After a long time we had so delicious prathas. Kids enjoyed noodles and soup too.

It was my first time coming here and it will be my last, because I ordered some food and it was terrible. The soup that I ordered was chicken corn soup witch was suppose to be plain but they gave it to me very spicy, and the soup had a bad smell, when I went to get my soup fixed they told me that ‘’everyone is eating it so you eat it aswell’’ the ladies there started arguing with me and saying that the soup is fine, the ladies there were very very rude. I also ordered noodles but got spaghetti. They were keep giving me other choices of food Instead of the food I wanted they were giving me examples of people who were eating it and were telling me to eat it aswell. At the end, the staff and the cook are both bad at there jobs

The staff are very friendly, the food is amazing and feels like homemade instead of processed fast food. If you stand near the counter, you can see how the staff is skillfully at work. Hardworking team👍

Excellent as always. Returned after sometime and the seating facility is now excellent with great heating. The paratha and tea were fantastic as always but I tried the soup, chicken makhni ams halwa and was very surprised. This is not just a paratha place. Top class food and service as always.

I tried their keema paratha tdy, and it was an absolute disappointment. The filling was disgusting and overly spicy, making it almost inedible. It didn’t even resemble keema , more like a spicy paste stuffed inside the paratha. If that’s what they’re serving, they should honestly rename it ‘Spicy Keema Paste Paratha’ on the menu to set the right expectations. Definitely not recommended!

Must try for aloo paratha and chai. Very soothing music and lights makes it a relaxing experience, especially when it is not too busy. Aloo paratha and channa are amazing. Portion size is generous.

Drivery man was on phone at my door stead of on-handing me my order. to energy company he told me he. Took long to hand order over to me.

Can't fault a thing! Our family is here once a month and we're usually served by Shahla who's always smiling regardless of how busy the place can get. Great food made right there and then for you by amazing women working in the kitchen. We tried the complimentary chicken corn soup today and the portion sizes of the samples were very generous and the soup itself was really good. We'll definitely be trying it out on our next visit. There's always enough space for customers to sit in and dine and we've never waited any longer than 15 minutes for our food to be made. We'd definitely love for the chicken makhni to be back on the menu as it was our absolute favorite!

Food was freezing. ordered delivery by mistake. was at the shop to collect. gave the woman the just eat delivery code and wanted to take my food as it was sitting there ready. showed them my just eat app with proof of payment etc. she called her supervisor and they refused to give me my food that I had paid for. so instead it sat for a further 20 mins before the driver picked it up. staff and supervisor are unable to make rational decisions that would improve customer service. Won't be back

Amazing food, like no joke. Fresh Paratha (not the frozen ones most places nowadays use) and quite a good amount of options. Portion size is pretty good for the price. I highly recommend this place for a desi breakfast!

Bought takeaway online through their website. Ordered a mince paratha, chickpea curry and garlic chicken curry. Had half the paratha and some of the chickpea curry for lunch and save the rest for dinner. I've been wanting to go here for a while since I saw a review online. I wasn't disappointed, the food was amazing. The chickpea curry is incredible. I'll be back, and pretty soon too.

Placed order at 12:12 pm and received it at 2:10 pm took 2hours and the the food is cold

Driver just arrived at my location and he standing opposite my house for five minutes i see him from window then i go down and collect my order by myself he just using phone and also my order get so much cold

I visited Paratha box today with my friends The food was amazing.Personaly i liked the aloo paratha and kebab paratha, would definetly recommed.The service was very good.

It had always been good until today's experience. Food taste was pathetic it seems like they have started using some third class oil. No proper heating, many heating elements were not working, it seems like they are more concerned about profits. They kept asking for cash rather than a card payment. 🙄

it takes 1 hour 30 minutes to prepare order and was cold. Restaurant response was so cold on phone call they take 10 minutes and 2 calls which clearly looks they are ignoring call.

Though I was not happy my soup was missing, as I paid £4:00 for this, I would order from them again as their food is tasty. Only this time I will check my order properly to make sure nothing is missing.

I come here whenever I'm in Glasgow. The food and atmosphere is amazing. Service from the guys here is next level!! If yiu haven't tried Kashmiri Chai Tea then you are missing out, I think this is the best place to get it from too. Today I ordered Kashmiri Chai and a Paratha Omellette Roll which was absolutely out of this world. Love it. Can't wait to come back and try something else.

Just went to Paratha Box last Sunday, and the customer service was excellent, Although we went to have some other soup it wasn’t available so we switched to another option which was tikka roll, the portion and taste were overall good. The plus point was that they gave our child complimentary fries and even the tester for the food we wanted to have.

We are regulars of Paratha Box, probably one of our favourite go to places to eat even though it takes us 40 minutes to drive here, it has always been worth it. Shahla has always been very friendly and helpful when taking our orders, we come here so much that she knows us and our usual order. Our favourite is the Peri Peri Loaded fries with cheese and Aloo Paratha. We do also like the Rice Box of the day, our favourite is the Makhni and Garlic Chilli Chicken. So it's a shame when those aren't on the menu!

Clearly understaffed, go to the one in city centre if possible, Sunday evening and I’m waiting for my food for 50 minutes, seems like they don’t understand that for some people time is actually valuable

Is the food alert device so you can wake up after you have fallen asleep 😴 waiting. Come on ! No one else is in the shop 🤣. You need to prepare collection customers and just eat orders at the same time not one or the other.

The wait time was outrageous and the price of the food was insane £2.50 for 1 paratha! The paratha was good and the omlette was thin and small and it was freezing cold. The pink chai was alright.

I visited the paratha box with my friends. The food was pretty good and the quantity of the food was quite ample. The service from the kitchen staff was commendable. Considering how busy the place was when we first got in, it didn't take too long for us to get our order. It's a self service setup where you need to first pick-up the order from the counte and then need to bin your trash before leaving. Although it's a self service spot, staff shall try to make sure that the tables are kept clean and tidy for new customers. The seating area has got an overall good ambiance. The interior looks cool especially when lights are on. There are number of small heaters mounted over almost all the tables which make the heating facility at least available. The heating facility can be improved by installing either bigger heaters or doing the ones which are adjustable (not fixed). Overall, Paratha box is a nice place to experience fresh home-made food.
