promised a call back …this never materialised. The person I spoke to was determinedly unapologetic and made it pretty clear that dealing with complaints was a distraction whilst the restaurant was busy. Further efforts to contact the restaurant by email and Messenger haven’t been responded to. I won’t be using this formerly excellent establishment again.

First time ordering and I was glad that I did the food was absolutely delicious, high quality ingredients and very fresh, everything was hot and super tasty, also I ordered online via Uber eats and forgot a kids meal when I called the restaurant they were so accommodating and took my payment for the kids meal over the phone and added it to my order so I didn’t have to incur a second delivery charge, I will definitely be back 10/10 for quality and customer service.

I've ordered here lots of times and eaten in a few too. Never usually disappointed but there are a few different apps to order on varying quite a lot in price. I tried to order over the phone to add a tip for the delivery driver as I had no cash but £4 added for phoning not to mention the language barrier. I went back to app to order.... delivered 25 minutes after 'latest delivery' despite being 0.3 m from restaurant and was missing pakora sauce. Not impressed

Ordered food from here for the first time and I have to say that this was one of the nicest chicken chasni I have ever tasted, it was absolutely delicious and garlic nan was nice also so will definitely order from here again.

Always passed this place but no more. Presently surprised with the food. Now our favourite place. Chicken biryani and butter chicken was our choice.

Best restaurant in Glasgow for Indian cuisine. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Their hospitality is just amazing. The food tastes so delicious 😋. The ambience and the seating space is also excellent. Overall I had the best experience at the Divans Darbaar. Kudos to the entire team of Divans Darbaar. The finest restaurant…. For me the ranking of this restaurant will be 5/5…😊👍🏻
