Cuccina in Leeds

Not as good as once was. Sometimes food lovely other times bland and tasteless. Don't always get items cooked to asking on the phone. Used to go every week. Now only on occasion. Still not brill when we do. Prefer Shama down the road and it is cheaper. Their Donna on Naan is lovely. 😂

Accepted a paid for order that was never received and then was rude and dismissive on the phone like it wasn’t their problem

The man that took my order was so friendly normally cashiers cant wait to hang up !! . The pizzas were delicious, plenty of toppings , lovely traditional thin base . Thank goodness we saved some for breakfast 🌶️

Absolutely shocking im 1.7m from the. But there too lazy to deliver nice pizza had them for years but will never use them again there's lots of more places out there avoid as they don't care about you only want to talk and not serve you

We're regular customers, its generally ok, best of a bad bunch of local takeouts pretty much 🤷. Tonight though has taken the mick. Cold and wrong order. 20+ quid down the pan. Pizza hut with offers is similar price. Won't be wasting money here again.

Been using Cuccina for 25 years on and off, last couple of years they've been poor but finally seem to be back to top form, last 3 times have been very good.

Been a regular customer for many years, so disappointed recently. Last 2 times ordered, there has been a 2 hour delay. food cold. when calling to chase, counter assistant was rude with a ton of attitude. you have lost a regular customer

We have used cuccina for 30 years. 2 months ago the toppings were minimal. We wanted to give them another chance tonight 21st October , ordered 7pm to be told delivery would be 8.30 Taking the pizza in farsley got our order

Verify slow service, we were sitting alone for 1 hour , no food , no waitresses,... it was much better before unfortunately...Chef Claudio is very talented and cooking very well and we came for this restaurant only because of him. No one even passing by to pay the bill and leave the place.

Average pizza, and cash only. What retail business still operates cash only on 2022? Card fees are no excuse because they could accept bank transfer, which is instant and absolutely free. There's only one reason why I can think of that a business would do cash only in 2022, and it's not good...

Cracking pizzas need I say more? Give it a bash

Have been going to cuccina for over 30yrs and tonight had to be the worst one ever , ordered a special burger but it had no salad on the bun just a few pieces of red onion then the burger should have cheese and a tomotoe salsa sauce on top which was non existent, then to top it off chips were under cooked and soggy , pizzas from this place are amazing but I will be keeping away from burgers

Lovely delicious pizza, been using Cuccina as my go to pizza place for 31 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended *****

I've been using cuccina for 2 year's now and have always had great food and always a friendly welcome,I went today and expressed that there was a change in staff and the price increase,I was confronted with the owner who was extremely rude and arrogant,so on that note if that's how I'm going to be spoken to,I will never go there again.by the way he wasn't bothered even though I told him I'd never return.manners don't cost anything, instead of saying I can't be here 8 days per week and explaining the price increase instead of saying it's about time, he could of delivered it in a more professional way..

Best pizza around, best bases. World's away from disgusting Dominos. Great prices to top it all as well!

Not as good as they used to be by any stretch, Proscuitto E Funghi pizza didn't have a single mushroom on it. All in the name really. Need to up there game back to what they were like a couple or so years ago where I'm sure they changed hands

Service with a smile, very reasonably priced and tasty.

Very inconsistent. Used to be a regular but had problems last year with long delays and cold food. After a few months, gave them another try. Driver was half hour late, phoned to rudely that I hadn’t put full address in, when he found it again told me off for not putting it in. Showed him my phone which had proof i had put full address in, and full directions in further details. No apology. Pizzas were just warm and had to be reheated. Chips hard and got thrown away. When Cucina are quiet during the week, it tastes great and is hot and fresh. Sadly when they get a few orders it seems they can’t cope and send anything out. They don’t respond to feedback so can only assume they don’t care about customer opinions, just banging food out and taking money. Sorry Cucina, that was your last chance.

Fresh tasty pizzas for a very reasonable price. The chips are freaking ace too. They're really popular so always seem so busy but consistently are ready on time! The guys are really welcoming every time I walk in there, good to know my money is going to a bunch of good genuine people. This place is now one of my regulars! Thank you Cuccina. Keep providing Pudsey with PROPER pizza!

It was nice enough, the can of coke that was part of my order failed to appear, didn't think it was worth making an issue about. Probably won't order from here again

Absolutely rubbish takes 1 and a half hour to come then it’s wrong so phone up to be told it’s not there fault so go to the shop to be given more attitude absolute joke avoid new owners

Waited 1hr and 40 mins for a meal deal delivery. We were warned it would be an hour. . Rang twice to chase up. Appalling attitude when we said to leave it and we'd go elsewhere. Driver then turned up with 2 pizzas and no meal deal. Said we'd need to speak to the manager. Again no apology. Will not be a returning customer. Pizza cold too.

It's ok We wouldn't sing and dance about the pizza. The delivery driver when knocking on the door, it sounded like he was using either a key or a coin to knock glass of the door.

The staff on the phone are the most ignorant people and brain dead I have ever heard

Ordered from here a few times , But tonight are takeaway was disgusting, Ordered a vegetarian pizza, The pizza was like slop and just covered in garlic, My partner's chips were warm ups and he only had one burnt burger in his half pound cheese burger and the delivery driver over charged me 😡, Wont be ordering from here again.

I've been a customer here forever and with good reason: the pizzas are excellent.

Extremely poor quality food. Ordered a donner and chicken tikka kebab in garlic nan, portion of chips and a chicken filler burger meal. Collected it and got it home, no garlic nan. Chicken burger wasn't a fillet burger, Chicken tikka wasn't tikka it was cancelled chicken and chips were under the donner meat not separate. Called to speak to manager I was passed to a very rude man who argued with me. So I took the food back to the shop and showed them after a 5 minute discussion they decided I was right and they give me a refund. Avoid. I will never order from here again

Poor quality, poor service, cold pizzas, get orders wrong then argue on the phone - avoid

ordered 3 pizzas , they delivered wrong house, phoned wrong no, so no delivery and no offer to say sorry, customer service stinks

We’ve never used the delivery service, but have gone in to order & wait a couple of times - service isn’t slow, but it’s not the fastest so leave plenty time if you’re in a hurry! Really friendly staff and they’re happy to accommodate our weird and wonderful requests too. It’s an above average pizza (plenty cheese and good quality fresh toppings)

2 hours for a cold pizza delivery.. never again

Just ordered 3 pizzas and 4 portions of chips. Firstly we only had 2 chips delivered so phoned them to ask for the other 2 portions. Was told no problem they would send the other 2 but then phoned us back to question us on this with an attitude. The pizzas are so dry can not eat any more than the first slice. No point phoning again as all you get from them is a bad attitude. Won't be ordering again

This takeaway serves the worst food ever just had a tikka nan bread waited 15 mins for 3 pieces of dried up chicken on a stail nan staff just interested in money avoid at all costs
