Disappointed fish very dry .my grandson was visiting .and treated me to fish and chips . Takeaway I live in cayton but always loved your shop ..the fish was dry and mine had a strange fin piece battered ..sorry but can't afford to waste money .so won't recommend you again

Lovely fish n chips. Decent portions. We sat outside the shop on the picnic benches to eat perfect spot one stop is next door but one so handy for drinks 😁

Well worth having a 12 mth pass .

We ordered a Brie and bacon burger, what we received was a standard cheeseburger on a slightly burnt pretzel bun… no bacon, no Brie and no coleslaw. We also ordered a ham salad on brown with salad, again no coleslaw and a single thin slice of ham. Coffee and hot chocolate were great. We bought soft drinks but were offered no glass/ cup so had to share a bottle swigging out of it.

We love the relaxed setting of this restaurant and once again excellent service and food. We went with the specials board tonight definitely made a great choice perfect flat iron steak. Thanks to all involved

Usually don't have a problem however the lady on shift made me rush my order, kept interrupting me, I never got to finish my order before she made me pay.

Don't think I have ever had a correct order come out of this McDonald's. Watching four cars go through the lane next to me without even being told sorry for the wait in my own lane was rather frustrating. Assuming there was an issue with the intercom I moved to the next lane and got told to wait - fine. By the time I was able to give my order there were no cars Infront of me right to the end window, I thought my luck was changing.... I was wrong. Workers there today seem very rude, either that or scared of talking to people (except the girl who took the payment - she was ok). Also, I can't remember the last time I didn't have cold stale chips from this particular McDonald's either. Really enjoyed eating my cold dry nuggets too -wasnt offered sauce. Funny part is, I was waiting for ages for the food so I have no idea how It came out cold, I assumed it was being cooked fresh. It is a real shame to be honest, it isn't every McDonald's but this one in particular gets it wrong more than it gets it right.

The Mayfield is a loverly property, very busy with local customers, staff very friendly, could not ask for more . Food was very bland , garlic dip had no taste, salad looked like it had been dumped on the plate . Room was very warm and hard to sleep , very clean and the design has been well thought out. Use to get Netflix when I visited the first time, bit of a shame you still do not get it, or able to put your own on the tv.

I went there today for a family feast bucket meal. We had 8 drumsticks and 2 small pieces of chicken did not like this. The chicken was swimming in grease It give me a stomach ache Has to be the worst chicken I've ever had from KFC. I would never go back. Shocking
