Las fotos del menú no se parecen en nada a la comida que obtienes. Tomé un burrito que era principalmente arroz y lechuga. Sirviendo basura como esta te irás a la mierda.

Pedido vía uber eats (no hay problema con el mensajero o app) , encontré plástico pegado a la tortilla de mi burrito. Contactó con Uber Eats que fueron muy serviciales. Traté de llamar a Taco Bell para hacerles saber para mantener un ojo fuera para el resto del plástico - sin respuesta!

This is the greatest food I have ever had in my entire life! This would go so hard with a baja blast.

No order number board, so hard if you're hard of hearing, you just sit there till they get tired of shouting for you. Shame

Visita decepcionante a Taco Bell en York. La comida era tibia en el mejor de los casos, y los tacos escatimaban en rellenos, en su mayoría solo lechuga sin apenas carne. El servicio era lento, aunque no estaba ocupado, y el personal parecía más interesado en chatear que en ayudar a los clientes. El lugar se sentía un poco áspero también, con mesas pegajosas. No está a la altura del bombo, ni de los precios que piden. Dos estrellas porque todavía es Taco Bell, pero esta ubicación necesita una mejora seria.

Outrageous portions, barely any chips, everything was cold and I paid extra for this tiny amount of guacamole. Very disappointed

Second time I got stung by the portion size... Ordered two crunchy wraps with hardly any mince filling inside(mostly just lettuce), just as if staff was paid to undercut on the amount of meat... Waaaay to expensive for what you get! As mentioned many times, the waiting times are laughable when there's hardly any customers! Not recommended!

Ordered off Just Eat, food was late but only just. That wouldn't have been a problem but every thing was cold! Won't be ordering anytime soon! I'd give Just Eat a wide swipe too just no good it there's a problem.

El personal es absolutamente grosero mi hermana de 10 años le hizo una pregunta a mi novio y la imitaron desde atrás lo cual es grosero y también la hicieron sentir incómoda pero consiguió que le volviera a hacer un comportamiento absolutamente asqueroso del personal y luego mientras estábamos sentados comiendo gritaban y golpeaban y se reían sí divertirse pero no alrededor de sus clientes absoluta desgracia

We go told to reverse out of the drive through because we did not have cash. They were taking card orders for walk in customers they were very unprofessional and they were barking, screaming and shouting while preparing the food. When we collected the order they were very rude and were speaking behind our back and laughing. Really bad service they need to be trained properly.

Really lovely staff, they were busy but very helpful, it was quite cold and a bit messy due to the rush, the food was okay, but we tried something different instead of the usual so it wasn't as good, all in all it was fair enough for a busy Saturday

In the pictures the food looks like huge portions but in reality it's kids size, you have to order two sets to be full.The cheese on the fries tastes very artificial, it is like a chees powder with water or a sauce of some kind.. The chickens are not fresh, they are bought frozen, breaded in packages, brought from some factory. Sad atmosphere inside.I been there one time and never again. I don't recommend.

50 minutes i waited to collect my order. Not once have i visited this branch and been served in a reasonable time.

Found by accident, and it was amazing! Food was excellent and so was the service

Staff messing around and sitting on worktops , people waiting 30 + minuites for food when it was not at all busy , cars sat in drive through 15 + minuites just to get served . Staff just did not care infact i think they thought it was amusing . Food was only luke warm when it came .

AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got our order wrong twice and had really bad attitude when we came back round - a ginger man and an older woman who was on the drive thru - didn’t compensate and slammed the drive thru window on us - my vegetarian friend ate chicken because of this. WE HAD TO EDIT THIS BECAUSE WE ORDERED CHICKEN AND THEY GAVE US BEEF AFTER THE SECOND TIME ROUND !!!! WE ARENT GOING A THING TIME BUT I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS NOT TO MENTION THERES A FAIR ON IT!

