Food was soggy and it took more than an hour to come burger was pink chips where ice cold and bare soggy will not be ordering from here again

Not bothered about it being late as food was spot on

I've just had a gorgeous vegetable pizza, probably one of the nicest vegetable pizzas I've ever had. The cherry tomatoes were lovely a nice surprise as I assumed it would be sliced tomatoes.

This place is an absolute juke. Been a regular customer for years they’ve got zero compassion zero manners and zero respect there a joke. Accepting orders delaying time and still 40 minutes over the time they’ve stated. 90 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 chips!! Disgusting. Let alone ringing the shop to be told it’s 10 minutes away considering the shops 4 minutes drive on google maps. Jokers Avoid go elsewhere unless your willing to wait 2 hours for your food. On top of that they don’t send free items like there menu states dispite spending the amount required nor do they read the comments when your asking for additional things. Place is a joke and I’m very surprised it’s still up ask running going by the reviews.

Absolutely disgusted!! Have ordered here over the years and doesn't even deserve the one star I have put that was the only way could leave this review!!! Pershifically asked for a mild fajita , if made from scratch should not be a problem, ultimately it is like they have gone out of there way to make it horribly hot ! I will not be wasting my time or money there again

what the actual f is that, order took nearly 2 hours to get to us, bearing in mind i can walk the them in 10 minutes 🤦‍♀️ pizza was disgusting, and half the toppings were all over the box like it had been shock all over the place. will not be ordering for here again, absolutely diabolical

Worst pizza ever!! used to be a really good company but now cheap toppings, the cheese was like cream cheese! they missed toppings off the pizza that I paid extra for, and took an hour to come

Nearly two hours we waited for our food tonight.

excellent hot tasty food delivered early and a nice polite gf gentleman.

The pizza's was cold and tasteless! The fries was clap cold and soggy! Delivered after 2 hours saying they had 2 many orders and not there fault! Not willing to do anything about it! Telling me to take to cold food back to them! Absolutely fuming! 😡🤬 never again stay away 🤢🤮

Over an hour waiting time. Pizza was bland, hardly any pineapple on pizza, couldn't even taste the tomato base. Cheesy chips were cold and cheese not melted. Also got a free garlic bread as spent over £30. very small for sharing but more importantly was so dry and tasteless

Ordered a simple pepperoni stuff crust for delivery...... had to go out in the rain to find driver, then there was no stuff crust to then be told when I call to leave the other outside for the driver to collect? Wonder who they planned reselling that too but am not leaving as its unfair to expect others to now sit waiting when there is a pizza sat there a simple refund should of been given not demands to swap pizzas over now got 2 if I wanted 2 I'd if ordered 2

Got a kebab from here, came and there was a piece of green mouldy kebab meat in the middle of my kebab!

Food was great, although a little late, I don't mind, it was still hot and delicious as always. Definitely recommended and will order again.

Shop is very tired looking inside. I ordered special kebab. It had more salad that meat 6 chillies one larger than my hand. More chips that kebab I would rename this a mega chip n salad box with strays of meat.. The lad on till was slaggin off a customer on the phne to me saying he hates customers... Not what u want on your first visit to a local takeaway.. What meat there was was cooked nicely...

Food came late and on the app it said the resurant was closed

I only tried this takeaway on the off chance as my usual was closed. I’m so glad I did, this is my new favourite! Couldn’t fault a thing, all fresh ingredients. Arrived early and was piping hot.

Highly recommend! My children are fussy eaters and eat theirs without a doubt. The carrot cake was delicious and the cheese and chips wrap was amazing apart from the mixed cheese (I don’t like). 5 stars from me

Excellent food but struggled to find address.

Excellent as always. I had a terrible day and was super tired and needed some pizza to cheer me up. Realised I ordered collection instead of delivery after waiting a while and was starving and so upset at that point, guys were understanding on the phone and delivered to me even though they were really busy as I don't drive. 5 star service, really appreciate it, thank you!

