We’re big BrewDog fans so always enjoy it, last visit was a retirement party and while the events planning was challenging at times, the staff on the night were exceptional, shout out to Jarrod!

Great beers as usual, shame about the rugby result, Freddie was an excellent host... service of the Black Heart was sooo slow from upstairs though!

Loved our visit this evening, while out enjoying Spectra. The young lady, Abby, who helped us was awesome! She was very smiley, friendly and considerate of our kids who struggle in large crowds. She made them feel at ease and put up a very brave fight when it came to Rock, Paper, Scissors.

Love Brewdog so how can i miss this place for the best craft beers. The staff were great and friendly. Everyone knows about Brewdog beers so no need to tell how good those are. Variety of drinks in Ipa, stout, sour and many more. the food is very good and the prices are right. Great location in centre of Aberdeen. Overall a great experience.

Food was amazing, first time I've had a burger ( cluck norris), will definitely be having it again. Boyfriend had the Jackpot, his favourite and a portion of chips between us. The staff were so helpful, asking if we needed some more drinks etc. Would definitely recommend going to Brewdog Castlegate.

The famous brew dog pub. Great selection of beers and the prices weren't too bad. A great spot to visit for those who like their craft beer.

Food and beer, as always, was great. Service was very attentive, however it was also intrusive. Clearing plates away when other diner was still eating, putting a reserved sign on the table while we were still eating. It’s these small things to a server that can be very irritating as a customer. Needs sorted.

£6.30 for 2/3 pint. Main gripe is BrewDog does not take cash. Had I known this I would not have gone there.

Stayed overnight, accommodation is a bit tired and the bed & pillows not great. But it looks great.

Usually come here for a few drinks on nights out nice and cosy vibes inside, great for beer drinkers, but also have their own brand spirits and cocktail options

Craft beers are absolutely amazing!! Burger is good but fries are pretty soft. However, it’s good deal for students (25% off discount), love this place.

Myself and my partner attended one of Brewdogs wings Wednesday, unfortunately you get a selected time slot which would be fine but when there is 1 person serving during peak times, the wait time between wings was sadly making it not worth the money or time, another couple next to us had a 17.30 slot and didn't receive their first wings till after 18.00..

Wonderful treat! Great customer service, delicious and cheap food. A perfect place to meet friends and family. Very peaceful environment. Recommended! We had a brilliant time. We had a table booked for my birthday with me getting a free drink in each round. The staff member who looked after us was great so helpful and friendly as we're all the staff.

Very nice spicy burger and chips all washed down with a beer and wine will be back for another. Very pleasant and friendly staff.

Saturday afternoon, Oct 26th. Only 2 waiting staff on so service was kinda slow - they were doing their best but an extra pair of hands would have been better. Food was okay. Not piping hot, more of a medium warm temperature. I’d avoid again for food but it would be okay for a drink as long as you didn’t want speedy service.

The staff were all really nice, from phoning up to book a table to coping with a disorganised, sizeable group of diners faffing about! It was definitely a very nice atmosphere for having our after show party. The only tiny thing was running out of tomato salad, hence knocking off a star. Thanks guys, appreciated your relaxed friendliness.

Had two breakfasts. One vegan one American. Bloody awful. Beer is probably good but steer clear of food! Or perhaps they were having an off day?

Came for wings Wednesday but was told by the waitress serving us that “the fryer exploded”. Somehow other helpful waiters were able to serve more wings. We left the bar wondering if they really think customers are so gullible. Brewdog is good but do go for other branches!

Came here for wing night ready to challenge the local record of 65 wings but service was very slow and we were told that the chicken wing fryer broke down after eating 13 wings. What a big let down as this was one of my favourite bar every time I am in Aberdeen.

The food was lovely, did take a while tho to arrive. The members of staff were really friendly and welcoming. We came with a dog and they were thoughtful to bring the dog a water bowl. The sitting area is really nice and I love the atmosphere. The prices are good.

Superlative in every respect. Nice pub, well furnished, clean, in short, but the service, the exquisite food and their indescribable beer raise the level to the stars. What a beer guys, each a masterpiece in its own way. And let's not talk about the food. To avoid having the usual sandwich, I chose chips with Korean chicken on top, and a mini Mac n cheese like an Italian who isn't at all proud. It made me cry with every bite, I wanted a kilo of it. If you go to Scotland go to Brewdog, for goodness sake.

Cool Ale Shed, atmosphere and food was great! However, our waitress was a bit pushy about getting a small amount of money for a drink, but it's still worth a visit!

Friendly staff and clean premises. The highlight for me were the various beers brewed by BrewDog which is my favorite brand of beers. I highly recommend a stop if you love craft beers.

