Signs up all over outside saying “good food” went in and was told they don’t serve food anymore???

One of the best deli's in York!

Pasé a tomar unos cócteles en mi cumpleaños que era un sábado. No teníamos una reserva, pero eso no era un problema, ya que tenían mucho espacio. La decoración es preciosa, que es lo que nos atrajo desde el exterior. Tiene lindo ambiente botánico pero también cálido y minimalista. El personal era encantador y muy atento. Pedimos varios cócteles, todos los cuales eran a un precio razonable y tan bueno. El blanco plano es posible el mejor cóctel que he tomado. Super cremoso con la cantidad justa de dulzor y una pizca de café.

The food tastes okay, but the price is very expensive. The portions of barbecued pork, duck, rice and roasted duck are pitifully small. I won’t try it next time.

I waited for over an hour, but no dishes were served. There weren’t many customers in the restaurant, yet the food still didn’t come, and the waiter gave no explanation. I won’t be coming back. This was a very disappointing dining experience.

Very dark environment, poor furnishings. The food is too expensive for the poor quality. The bathrooms are dirty. Not recommended

Great corner cosy place for a reasonably priced hot beverage ☕️ and great yummy sandwiches 🥪 which can even been made gluten free for same price 😋

We came to have lunch with my wife & her parents for her birthday. Staff were lovely, the food was excellent & we can’t wait to return to try more from the expansive menu. We’d definitely recommend.

Panadería popular y con razón. Todo parecía fresco y delicioso. Excelente relación calidad-precio para un almuerzo rápido mientras hace turismo en York. Trajimos rollos de sándwich bien llenos y también probamos las deliciosas tartas de cuajada de Yorkshire. Elección de alimentos de bollería caliente, pizzas, golosinas dulces y panes disponibles también. Sin duda recomendaría.

lovely decoration, our server was named Ali and he was very kind and efficient. Food was amazingggg we had the milk cake, i recommend it!

Had the christmas set menu. Food was great. Hope they have more than 1 server in the shop. There's only 1 server inside but about 5 groups in the shop.

A few nights in York and a curry was needed so We did some research on Indian restaurants in the town and this place had some of the better reviews. Monday evening and we easily got a table, however it started to fill up quickly and I’m not surprised why. The service from all waiting staff was excellent, they were polite and friendly. An offering of poppadoms was instantly accepted. Drinks were also served fast. We didn’t order a stater and I’m glad as the mains were big portions. The food was piping hot, fresh and very tasty. Would recommend and would return again

ive walked past this place many times and its always smelled so good, i really could not resist it today and finally went in. real seasoned cooked meat, tastes homemade, absolutely amazing, they even ask if youd like your chips inside the wrap, real cutting edge stuff.
