Food was cold upon delivery and for the second time I got the wrong pizza! I don’t know why you bother having garlic margarita pizza on the menu because the chef clearly has never made one. I ordered a garlic margarita pizza and got a plain margarita. This is the second time I have not received the exact pizza I ordered so I won’t be ordering from here ever again. When I pay almost £10 for a pizza I want the pizza I ordered. Overpriced place now anyway

the food was great no complaints but sometimes they take long to deliver the food beside that 10/10❤️

I ordered a margarita pizza for the kids yesterday. It was impossible to eat it. It was spicy, either with chili sauce or spices. I couldn't eat it even though I like spicy food. Something horrible. A month ago we ordered a 4 cheese pizza and received a margarita. Service over the phone was very unpleasant. The guy argued with us that he knew what he was sending and that 4 cheeses could not be confused with a Margarita. After arriving at the place and showing the pizza, we had a big problem getting our money back. We are very disappointed because we have been buying from you for 2 years and everything was fine. Now it's getting worse with each order.

Food wasn’t great order around 4am because it was the only place open. The pizza was doughy & the chips didn’t taste cooked. Definitely won’t order from here again.

Food was 25mins late, missing corn on the cob, chips were hard and some were soggy. Chips were also cold. The Little salad was quite warm which wasn’t great. I gave it a 3 because the peri chicken was really nice, just a shame the rest of it wasn’t as nice.

I got salt and pepper wings and 1/4 chick. food was nice but 9 small wings and chips for nearly 13 is over the top. or at least put a drink with it!

Literally just had to pull a hair out my mouth that was in a piece of chicken wouldn't recommend. Literally responded to my review and told me to ring them done that and got this rude guy over the phone saying I can't refund you if you ordered through Uber even though Uber won't refund me and the response to the review was to ring them there's no point in saying that if they weren't going to refund me definitely wouldn't recommend. Rang them as recommended by the owner and just got a guy with a bad attitude that wouldn't refund me because I'd ordered through Uber eats and didn't care less that I'd paid for food that I couldn't eat wouldn't recommend at all.

Food was cold and late with food everywhere in boz

I ordered a crocodile calzone . Arrived on time was piping hot and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

The pizza was really hard and so skinny and also cold could be better for £14.00

Sadly the driver got the wrong address, came very late almost 50 mins late. Food was cold and ended up being almost tasteless as heating it would dry it. Chips were awful! Sorry could have been better

Asked to put seasoning on chips wich was ignored , burger was dry and disgusting chips were dry , parmo looks nice havent ate that yet but wont be eating chips without the seasoning and how dry they are took driver like 30mins to get to me sfter food was ready when i live round the corner

Ordered the jumbo platter with the fries. For the price you get a nice deal however… the chicken meat had a strange odour and the actual meat tasted like it had gone off. The marinade had a sweet sickly plasticky taste and it was not edible or enjoyable.. the chips were cold and just cardboard chips.. do not recommend sorry.

Ordered 2 peri peri whole chickens. Meat was smelly and bad tasting like it had gone off and the marinade was sickly sweet and plasticky… not a fan..after a couple bites had to leave it. Feel sick now so I had to leave a review sorry!

The food was chunks of potato and not even jacket potato. The wedges tasted microwaved and the coca cola as advertised as shown wasn't even coca cola, it was a 'barr' branded drink.

forgot the straw for the milkshake, forgot the bottle of cola and turned up 40 mins later than was told

called and was told to cancel and re order I did try to cancel but there was no.pothole fir cancellation as it kept telling me order was ready for pick up ,then I re ordered so the other order was never collected or delivered

DelI’m very was estimated at 6:15, we are not on 6:45 and still no sign of the order. They haven’t even set off baring in mind it’s around 15 minute drive also. Haven’t eaten the food to inform about the taste.

Got the pizza deal and a whole chicken with two sides Food was spot on the salad was fresh. They listened to my requests in comment section, food come on time would definitely recommend.

been a couple years since I've ordered from ozmos and I used to love it. seems like it's under new ownership now and it's gone massively downhill. delivery took over an hour from when they said he'd set off, the food arrived cold and hard as well as completely different to how it used to be it just looked and tasted like a mess, the can of Rubicon was warmer than the food. called up to complain and they didn't seem to care and just said it's too far for them to travel and do anything about it.

was great all the food was amazing even got a free order of mashed potatoes the only downside is that they brought pepsi instead of coca cola but i can live with that i might have just found my new fave takeaway

Usually the orders turn up with no problems. However this time my order didn’t arrive, to top it off the last two times they phone me up asking if the delivery address is correct when I have only been using the same address. No missed calls to my phone. No one rang my doorbell. Went outside to check but nothing there. Wont order angain and seeking a refund.

