Phenomenal real ale station pub with 18+ real ales, with Timothy Taylor's range being permanently on. A wide range of regional beers available in excellent condition. Staff attentive and welcoming adding to a wonderful Edwardian building. Worth calling in for a few hours or a drink before or after your train arrives. Cannot fault this place.

Went for a family meal and the food was incredible, the meat was cooked perfectly and the team were so welcoming. Would definitely recommend

This wee cafe is the heart of the community and a great place to get a drink and a bite to eat. Great range of vegan options for us vegans and we do like to hang out there. Keeley knows all her regulars orders before they've even sat down and goes to great lengths to make everyone feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Dog friendly too. Love it ❤️

Really lovely wine bar in York. Popular spot, so worth booking through the website, even if you are just having drinks. Lovely selection of wines and food looked really good, too. It would have been useful to have a bit more info on the wines from the staff and possibly some recommendations, but overall really nice and attentive service.

If you're a shawarma fan and happen to be in York, this is the place to go. I recommend the lamb shawarma, as it has an authentic taste. The food is perfect and the staff is really nice.

I had several takeaways during my previous visits and food quality was awesome. Visited today with family and I have no words to describe my disappointment. The portions have been reduced. The biriyani was pathetic especially the prawn was rubbery. Starters were soggy. Either the ratings are incorrect or the chef was on leave. In either case u lost a customer

Arranged to meet up with several family members for a late lunch. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they had and staff were very accommodating to 2 of the party who had been delayed by a problem on the railway. Would be very happy to return if ever in York again. I like that they specify how long you have the table booked for.
