ice cream melted and all food cold

I waited two hours to get my food and still didn’t receive it even though it said it was delivered!! Disappointed

My drink and sauces weren’t delivered, yet I paid for it. Disgrace.

The food was cold when it got delivered to me and I ordered a triple cheeseburger and only received a double.

Cold on delivery and all was slow to update

I am a disabled person and i can barely walk when i asked for the person to bring it up they where very rude this is outrageous i cant walk

I didn't get my food delivered I rang the shop said there's nothing I can do to ring just eat press whatever complies to me and wit for my refund I didn't get my refund either

No syrup with the pancakes. We ordered two cappuccino coffees and two normal coffees came, and only three quarters full. Not happy!

Completely the wrong order was delivered!

Missing apple pie and mcflurries were just ice cream and no mix-ins. All the other food was good and fries were still warm.

the driver was horrible, was shouting through the phone and later on at my husband. was mad because he went to a wrong address , by the time the delivery was received most of the drink was spilled. horrible attitued and people skills .

I went there for a newly advertised Chicken big mac, ordered from one of the digital platform and then got no receipt or my order number then went to ask one of the staff member they said its being prepared waited for about 10 minutes many other were already gone with much bigger orders so i went again asking their response was its being made again after 20 minutes waiting i finally went one last time then the staff asked if i had payed then I showed my bank confirmation on my phone then she started apologising, am not a bad person i know it happens i myself work in a hospitality industry but if a customer is there asking twice already should’ve at least noticed why is the person there for 20 minutes…. Just disappointed

Food was delivered half an hour later than time stated, and on the map the courier wasn’t moving for ages then seemed to go a really long route, resulting in my food arriving cold and the ice cream and milkshake melted and runny.

Ordered 2 large meals , both meals arrived with no chips and different burgers

courier delivered really quickly. food was nice and warm. they remembered to add the extra sauces which is a rarity so thank you for that!

Vaneet was my courier - very friendly and very early. food was excellent too

Staff are usually quite helpful, especially the Indian lady early morning before 7am, she is lovely!

3 stars all across the board, staff were unpleasant when they mucked up my order and the food was subpar as the chicken selects seemed smaller than usual and had a funny taste to them

Deliverer was very quick and all the food was still hot, there was a small issue of my hot chocolate as I was brought coffee instead. Overall good though

It’s like a small drop in McDonald s can feel Cosy but not a lot of room To sit or stand has half the floor has order boards or stands I mean it’s ideal for a quick pick up but not much room - The staff was outside smoking on what seemed like a long cigarette while moving the chairs around I mean not very professional or maybe a thing of the past but any smoking infront of customers is never a good look has it does have a lot of traffic coming its way also not sure if she washed her hands or not

Driver seemed to drive round town doing other deliveries. Eventually turned up with cold food and was rude.

Unfortunately, the receipts in the ordering columns had run out of paper and it was a bit chaotic as to who had which order. Otherwise a great McDonald's

Bond St maccies is a great little place. I usually go early to this one and staff are always friendly. Not a mega busy one in the city centre so it's a pleasant visit.

I like this place as usually you have more chances to find a place to sit and serve quicker in comparison to the one next to M&S which is always busy and noisy. I've been here many times and only once had a problem with fries( already cold ), but when I mentioned it the lady politely apologised and brought me another portion of fresh and tasty fries.

Stone cold and the driver went the long way around and then messed about for ages driving back and forth.

The guy came on a push bike and took about an hour to deliver, I tracked him he went through a park to get here? I couldn't get through to the restaurant or driver the bags are soaked and the food is ruined

My order didn't come. I phoned driver back n I told him to text me cause I couldn't understand what he was saying. He didn't text me back AND he blocked me. This is the second time in a row my just eat order has not been delivered. So unprofessional.

The driver was such a nice man came right to my door so I didn’t have to go out in the rain and get wet.

2 hours late and still havnt revived it and now there saying I won’t be getting a refund this is disgusting! I will be taking this further

The food tasted processed as hell it was cheap rubbish everywhere but the staff where kind well maybe because they were some greasy robots that don't even accept cash

Absolutly disgusted with one of your managers we went on saturday 16/09/23 but was told that they were closing and only 2 people were allowed in which is ok as it was mainly for our friend to use the toilet we was refused point blank bearing in mind our friend had a stroke few years ago we mentioned this to the manager but no she said toilets are closed my friends brain can not tell her to hold it therefore had an accident not nice when you travelled to your city for a birthday weekend the poor girl was mortified absoluty very angry with the lady in question hope something like this never happens to her

Due to this place being central in Ashton market can on occasions have problems with young teenage groups .

The service was slow seeing staff chatting while you see your order has been processed to be collected but the staff chat to each other for about 5 minutes and it was not busy to be delayed for so long ...

A takeaway only McDonald in the morning.

No sauces at all for 20 nuggets and veggie dippers! No straws for milkshakes. Very fast delivery but these are kind of important missing details

Food was cold not warm enough and my McFlurry was half full in the cup and McDonald’s didn’t fill my McFlurry to top and it wasn’t enjoyable at all

The first time in my life when the fries from a Mcdonalds was so bad it was actually indigestible. (Not fried enough, full of bitter! oil)

When our meals arrived they were both correct but they didn’t put in the paper straws in the paper bag for the drinks which I requested and also the paper bags that the food came in absolutely stunk of women’s perfume which is unhygienic and Cross contamination to the food and the mc flurry’s were a mess and I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anybody who orders.

I ordered 2x Large Mc Crispy meals with 2x large Classic Coca Cola with malteaser McFlurrys this is what we wanted but instead what came was 2x deluxe Mc crispy burgers with lettuce and onions and cheese slices which we didn’t even order in the first place so the whole order was completely wrong.

The chips were freezing and didn’t taste warm at all and the burger was cold at touch so we didn’t enjoy it and I did say in the instructions to the restaurant that our meals should of been warm.

Brilliant staff, customer service was nice. Food was very nice too

Delivery driver comes on the bike and all my Coke is gone in the bag dripping everywhere all over my food. Delivery rider didn’t offer to get a replacement just continued to had us our coke drenched food.

Waited 20 minutes for one medium fry, atleast they were hot. Countless people got orders before me :(

Incorrect order stuff missing cold fries

Waited a long time but manager offered fries for the wait without me saying a word. Food was OK- wrap was missing onion and mccrispy didnt have the extra sauce requested (they need it as dry otherwise)

I haven’t received my order as your driver drove off without delivering it there was a confusion with the address but I told him my address which is on his route back but he had already left before I could even go collect it I have rang your driver and he kept disconnecting the call I want my money back or I will never use JustEat again

A small up stairs but more seating down stairs. The place was clean well stocked and had toilets that were available for use. The staff staff where friendly one woman filled up my water bottle for me. The food was fine and you can put on a decent amount of free extras some are to stingy to allow this.

Ordered on Uber a medium fries either the guy making up the fries has really small hands or has no brain cells the burger makers however they are as thick as the milkshakes what part of plain cheeseburger leads you to think hold on let’s give him a normal cheeseburger and even add lettuce if I wanted lettuce I would have ordered a Salad and Honestly your branch must be ran by a blind nun in a fishery! Never have I seen a less organised set up since the Tories took us out of the EU! Also just stop advertising milkshakes you don't do milkshakes!

The food made me and my family poorly . We where unwell the full next day . It’s put me off ordering from here again