Took order at 2:15 food ready at 3:02 Nearly a hour wait for food Bins full to bursting Table so sticky that the napkins stuck to it and ripped disabled toilet out of order so couldn't even let my son in a wheel chair use it. Water and ice broke When spoken to staff just said sorry for ur wait Like no a 45 min wait for fast food least offer to take the drinks off the bill there where only 9 tables of people in the shop Fair to say some dramatic improvement needed

Taco Bell is an excellent place to go for lunch or dinner. The food is always tasty and fresh, which can sometimes lead to a slight wait but it’s worth it! The bundles are decent value and a good treat.

All tables left with customers rubbish and food on, floors the same, bins not emptied, run down decor, food very bland compared to when first went there upon opening. Don't think il be returning.

Food is overall what you expect from taco Bell reasonably priced but fast food . They could do with ore the one window for the drive through service but it's not overly slow.

Abysmal. First Taco Bell experience and felt like I'd been mugged out of £25. Cold, soapy tasting limp food and an atmosphere like a desert. Avoid.

All over Not good- very disappointed. 7 layer burrito- missed 2 layers, no quac or black beans and ice cold Chips- forgotten and cold Nachos- no flavour, cold. (Not sure if meant to be) Tacos- empty and ice cold. They gave the chips when asked so service was ok. But not great. Side Quacamole- a tea spoon amount.

Good but not as good as it used to be. Ordered Burrito Box meal for £8.99 which was ok but not exactly filling. Portion sizes at Taco Bell seem to be getting smaller and smaller (compared to when they first opened) but yet prices keep going up. Also last 2 times I've been I've used the touch screen in the restaurant and on both occasions my points have not been added to my rewards app...not good! Taco Bell seems to be on the slide to me.

Don't get anything from the budget range. Food counter isn't clear where you collect.

Staff are friendly, restaurant is kept clean, food is above average for TB. I've eaten here multiple times and it's always been good. Can get busy and therefore slower at peak times.

Tacos are tiny , measley portion of minced beef in it.. don't think burritos , tacos, enchiladas, work as a Macdonald's type operation

The food is a standard Taco Bell menu. We have been here a few times when we are looking for something quick and easy. Great option as fast foods go.

Too pricy, in my opinion - £8 for a small burrito, and like 5 chips!

They told us there is a 40 minutes wait for food which wasn't the best but we were hungry. So we were going to wait but they told us they would take our money but since the shop was closing in 1 hour there's a chance the drive in booth would be closed so they wouldnt give us our food but they would take the money we paid for it? Stupid customer service! The service was rude and completely selfish, never coming back. 😡😡😡!!

Really enjoyed a lunch from the drive thru. Staff were very polite and attentive. Should have had some more firey dauce as my dish was quite mild but overall great food.

Absolutely shocking food was so poor! When we first walked in could hear staff laughing and messing, around being so loud service was so slow, of what you can see at the back they was just standing still! even though it was busy when two of them behind the back went to sit outside, guessing one of them was a manager has she told a lad to go and do the bins so poor wouldn’t go back!

Ordered family meal for 4 that comes with churros. Food was ok, but no caramel sauce for the churros that are included in the meal. What?! I enquired about this and was told there is no caramel sauce with this meal, you have to order separately and that’s 69p a tub. I was informed ‘you should have known as it doesn’t list caramel sauce on your receipt’. It didn’t say NO caramel sauce on the order menu either. We haven’t been before so wouldn’t just know this. What a con! Staff were rude and didn’t give a damn.

I ordered a delivery and they missed out my desert, the chips were raw and the crisps were burnt, the rice in the burritos were undercooked. Overall very disappointed and will not be ordering from there again.

Used to be better. New screens obscure staff behind a wall except for narrow openings. No indication of when your order might appear. Just order, pay and hope the machine listened...

Taco bell is goated, this one has really nice staff too. Wish i could name drop some people, but honestly everyone is amazing and friendly.

Ice machine had black stuff in but was here for the food first time trying Taco Bell as was away on holiday, couldn’t be anymore please tried a wide selection of stuff to see what it was like brought some back home had left over for todays dinner, grande fries bee’s knees, enjoyed all my food even better there’s one back home in Newcastle which I didn’t realise😍😍

Our order was wrong had to ask for the rest of our food order and the food wasn’t even warm at all. As if it had been sitting out on the counter for 15minutes. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Taco Bell. This was my first time at Taco Bell and I was so disappointed in it.

