Hopeless place …last 3 times I have been in there, standing in a long queue for them to tell you when you get to been served , that they’re only serving in paper cups . So when I go for a coffee and they ask you if it’s sit or take out , it means nothing . I enquired as to why they were not serving in proper cups and mugs ….answer we are very busy What a cop out. If you’re busy then you should be geared up for that . If I want a paper cup I’ll go in and get a coffee to go . What a joke ..

Had lunch here on Saturday whilst staying with friends in the local area. Nice traditional old pub. Barmaid was nice and polite, gave us a table and left us for a few moments to choose from quite an extensive list. I opted for the giant Yorkshire with turkey. It was ok, could have done with some veg not just peas. No desserts served

Las fotos del menú no se parecen en nada a la comida que obtienes. Tomé un burrito que era principalmente arroz y lechuga. Sirviendo basura como esta te irás a la mierda.

El 18 de abril tuve el placer de ir a Prezzo en York. Fui recibido con personal amable y una cálida sonrisa que inmediatamente te hizo sentir como en casa. El ambiente era tan relajado, que se sentía como si no quisieras irte. Empecé con el pan pitta de la banda de hummus que era del tamaño justo de la porción para empezar. Seguido de una ensalada de pollo. El pollo estaba tan crujiente y cortado en pedazos, en lugar de una pechuga entera. La cobertura era tocino en escamas con lechuga crujiente. El postre era helado con un café expresso para verter sobre él. El helado se derritió en tu boca. Lo recomendaría. Sin duda volveré de nuevo

No importa lo que tratamos de pedir, hubo media hora de espera cuando se tiene en cuenta que estoy hablando de un sándwich tostado, lo siento señor, media hora de espera, un tazón de sopa, media hora de espera. Pensé que debían estar riéndose, no lo estaban, así que simplemente recogimos un sándwich que no es lo que realmente queríamos y tuvimos que hacer. Le dará una falta en el futuro, así no es como tratar a los clientes.

Food was too expensive. It's only worth it if you get a deal or the buffet. I made the mistake of ordering an individual pizza for £14 and a deal for my son which was £10. The deal got him a child's pizza, some chips, a dessert and a drink. I was surprised that my pizza was the same size as his without any of the sides. The staff were great.

Staff too busy restocking to serve customers. First time I've seen a queue at 10pm at night in the drive thru because the service was so slow and they just kept getting orders wrong. Depressing that even when they don't offer a gluten free bun they still can't get it right by not sticking the cheese to the box and providing the correct burger. Cold fries it is then after queueing 10 mins to get the correct burger.

Visité con amigos para el fin de semana noche bistró. No estaba ocupado, pero era un lugar pequeño y acogedor con iluminación acogedora. Decidí ir por tapas que sonaban sabrosas, pronto llegó y se veía bien, pero no era muy cálido y no tenía mucho sabor. Las albóndigas eran comibles pero con muy poco sabor, las setas eran grandes cuando sentí que deberían haber sido abotonadas y la salsa era bastante insípida, los mejillones estaban todos cocinados pero la salsa era acuosa como lo que obtendrías con los mejillones que puedes comprar en la bolsa. Estaba muy decepcionado porque quería que fuera mucho más sabroso. El personal era encantador y se esforzó mucho, pero siento que la comida lo defraudó. Cuando usé el inodoro estaba limpio pero muy frío y anticuado, la cocina estaba cubierta por una pantalla, pero podía escuchar el ping de microondas mientras esperaba. Realmente espero que puedan hacer que esto funcione, pero sus alimentos deben tener más cuidado en ellos que reflejen sus precios. Puede que lo intente de nuevo pero no por un tiempo, esperemos que les dé tiempo a mejorar. Lamento no haber tomado fotos.

My god! I wish I had seen the reviews for this place before we ate here We ordered BEER BATTERED COD AND CHIPS, expecting to be served a lovely white fish in crispy batter, thick cut fried chips and garden peas. Whate we actually got was some sort of grey seafood matter coated in a soggy breadcrumb substance resembling a pebbled beach, accompanied by khaki coloured peas and skin on oven chips. Neither the fish or potatoes had seen a deep fryer because they were both oven baked in a bid to make them as dry and unpalatable as possible. DISGUSTING FOOD. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Food OK but drive through time of 40 minutes totally crazy so first and last visit. Just under 1 hr wait for food for 4 cars waiting. Never again 😒

Came in, no one was in the restaurant. Ordered from disgustingly dirty machines. Then I watched as the staff were scratching their torso’s and down their trousers whilst preparing my food with bare hands that they didn’t wash and didn’t wear gloves. Extremely unhygienic, food went straight into the bin. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get sick!

Visité el campo de York donde se permite la entrada de perros, me dijeron en el café a menos que sea un perro de asistencia que no se le permite en el café que casi no había nadie en Muchos otros lugares locales permiten perros en y en el café, salir al aire libre, la vanguardia de la costa por nombrar algunos fueron allí en su lugar Un poco decepcionado en el rango incluso había un asiento justo fuera de la cafetería y preguntó si podíamos sentarnos allí y nos dijeron que NO , podía entender si los perros no permitidos en la tienda no tiene sentido