Chicken taste good wasn’t the warmest also placing the drinks and the food in the same bag probably not the smartest idea as both of my drinks where warm also it wasn’t 4 chicken strips with my meal it was 2 diced up

Food and service surprisingly brilliant. We had the chicken yikka pasta and chips..they were freshly made and every bite was as good as the last. Washed down with a not too sweet karrak chai . Perfect. Ok so the cafe surroundings leave a lot to be desired. But the service was excellent 👌

Been waiting over 2 hours for food. It never arrived after paying over £22 for it all and delivery. Tried to ring restaurant back 10 times and they won’t pick up the phone, absolute joke. They take your money but don’t deliver what u paid for, then ignore you afterwards. Scams

The staff are lovely & I regularly order from here. The desserts and milkshakes are always unbelievable and I usually get a parmo wrap which is nice but last night I was literally gagging and spitting it out it honestly tasted like a mouldy corpse. Chips have always been nice but the chicken tasted like ashes & the cheese or bech was sour it was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life I felt like I was being tortured without consent. The pizza was cold but I just reheated it and it was as always delicious. Chips were good, warmer than the pizza. Think the delivery driver got a little lost, but it’s quite confusing where I live so think he did a good job considering. Lovely food- thank you 😊

To say this was one of the only places open at 5am, it was a very decent takeout pizza and delivered within an hour. No complaints.

Don’t really have a problem ever they always listen to what I say how I want my food cooked always top quality always hot and nice but tonight was a bit of a downfall I got my usual jacket but you blathered it in chilli sauce and yogurt sauce which I didn’t ask for and never have which made it really hot I’m 8 months pregnant and can’t eat hot stuff luckily I could remove it with a spoon as I didn’t want to ring up and wait for more but other than that I’m happy thankyou

Your restaurant is slowly losing favour. I don't like giving my name to the random delivery driver who holds my food hostage unless i tell him my name. My name is none of his business. Surely, the fact that he's standing at the f-ing ADDRESS written on the tocket is enough to hand me my food. Also, you forgot my coleslaw

Food arrived late which wouldn't be an issue but it was also cold and missing several items. Fries were soggy and the chicken had minimum sauce and not very flavourful. Rather disappointing for how much we paid for food and delivery.

I didn’t like the food no drink with it on receipt it was was showing food and drink but didn’t receive drink food was over cooked and taste was it was okay

I'm annoyed I asked for BBQ base and was given tomatoe with a drizzle of BBQ on top of my pizza (the cheek) ruined the whole thing didn't taste nice at all I asked for plain chicken that's not what i got either!!

Beautiful food. Delivery was running late. Rang restaurant. They said it would be with me soon. Friendly and respectful on the phone. Said they'd been very, very busy. 10 mins later, my order arrived and was lovely.

They sent the order with 1 portion of rice missing and a 1/4 chicken + rice meal missing. One of the pieces of chicken was just a strange bone don’t even know what it was. Wont order again.

Had one slice and left it as it is, the Calzone had an awful smell to the donner meat, the chicken Parmasan was nice but definitely wouldn’t order donner meat from here

My order was short a burger, when I called them up they said 3 times they were sending it then over an hour later I called them and they called me a layer saying they had sent it when they hadn't, I will not be ordering from them again very unhappy customers.

I asked for the pepperoni not to be spice and they sent a chilli base not happy at all burnt the kids mouths

Ever since I moved to Leeds these guys have been great and I've always been a returning customer but tonight was a big red flag. Ordered through just eat and my order came incorrect and an item missing as proven by the receipt. I understand mistakes happen but it's there for you to read so it's a bit unforgivable from a customers point of view. I can't trust that won't happen again. Food quality has definitely dropped from a 9 to a 0. The highlight was the "garlic bread"... 😂 Is someone sabotaging? Shame

Food's come in ofter 2 hours and was very cold, food's was smashed on bag like sop all mix together, very disiponted, I never ever order again.

Kebab was nice The only thing wrong was the chilli sauce wasn't spicy and it was sweet which was strange for a chilli sauce other than that I will probably order again just to make your chilli sauce spicy 🔥🥵

First time ordering and food was good I found the only thing to mention is it would be nice to have a hot option for the chilli sauce as it was way too sweet but other than that will be definitely ordering again. Thanks

The crocodile calzone is beautiful and they have the best chilli sauce.
