The best restaurants in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

EVERY time we order from this branch the user is wrong, or meals are missing. And the food we do get is usually cold. We usually avoid ordering here, but sometimes we don't realise. And when we want a refund we have to speak with Uber Eats, even though we order through the McDonalds app, directly. I understand that the branch can get busy, but seriously, how hard is it to check off the items in the bag to the items on the ticket? It's not just a one off, either, it's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! If it's too busy for staff to do the job properly, then hire more staff. If you can't hire more staff, then limit the orders!

Won’t be ordering again. No way was this pizza fresh. Clearly frozen, nasty and inedible . The dog turned her nose up, need I say more.

Nice pub, warm and comfy with new Christmas meal offers and Christmas drinks too. We had the chocolate orange espresso martini which was absolutely lush. 2 for £9.00 too which was great. Even the coffee is great so I would highly recommend.

Ordered through uber eats tonight was charged for 2 gravy none arrived when I phoned them to complain they said they haven't got any and they replaced it with corn on the cob .1 thing I don't like corn and another if I had known there was no gravy I wouldn't have placed a order and should be off there menus

Toilets are not working, tables are dirty, looks like no one has wiped them all day. Managment was very rude and ignorant. Not the staff, the management very rude and ignorant.

Had a terrible terrible morning. The lad in the pro shop had a horrible attitude!! Disgusting human being. Needs to learn some customer service. Bloke with beard not much better. The greens are shocking. I'll never come back to this course. Waitresses dont know what they are doing either. AVOID this place!!!!!
