Duck hotpot was so good, duck was crispy and savoury, chicken was flavourful defo coming back 10/10 recommend !!

Super-friendly service, a great range of items available, lovely and clean and speedy. The chicken and mushroom dumplings were tasty, my daughter loved her chicken noodles and the hash browns I got as a substitute for the out of stock potato salad were beautifully crisp. Prices are good and I loved being able to add my own chilli oil and greens, thanks!

I used to eat here often. The noodles taste very good. The new store has a very good environment. There are discounts for the new store. Vanessa, the waiter at the front desk, is also very nice. Recommended for cracking the wall.

The Beef & Onion and Chicken & Mushroom Dumplings are a must have! Big portions and it’s not that pricey compared to other restaurants that serve similar cuisine here in Leeds. Very convenient location as well. Definitely would recommend and come back for the dumplings!

The Desi owner of this place is extremely rude, arrogant and has no manners. My partner and I work as doctors and often recommended Mr Su's to other colleagues in hospital; so it's such a shame that the Desi owner is such an ill mannered idiot! I would avoid this place at all costs because of that disrespectful, rude, ill charactered man. He needs to be taught how to speak to others.

Lamb Spring Onion Dumplings is my favourite and the only reason I go there. But I ordered online twice and what I received was so different from what I normally have dine in. It's strange.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and authentic taste of its beef broth ramen and lamb dumplings. It's more like a school canteen for students from neighbouring Unis, but the limited selection of dishes are all very good.

This place is so good I’ll come here by myself, their noodle soups are addictive.

Best dumplings I’ve tried in Leeds and one of my favourite places. I usually order their roasted duck hotpot noodles and lamb and onion dumplings and they are both delicious. The price is really good too for the quantity of food. They are quite quick at serving even when the place is busy.

Definitely recommend coming here for their soup noodles! Portion is huge and two people can share one bowl! Broth is spicy and flavourful and their dumplings are probably frozen but it tastes GOOD. But yeah, portion just makes it so worth it!! Tip: Get their Too Good To Go bags! They give one portions worth of noodles, meat and dumplings!! super good as well.

Tasty noodles but I think they are slightly overpriced for the portion of their food, hence the four stars.

the chopsticks provided is unclean, some oils attached to it, if you wipe the chopsticks with tissues you can see the tissues goes yellow. And the soup is unusual there are some weird bubble on it.

It was our first time here and we really enjoyed the food. It’s a halal noodle restaurant. They are many options for the noodles and you can choose your own noodles, soup and toppings. The prices are reasonable and the noodles tasted so good! We will definitely be back!

Usually never rate a restaurant unless I've been a few times or I've been given something very bad. I've only been once but I think it's very good.. Only had the lamb and spring onion dumplings and they were very nice. Got 2 sauces to go with, the spicy one was nice but maybe could be more spicy but maybe Chinese food isn't supposed to be very spicy I'm not sure because I'm not very familiar with Chinese food I mostly eat South Asian food which is very spicy. But anyway, it was still very nice and I'll def be back to try more things from the menu. It's nice to finally have places in Leeds that serve Chinese food that's much more accurate to how it's supposed to be, instead of the Chinese takeaways that are all over the country but don't really do a good job at representing what Chinese food is supposed to be like, but this is mainly because most British audiences are scared of foreign foods.

This used to be one of my favourite places to visit until tonight! The lady on the till was very rude, not helpful and quite obstructive to be honest. I was trying to order noodles for myself and my Chinese neice and nephew who are children. I usually have dried noodles with duck which is delicious however I was told I had to order noodles soup and then a meat, this was confusing and although this lady could speak English and as much as I try my best to speak mandarin I realised quickly It was a losing battle. When our food arrived it was very spicy (which I didn't ask for, nor was I asked if I wanted) we changed the food and again it was very spicy, after ordering 6 dishes all of which were spicy we decided to leave. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again! No matter how good your food is customer service should always be a priority, unfortunately this lady didn't or wouldn't understand that! Shame!

Neat little shop that offers noodle soup with three diff kinds of noodles and four diff kinds of soup, dumplings, hotpot and boba all in one. The noodlesoup was big and warm and just the thing for a cold winter evening. The duck is really good as well. Very satisfying.

