Macdonalds in Scarborough

El peor manager de la historia, pidió el nombre de los managers pero me dijeron que no, así que no puedo nombrar y avergonzarme. Pedí un reembolso ya que no estaba contento con mi limonada de fresa, fueron groseros, lentos y no me reembolsaron correctamente. Preguntado se puede ver a continuación

Problema importante en el que el personal en el piso estuvo hablando con un cliente durante más de 10 minutos. Tuvimos que apretar a través de una silla alta ya que no se movió cuando se le preguntó. Otro miembro ocupado del personal vino y limpió la mesa y me quejé del miembro y la joven ocupada dijo. Lo sé. Miembro del personal ignorante al trabajo en mano.

Lamentablemente la experiencia no fue buena. Pedimos comida y estábamos sentados esperando que nuestra comida llegara a la mesa. Mientras esperábamos, el personal de limpieza sacó lechugas de la mesa y sillas justo al lado de la mesa donde estábamos sentados. Donde cayó justo cerca de nuestra ropa. Mi hija estaba felizmente en las tabletas metiéndose en sus propios asuntos cuando un niño gritó al otro lado del restaurante para decirle que su cabello era tonto en dos ocasiones porque es mestiza con trenzas en ella lo que molestó a mi hija cuando cenaba aquí. No volvería por el trato del personal y los clientes acoso racial.

Mientras hacía un pedido en la unidad a través del área, el miembro del personal que tomaba pedidos fue grosero, impaciente e incluso suspiró cuando estaba haciendo mi pedido! Actitud absolutamente vergonzosa. No deberías estar en un rol de cara al cliente si no puedes ser educado.

Un servicio encantador como siempre a pesar de que Claire estaba ocupada sacando pedidos a los coches ella preguntó si todo estaba bien y si necesitábamos alguna salsa

This is by far the friendliest McDonald’s I have been in! All the staff were chatty polite and looking after everyone. Wouldn’t normally review a McDonald’s but credit where it’s due! Well done lads.

Terrible. Ordered from just eat, pregnancy craving, forgot the main meal, told the delivery driver and he said to call Macdonald's, Macdonald's told us to contact Uber eats. I'm not getting paid to do this, nor am I going out my way to ring around 3 companies for a meal that someone simpleton forgot. Keep the £8. How do you forget an entire meal? There was only 2 meals ordered. Stay in school kids.

Quick stop on the way home after a visit to the local hospital. It was rush hour as we arrived here, glad that we had pre-ordered through the app. A welcome strawberry lemonade and McFlurry! Very busy, but this was expected with the warm weather! Staff polite and helpful. Good store and location

Average food and staff... but what more can you ask from a mcdonalds. To be honest the kids do love going for a treat and that's the main reason for our visits.
