Standard McDonalds with Drive Thru. Close too many other shops.

Poor meal chips under cooked no taste either plus vanilla milk shake so sweet couldn’t drink it - what’s happening to McDonald’s??? Tried to call and complain but no answer !!

Terrible customer service Only 4 orders on the screen and it took 25 mins to be made (only 2 hamburger meals) After 10 mins I had asked how long as it said it was ready to collect and he said 5-10 mins and walked off without even listening to me properly When I got home with my meal they had left out fries McDonald’s sort your staff out and stop hiring kids

Order arrived promptly and served to our table. What was most surprising was their manager Emma coming by to ask if everything was ok--not what you'd expect at a fast food place but very much appreciated

We had been on the beach and this was our snack on our way home. The g'kids helped with the order screen. The delivery time was reasonable.

Terrible food, hair in my drink, also hair in over drink burger wasn’t plain as I asked it’s cold

Again previous visits excellent this time around 3pm cold burger, soggy chips, no napkins, on Mcdonald App pick up 7. At nearly £10 these variables in standards not acceptable. No problem with pricing but no consistency in operating standards unacceptable.Needs management sorted! Car park still full pot holes many been there for years! Recent weeks no Mcdelivery available for YO12

Not a fan of McDonald's but it was ok

It's a McDonalds, so there's dodgy but consistent grub, noise, beeps and helpful staff. This one's a bit smaller than some with fewer chairs than you might expect and more stools. It also gets busy so you may want to choose your time to visit.

Went to order meal at, admittedly, a busy time but all orderers were being directed to a busy car park. Staff were running around like headless chickens trying to match orders with the correct cars. Food was going cold and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Chaos...

Quite efficient, friendly staff, clean and tidy.

Not given a star. Our order was totally wrong we had both our number and another in our bag. That said the food was okay but absolutely not what we ordered and we had driven over ten minutes away so not going back. We just ate what there was

Typical McDonalds, food OK but never hot for a quick in & out not bad but is now starting to be expensive for what it is.

Great customer service, meal was piping hot the fries were crisp and hot, milk shake was great, even though they were very busy staff were very helpful and polite.

I am leaving this review as thoroughly disappointed. I ordered through the Mc Donald app. 3x they have missed items off my order. I have sent email to them, then was told to ring not able to get through. Spoke with customer service the best they could do was offer vouchers bearing in mind this order was missing over £14 worth of food. Even Uber refused to help as this is the 3rd time. I won't do the drive through as last time they gave my order to someone else and called us a liar. AVOID them missing food, food that is stone cold. The only thing they got right was the plain hamburger for my dog. 👎 Sort your staff out and retrain. Abit of advice tick the receipt for each item maybe then items won't be missing. If I could leave a no star review I would.

Food was really good, it had been ages since we had Mac but very impressed. Can't wait for the next time.

Ordered thick shake at 1 am, told can't have as thick shake machine not working , only to be told by another staff member that we can have thick shakes because machine is working??. Come on mc donalds do do better!.

Long waits for food, no napkins, my wrap fell apart in its box

Had to wait for drive through food the last couple of times...

Wednesday we called for an ice cream, had to wait when it arrived it was a little bit runny but apart from that fine.

Drive through breakfast. Yummy and hot.

The past 3 times now i’ve gone through the drive through with a code (to hopefully speed things up) i’ve had to wait 30 mins to an hour for my food. For example, last night the drive through queue was almost empty when we got there yet were asked to park in bay one then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a wrap, burger, fries and share box. It’s not as if the drive through was busy and the car park seemed fairly empty too. It wasn’t a huge order to make yet took so long. We asked someone to check up on our order after 30 minutes and it didn’t come until an extra 10 minutes later. The previous time we ordered 2 happy meals and it took an hour! i understand that it was busier on that occasion but an hour for fast food is absurd! The service really needs picking up in terms of speed. Plenty of other orders were being brought out whilst we were waiting.

Ordered a bacon roll, it was awful. Bacon was soggy and tasted horrible the top of the bun was hard, and the underneath was soggy. I had to throw it away!

Burger was very dry and disappointed with it. Called last Monday.

It's OK, but I still can't get my head round how my order keeps getting screwed up. 6 meals and there is always something missing..

Spoke to a women on the phone regarding an issue, she fully reassured us and made sure our order was perfect. Service was fast and good was hot. Called her around 6.30 on may 1st but forgot her name

Where to start? Jack worrall, I clearly asked for extra onions on my mig bac, and u gave me non!!! Did you get hungry? Next the 2 portions of cold,saggy chippies. I don't remember asking for no salt fries or chips made yesterday. For context these chippies were colder than the rattlesnake, stone cold Steve Austin. Next on the agenda, my oasis zero it's ight but rather warm. Poured a few hours ago? I also acquired a Fanta zero no ice and the no ice was the only part of this order u fulfilled, however the cup was only 3/4 full. Jack worrall were u thirsty pal? The reason I mention jack was because he was the first face to greet us even tho he made us feel very awkward in this affair due to his very unfriendly and unprofessional manner. The only acceptable part of this visit was actually getting napkins I received for one meal 26(counted them myself). Overall 3/10 visit compared to the usual 9/10. Seth

School holiday, very busy. Great for kids . 👏 Fun place.

Usual McDonald's. No frills; cheap. But has two Instavolt chargers, hence all 5 stars. And they were both working! As usual, yeah!