The lamb on my mixed kebab was the worst it’s ever been was too tough to eat and tiny pieces

The food took over an hour to come and when it arrived the cheesy chips barely had any cheese apart from on top and the pizzas were all really dry the only nice thing about the order was the mozzarella sticks

Used this place twice & on both occasions my food is both late & cold, I live 2 mins away, ive rang the shop & complained they can keep their money I simply aren't using this place again, fuming i was looking forward to it but its in the bin ruined....

Tried the mixed kebab for the first time. 11/10. Absolutely gorgeous. But all of our order was top notch. Been here a fair few times and definitely the best pizzas around for south leeds.

Waited over 2 hours for our food. Was told the driver had set off twice - we live over the road and still no food for 20/25 minutes. Food wasn't even hot and we were only offered a free bottle of pop which doesnt solve the issue. No apologies or nothing.

The food was for the most part very good and plentiful. Although the chicken burger was very greasy. The delivery was quite late and when I phoned 10mins after the later time given, the response was less than impressive. "They were just preparing the food and it was a busy night". They weren't exactly apologetic. Although the delivery driver did apologise.

Hugely disappointed. I rang when it (being generous) 25 minutes late. When I enquired how long much longer it would take I was told ten minutes, this turned out to be 30 more. No explanation or real apology was offered, to be honest given the delay I probably would have expected some sort of small compensation. Food when it eventually arrived was ok

Used to be our go-to for pizza this side of Leeds, but no more. The food arrives cold due to the ridiculous wait times (and the time they give you doesn't mean a thing), and don't bother ringing them to ask about the order as you'll get nowhere. Poor service & poor food.

Ordered loads from here lately. The mixed kebab and a small chips would do for 3 meals. The lambs too hot for me but tasty and the doner is fine but the chicken is the star. Proper tasty. The chip spice they use is amazing as well.

Flat cold all of it 115 minutes to deliver a few streets away. Chips and cheese not one strand of the cheese was melted disgusting.

I ordered food and after a hour it wasn’t here, when I called up I had put the wrong address , not only did they keep it warm but brought me it right away! Couldn’t have been more helpful! Amazing guys!

Shocking service. Waited over 2 hours and after phoning twice staff just lied and said be with you in 15 mins. On last occasion it was obvious they hadn't even started cooking the food

We got the pizza offer and we were very disappointed. The chicken on the pizza was crunchy and the 4 cheese pizza was cold on arrival. Collection time was great, but don’t think we would order from here again.

Used to be good but not anymore. We had many meals from them until today when the chicken burgers were dry and very hard to chew. The chicken was probably left over from much earlier today. We binned the burgers and called the shop to tell them that the quality of the food is unacceptable. After a little wait we were told to give the burgers back and they can replace them. The manager will not allow them to give proper, fresh food unless we give back the ones we binned. Sorry, but I am not taking the food out of the trash just to receive something similar with questionable quality. They lost regular customers. What a shame.

Food arrived, hot and early. Pizza lacked chicken and bacon and feel they could have put a bit more meat on. Chips tasty as always and a big portion for a small. Quite satisfied although they do require you to spend alot for delivery.

Flat cold when it arrived called the shop was absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoke to when I wanted it replacing I have always ordered for delivery and they claim it was for collection And was told its my fault and tuff luck that's what it is do not use this place

First time in ordering for quote a few years & they have only got better. Absolutely amazing. Mexicano hot was spot on and the kebab meat and chicken tikka was done to perfection! Best pizza I've had in a long time!

How down hill this place has got!!!! Ordered tonight. Wedges ROCK hard they'd spark someone out. Kebab was as dry as it gets stone freezing cold. Pitta bread like a Frisby and was sent wrong calzone. Why I'd order a kebab calzone and a kebab is bound me but there we go.. ordered from here at least once a week for past 3 year but will I order again in again hurry?? Definitely not. Gone WAY down hill

The pizza flat cold looked like it had been stud around a good while before it came out for delivery

Normally good service but i placed my usual order asking for no onions as allergic but came with loads. Phoned to ask for replacement and still waiting nearly an hour later and they have took phones off hook.
