We love to eat here on our York stays, there is a fantastic choice of food on the menu. Impeccable service of a very high standard. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff . Very reasonably priced delicious food of good portion sizes.

It’s the simplest of things. An unpretentious pub. Good drinks, good food, a place that’s comfortable to hang out.

La Experiencia 🍽️ Desde el momento en que llegamos, el ambiente era cálido y acogedor, con los sonidos chispeantes de la barbacoa de mesa llenando el aire. El concepto es simple pero emocionante: asa su propia selección de carnes y mariscos en su mesa, todo mientras los combina con arroz ilimitado, envolturas de lechuga y acompañamientos coreanos clásicos (Banchan). Lo más destacado del menú 🌟 Optamos por el Famoso Menú Conjunto de Bulgogi (29€ . 95 por persona) , y valía cada centavo! ✔️ Starters: Las albóndigas de mandú vegetal estaban crujientes por fuera y perfectamente condimentadas por dentro, mientras que el Kimbap (sushi coreano) le dio un comienzo fresco y ligero a la comida. El maridaje de wasabi y salsa de soja le dio una patada extra. ✔️ Selección de barbacoa: La calidad de las carnes era fantástica! Nuestros favoritos incluyen: 🥩 Bulgogi Beef – Marinado a la perfección, ligeramente dulce y lleno de sabor. 🐖 Vientre de cerdo (Samgyeopsal) – Jugoso, graso y crujiente cuando se asa a la parrilla justo. 🦆 Pato Bulgogi – ¡Una agradable sorpresa! Excellent coffee and really nice staff

Not a fan of the changes particularly the seating. Shame there aren't some bar style tables at the windows to enjoy the canal view. Majority of seating is communal tables which is awkward when solo. Not a fan of the public handling the bread either. And is all that plywood food safe? Also "please wait to be seated" has never worked well during the various trials here over the years Was a regular for years but won't be so much now.

Warm welcome on our first visit here with our two friends. We had an excellent meal . The staff were very polite and friendly, and very helpful. Planning our next visit soon

First time eating here, I went with my mum & sister Mum is in a wheelchair and they couldn’t help her any more than they did !! Their customer service is amazing, their service is fantastic and their food is gorgeous (good size portions and tasty) We will definitely be going again Highly recommend a visit