Food was ok for McDonald’s, service was appalling I ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal and a latte I was told to go and park up and order would be brought to me, waited 5 mins for order which was brought to me not before the girl who brought it was carrying 3 other orders she dropped an order onto the wet road and still delivered it to another customer which I tho it was shocking. I received my food but no drink, I ate the food and waited 10 mins for my latte which never arrived so I was forced to go in and ask for it. While waiting for my latte it looked like there was no organisation what so ever all the staff look like kids straight from school apart from some older people in charge. I will not be going to this branch again, I don’t blame the young people I blame the management for poor leadership.

Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant very clean and tidy. I enjoy visiting this restaurant every time I'm in Scarborough.

First Maccie for years, and this place reminded me why I don't eat the stuff, presented awfully, and tasted terrible....never again.

We have a breakfast delivery every day! I’ve rjt last few days it’s been going down hill. Today we have mould on our muffin. Disgusting. Never ordering again

Stopped off for breakfast through the drive through after a night shift with my colleague. Orders bacon and egg McMuffin meal and sausage and egg meal. Drive down the road to find my bacon and egg was just bacon and cheese . Looked like it had been thrown together, so I turned round went back through the drive through and explained what had happened and that the egg was missing. Young man told me to drive to the next window. Then along came Becky . As there were cars in front of me I couldn’t move. She stared at me and said drive to the next window I said I know I can’t move yet. She stood there smirking at me and nodding her head patronising. I moved to the next window and Matthew served me with a fresh McMuffin with an egg on. Becky you need to re train your customer service skills!!

What a great maccies the food was hot and I was impressed

Usually it's a nice place to have your food . Staff is very efficient and mostly friendly.It's definitely miles better than most McDonald's in or around London from my experience .

I wouldn't normally go near a 5 star review for a McDonalds, but this branch deserves one. We dropped in because I needed to charge my car. I ordered a Big Mac meal. They often disappoint. I had one in Glasgow recently that was thrown together. This one though was cooked fresh, looked like the menu photo, and was so tasty. Nice hit crispy fries and a lovely cup of coffee.

I don't know what happened to this place. For delivery, the food always arrives cold, the drinks flat. Out of the last 6 orders, 5 were missing items. The one that wasn't missing items was went I went in person to complain and one of the managers oversaw the order. If items are missing the staff literally say there's nothing they can do, contact JustEat. I've worked here before. I've been ordering here since it opened. Sadly, I won't come back again. These days it is guaranteed the food quality will be extremely poor and the order will miss items unless it is packed with a manager and I've checked it before I walk out.

Never had any problems here with food or service. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Premises are clean and it's easy to get around with a wheelchair and pushchair. The food is always warm and excellent quality. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes which is great when you have a hungry mouth to feed. Ample parking and the staff are quick to resolve any surrounding litter issues from ignorant people who throw their rubbish out of their car.

11:45 visit, clean and tidy, quiet environment and glad to see the service dog for the blind welcomed.

Much more pleasant experience than the last time I visited. Clean and tidy, nice staff. I got a vegan burger, fries and an espresso. The burger was surprisingly good, when I'd eaten it I wished I'd got 2. Espresso was minging, though. Otherwise good.

Brilliant food, perfect for someone in a rush or in need of a quick yet affordable fix. Would highly recommend for those on the go.

A manager with glasses is very rude to the drivers picking up the orders. We do the job for you and we get all rubbish from customers. You Mark orders ready but it's not ready. Or you keep food and we deliver cold food. All rubbish from customers comes on us. Please be aware that if you continue to disrespect and treat every driver as a thief you will see legal action against you personally. Make sure you follow the rules that you should according to your agreement between McDonald's and delivery platforms. Respect people and be nice to others. We don't have to deliver anything to you. Lets think about what will happen if there is not even one driver for the next month. How much money you will lose? We are not your slaves.

Congratulations! The worst McDonald's I've ever had (& I've had a few in numerous countries around the world). Dismal on all levels, cold/lank chips, burger cold, dry, over-cooked and in the wrong (cold) bun with minimal (if any onions & gerkins). Only positive outcome being it was so bad, don't think I can face another for a good while!

I went to use the toilet and get a coffee , I stood behind a young woman with a voucher , the lady serving her said it had been used ,she turned to her partner and asked if he had used it ,the answer was no , so there was a long drawn out conversation on what she should do , so after about 20 minutes ,I gave up on the coffee and left .

I have never seen a burger thinner than either the Lettuce or each half of the bun. It was simply just eating bread.

I visited on Saturday morning 02/09/23 while I was waiting for my tent to dry ready for packing away to go home. I had twin 2 year olds & my 5 year old with me and the staff couldn't do enough to help, a kind female member of staff brought our food over and a friendly young man offered 2 high chairs while I was getting the children ready. It was nice to see staff go above and beyond for a single parent 😍

Order again using app...... The Ratners app.... Order what you want, get 50% added cost onto adds whatever to order . Then spend time sorting. Watch the que, get bigger, bigger, bigger as no-one can sort the app. Nice food, poor implementation of order, make sure you have more money as they take it out of account and fight for refund.

Was giving a regular coke zero & a fruit shoot when asked at the previous window for 2 small coke zero's, instead of swapping the drinks, the lady continued to argue with us that it wasn't what we ordered so we had to wait for the lady from the other window to swap them and we payed for a regular but only wanted a small. Cheese burger was stone cold, I threw it away, couldn't be bothered to go back.

It does what it says. On the door fast food.allways good.even when busy. Can be a bit hard to find a seat ,but most off them have outside .plenty to choose from.always clean and tidy .the toilets are sparkling. Recommended to everyone
