Had a great experience today, staff were so friendly and helpful, Casey stood out today and really helped as we were both wheelchair users, made it so easy

This is by far the friendliest McDonald’s I have been in! All the staff were chatty polite and looking after everyone. Wouldn’t normally review a McDonald’s but credit where it’s due! Well done lads.

Terrible. Ordered from just eat, pregnancy craving, forgot the main meal, told the delivery driver and he said to call Macdonald's, Macdonald's told us to contact Uber eats. I'm not getting paid to do this, nor am I going out my way to ring around 3 companies for a meal that someone simpleton forgot. Keep the £8. How do you forget an entire meal? There was only 2 meals ordered. Stay in school kids.

Quick stop on the way home after a visit to the local hospital. It was rush hour as we arrived here, glad that we had pre-ordered through the app. A welcome strawberry lemonade and McFlurry! Very busy, but this was expected with the warm weather! Staff polite and helpful. Good store and location

After using eastfield McDonald's for years this is my first time to complain.ordered childrens meal 2 dairy milk mcflurries. Mcflurries arrived 1 OK second mainly milk spoke to a young man who changed it but was completely a different colour and a mess. So took both back where another member agreed that they shouldn't look like that changed both to brown mess. I was shocked told that's how they will look from now on as they are mcflurried.Took them to the kids as I don't like to complain. Phoned and spoke to jess who reinforced that this is how they will look from now on. Shocked how can 1 out of 4 be OK

Dont usually go to Mcdonalds or leave reviews but I was pleasantly surprised! The wrap was amazing and on offer for the day. Food was hot and fresh . Staff even came round and checked everything was OK and cleared our table. Cool that they have tablets for the kids to play on too

Absolutely horrendous manager named Matthew , His attitude stunk as soon as we ordered , Didn’t say Thankyou and wasn’t pleasant even looked us up and down. Considering we visit this store numerous times a week after work it’s a poor way to be especially when your job is to greet customers with respext Other manager apologised and was very pleasant named Lee.

Keiran/bill was excellent he dealt with our drunk antics amazingly 5 star review for said keiran/bill we will be visiting again, definitely deserves the four stars on his badge and the two extra stars we made him love you lots Sarah

Great service - staff were really friendly whilst looking after everyone. There was a lovely lady asking if everything was OK as well as a young lad who brought our order to the counter.

Shocking service 2 members of staff tried helping but the manager on was rude unprofessional they missed part of order told we had to pay again which i did due to my son been hungry the younger ones just dont care not all but some and have been heard on breaks saying they mess up dont say anything as they only there to be paid rang to be told tuff nothing we can do they use delivery option which are also not good miss full meals off not the delivery driver fault but again stores fault

Have been to this McDonald's on a few occasions and the burgers and fries are never hot enough and do not appear freshly cooked. The service is fast because the food is sitting waiting hence not hot enough. Prefer the McDonalds in the centre of Scarborough as the turnover is faster so meals are always hot and freshly prepared.

Called this evening for two hot choclates. Awful like brown hot water with a froth. No taste, no chocolate. Took them back, server disappeared and came back saying they would be better. They were not ....just hotter...brown pond water....go elsewhere not here. Restaurant was not clean either. Really poor won't call here again!!

The food was made rapidly, and to a high quality, and the speed at which I was fed was far above expectations. My meal was brought to me after a very short amount of time, and was more than adequate despite being made with great haste. This trip was speedy and the time saved in the restaurant allowed me time to make this review. The only downside to this visit is that it was over so soon!

It has been a while since we visited here and stopped for lunch. Pretty busy but soon got served at the drive thru...and enjoyed the big tasty with fries and shake. Very good but a bit expensive! We even popped back later for a coffee to warm up!

Ordered 2 meals on the app and then went to the drive thru to collect. After waiting for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement at all at the order point (but had a car behind us now so couldn’t reverse out), a voice eventually came out and asked for our order. We gave her the order number and she just stopped speaking. Then after a lengthy gap said ‘what was that?’ So we said again we’d ordered on the app. ‘I can’t see that’, then another lengthy gap. Then she told us we’d ordered at the wrong store. No. It was definitely this store (confirmed later too). Another lengthy gap and then we said shall we just come to the window? She answered eventually and said ‘oh you’ll have to come to the window.’ No actual joke, over 20 mins later (with only 3 cars in front of us), we got to the front of the window. The person had now changed to a man who was apparently a team leader, who never apologised for the wait or anything and just said ‘that’s £8.99.’ Erm…no! So we explained that we had ordered on the app but there was an issue. He said it was fine and looked at the app order on the phone, clicked it to pay and we waited - then he came back to the window and told us we’d need a refund for the rice box ‘cos we have no rice’. No apology again. In fact I everything was said in grunts. We asked for a refund for the full amount instead and he was just like ‘yeh ok’. Again, no acknowledgement that they were totally rubbish. 30 mins after we joined the drive thru queue, we left with nothing.

New to the area and first time at this McDonalds - thought we would travel out of town instead of going into Scarborough for speed. Meal arrived cold although hubby's was OK. The Scarborough restaurant is far better than this perhaps because it it busier and there is a faster turnaround. Will return to the town restaurant as the meals arrive hot and the staff are friendly.

Really good experience with our children with Emma so kind and polite nothing is to much trouble for her. I have experienced this on many occasions she is a big asset to this company. Really deserves recognition for this

Went with a friend and tried the drive through. Reasonable length of queue person taking the money more interested in talking to other staff member just pushed the PDQ macnhine to me , no thank you

Very clear ordering and efficient service, however the food was warm not hot. Looking at other reviews it seems not an uncommon problem. Having eaten in other Macdonald’s generally the food is much hotter and fresher.

Was served by a young lady by the name of “Victoria” the other day, a bit weird looling, like there wasn’t something quite right with her upstairs if you know what I mean, no ones eyes should ever touch like that, and it sounds odd but she stands like a penguin and it triggers me. We played a game .... how long it would be before staff cleaned the tables as 4 tables were piled high with trash. In the end it was a draw as we had finished 4 meals, desserts, enjoyed free wifi for 20 mins and the tables still had not been touched. This was the franchise in Scarborough town centre (just to be clear).