I am hooked on the naked chicken tacos. Cheeky how the taco alone is quite expensive where as a full meal is a couple of quid more.... Very tasty, made to order and no 5 second toilet dash 🤣.

The staff are always super helpful here, which is good as often the ordering machines don't really work! Taco Bell food is quick and cheap and a nice option - particularly for us vegetarians - compared to the usual fast food. Every time we've dealt with the staff they've been great, cleared up any issues with the food immediately and in a very friendly professional way. Usually the food is spot on but obviously there are occasions, and in those instances the staff have really stepped up!

One of the main reasons that will make me think about coming back is the totally disgusting state of the toilets, I walked in and straight back out, if I had seen them before ordering I would not have ordered any food. Minus 10 for the toilet, needs a visit from Health and Safety.

1 out of 1000 would not entertain this chain ever again poor hygiene dirt everywhere but most of all just rude the entire work force looked like they were being forced to work there. Chaotic. 45 minute wait for food. Drive through closed. Just/uber eats closed. They missed churros off our order. The place was heaving. Rediculous.the food we did get was nice though

£12 got me mini wrap, big wrap, one taco and a drink. Service was ok - woman shouted my number. Big wrap was average, taco tomatoes were cold, little wet meat was hot and shell was cold. So it wasn't to my taste. I like room temp and more meat. Il definitely be back just not ordering the same thing again. The taco needed more meat and the chicken wrap wasn't spicy at all. You should be able to order at the till aswell as self checkout. We waited 20 mins at self checkout.

Similar to US Taco Bells but doesn't include a full menu of US offerings. Does fill the craving for Mexican food due to the limited offerings of Mexican food Iin the UK.

Great food loved it. Staff are awful we dinned in waited 10 min at the till being ignored and finally ordered on the screen instead. Swearing from the kitchen when our order went in 4 of us. Then when given the food we got chips missing and were not served in boxes and also no marking on the packaging to tell us what was inside and one has a serious lactose allergy.

Tiny portions. Very beige food and expensive for what you get. I only go as my 8 Yr old son likes it at the moment. Hopefully he will move on to a better faze soon.

Staff just shut whenever they feel like it. 8.30pm tonight I got told it’s take out only and they were putting seats on tables, an hour and a half before they shut @ 10pm. Last time I turned up at 9pm and they weren’t taking any orders as they were closing early. If you want food and want to sit in the restaurant, I would suggest getting there 3 hours before close just to be safe!

Been to a different branch and it was nowhere near as good as this one. Great member of staff was extremely helpful explaining the menu to us.

Nothing wrong with the food at all, we go at least once a month, but, it’s in serious decline. The place is a mess, I’ve told them twice about the male toilets, must be an inch of crap in each corner, tiles stained black with dirty water and what ever else, all the windows, door handles mirrors, look awful to touch. The tables, they get a wet and all the crumbs get brushed to the floor where it stays. My guess is all the kids that work there don’t want to do the cleaning. No probs with the food and the kitchen looks in order, but needs a serious clean. Grubby is an understatement Think it might be my last visit until they sort it out. Or get it to take away.

We were given leaflets at the till for freebies and discounts available by downloading the app. Downloaded whilst in store and completed our meal with a free Taco. Great customer service. Thank you to the lad who served us!!

Good food and a nice variety. Increased vegetarian options as well. If you can try something different from McDonald's, then you will have a good choice. Paprika 🍟 are a must.

Bit of a hit and miss. Last time we went and ordered a relatively big order for takeaway, they forgot to put half of our order in the bag. Most recent visit however through the drive thru was excellent, with friendly staff who kindly answered our questions and the food has improved in our opinion as well. Especially appreciated the notice when about to enter the drive thru about frying chips in the same oil and as other non-veggie foods in case anyone is uncomfortable with that, and the alternatives they offer (rice or black beans).