My Kids and I had fun at this place. Never knew I could find a kid-friendly pub. The food was amazing and the music was awesome.

one of the worst experiences of my life. I had booked a table at 9pm for 7 people, when we arrived we were told by the manager that since there were 2 minors, they had to leave at 10pm. so at that point we asked if we would have time to eat since there was an hour left, the manager with a very safe area told us that the food would arrive in 20 minutes and that we would therefore have time to eat. we ordered at 21:05 and we already had the first problem with the drinks, they were 7 cokes but we had to remind them to bring them since 20 minutes had already passed and they hadn't arrived. After It was 9.45pm and unfortunately the food wasn't ready yet, so they made us pay for the drinks (which was absurd) and we had to leave since the minors who were with us couldn't stay there from 10.00pm onwards. . just one word. Embarrassing

I will never go to this place again. Having two minors with us we couldn't stay past 10pm, but they assured us that we could have dinner. However, at 9.40pm nothing had arrived and we had to leave. The worst thing is that they made us pay for the drinks we didn't consume, shame!!

We booked a table for 7 people for 9pm. When we got there the first thing they told us was that minors weren’t allowed to be inside the place after 10pm, which was fine, although it would’ve been better if they let us know earlier, when the booking was placed. We took our order at about 9:10pm, and they assured us that the wait would just be 20 minutes. However at 9:40pm the food still hadn’t arrived which was why we asked the waiters when it would come otherwise the minors wouldn’t have had time to eat the food. The waiters told us that there was a problem in the kitchen and just shrugged it off when we told them that the minors wouldn’t have had time. In the end we were charged £23.50 for 6 pints of coke. Because clearly there wouldn’t have been enough time. And even when we did leave, the food was obviously nowhere near ready! Honestly, it was just such a shame as because of the poor service, a birthday was ruined. Thanks, Brewdog. We will never forget this awful experience.

Excellent vegan wings and great beer

Had a great time with our puppy. Went in for the weekend brunch and it was really nice. the cocktails were strong but delicious and the food was tasty.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the kennels, which were great rooms. Downstairs, in the bar we were so well looked after. We will definitely visit again.

We love brew dog but unfortunately we’ve had such a terrible experience yesterday. I’ve ordered chicken Caesar salad and what I’ve got cannot be described. It was barely three slices of chicken, a sprinkle of Parmesan and a lot of old lettuce with spicy sauce, for nearly £13. We’ve also got potatoes which were reheated and tasted like they were a week’s old. The waitress never came to ask us how the food was and it was overall very bad.

Great place to sit, staff where great fast service no waiting around for drinks or food. The atmosphere is lively, light and airy. We had a couple of things to share cheese bacon fries and chicken wings. Coke and beer are good plenty of choices. Husband had a taster paddle off different beers of your choice to try. Also they have a range of cans and bottles of beer to buy and take home. Food was good. Toilets are clean. There is a seating area out the front, a few wooden benches would be nice to sit out on a warm day.

Lots of choice of their craft beers and the service was excellent. A bit of a let down with the chicken burger I ordered. It was so sloppy with relishes and sauces I could not hold it. It was a bit of a put off when eating a soggy bun. Could not taste the burger for the additional sauces etc. However we enjoyed our afternoon, thank you staff

The fact that Brewdog manages to provide much better service and food than fancy specialised restaurants is impressive. The staff here are great, the food is very good and the prices are right. The beer selection of course is second to none. The one new thing I've tried is the Deep-Fried Oreo which I ordered expecting to be gimmicky, but were actually good! Overall a great experience as is usually the case at Brewdog pubs.

Craft beers produced by the boys, a Scottish brewery that has nothing to envy of many other famous ones. Absurd sandwich, delicious. Giant and difficult to manage, but excellent tastes and textures. Inside the best onion rings I've ever eaten: crunchy and tasty, they fear no comparison. The bread is also noteworthy... in short, the perfect sandwich. Well done!

Well how do I start, booked a table even after reading the revues because we had been before and at that time everything was great, when we arrived young lady showed us to our seats, well looked like a table for two we we had four so asked waitress no your table is right asked were we put everything and she just shrugged her shoulders, ordered one drink and took so long to come i went to bar next time and saved 20 minutes and was nearly finished that before we were asked if we wanted another but by this time our friends had not eaten there food and neither had my wife, i had eaten mine but not very hot and no taste with macaroni, my friends had said there's was cold and no taste so what a waste of time taking them in to try a new restaurant for them.We spent around £83 for this and would not have given you a tenner for the lot, if your chef needs to learn how to make good mac and cheese then my wife could give him a lesson.

Food was honestly lacking, burgers are fine but nothing special. Can't beat the craft beer though second to none.

Very poor service from female server. Was treated to rolling eyeballs when I explained the situation regarding my allergies. Felt like we were an unwanted distraction when trying to order a dessert. In the end after waiting 30 minutes for two scoops of ice cream cancelled it as we had to leave. Meal consisted of tomatoes , peppers. Advacado and mushrooms. Not great , but the kitchen tried at short notice. Really disappointed in my first Brewdog meal. Will not be back

Must-visit while in Aberdeen. The staff was super friendly and patient for not native speakers :), delicious food and very good beer. I recommend also gin drinks.