Couldn't end up eating my meal because it was too spicy. Built my own hot pot and asked for stock soup case. It ended up being as spicy as my friend's spicy soup base. When I asked the server if they thought it was stock or spicy, they hesitated for a while before guessing stock and told me that all their soup bases are spicy and you cannot ask for them to remove it. Poor review due to lack of customization for the soup base despite it being a build your own. Additionally poor as the amount of spice they did put in was extremely spicy; similar to that of the spicy soup base anyways.

Me and my friends ordered their soup noodle dishes and dumplings which came by pretty fast, which can be customised with garnishing at the station by the front! The atmosphere was great with the owner even coming by to offer sweets 👍 I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for great and relatively affordable eats.

The food is amazing. You choose your meat/ noodle/ vegetables and the flavour of broth and staff go behind and cook it for you. It wasn't very clear how to order/ what to do so me and my friends watched some people order and then ordered ourselves. The food is amazing! Staff were lovely and added extra peanut sauce to one of the ramens as it was too spicy. The price is very reasonable too! I'll definitely be returning

Found this wonderful halal place in Leeds. The staff was so helpful and courteous. We ordered the chicken and duck noodles with spicy soup base (I would recommend this base), and the stewed beef noodles, also with spicy base. Both of them tasted amazing! The lamb leaf dumplings were just heavenly 😋 Absolutely recommended 👍🏻

Im 32 and I can count on 1 had the number of times I recall having somthing resembling food poisoning. But my experience the following day after eating here was somthing else, brown liquid out of one end the following morning. Then after a full day in bed felt like i was finally able to be sick, but before i made it to the toilet i had what can only be described as my first ever seizure. I woke up in a puddle of sick by the toilet convulsing with it having come out my nose and mouth.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at the restaurant! Can you believe it? They had the audacity to inform me about a 25-minute wait only after I made the payment! And guess what? Even after enduring that agonizing 25-minute wait, they still hadn't started preparing my order! I was beyond furious! The attitude of the waiter was disgustingly rude, and they even had the nerve to insult me! On top of that, the cashier had the gall to accept my payment without mentioning the wait time, and then they had the audacity to refuse to refund my money for the order they never bothered to make! Too good to go order - I ordered the Too good to go. It was advertised as £13.17 reduced down to £4.39. The meal consisted of flat noodles, about 8 small pieces of chicken and about 4 meat dumplings. Served together is a takeout box. Chicken - Was nice but probably not enough of it Noodles - Big portion, however overly spicy. I can take my spice but this was spicy to the level, where you can’t tasty the noodles properly. They actually went in the bin as with the overpowering chilli, wouldn’t want to eat the next day either. They were all clumped together aswell (like an elastic band ball) so must have been sat for a while. Needed a knife to cut through, which certainly shouldn’t be the case with noodles. Dumplings - Decent but quite bland in taste. Now I know that with the too good to go, you get what’s left over. However I can’t imagine anyone paying the advertised £13.17 for this? Under £5 would be a fair reflection of the meal served. It seems it’s always this same meal served aswell on too good to go, never any variation ie soup. I have also previously ordered from the normal menu through the day (chicken noodle soup) and the experience was better and decent portion of meat.

Vegan option is not that good,the beef was just mediocre and the dumplings bare yummy .. hence the 3 stars

Not the best place to eat, my partner had stewed beef and pickle soup but unfortunately became ill a few hours later. You would expect being sick would clear her stomach or bring some solace, this didn't happen. My partner spoke to one of the staff to inform of the situation, unfortunately, who she spoke to didn't really take note of the situation, my partner hates to complain, they thanked her, fobbed her off and began to start with you shouldn't eat food a day after purchase, especially during warmer days, she then put the phone down on her, she called straight back but no answer this time! This made me ponder about the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation area. Needless to say this is a place where we won't be ordering from, or frequenting.

Ordered takeout 10 June, after a busy day out and not wanting to cook. Partner ordered stewed beef and pickle soup. Later that evening my partner was sick bringing up the contents of her stomach. My partner doesn't like to complain but on this occasion called the following day sunday 11 to make them aware of the situation. The staff advised her she should have eaten food on the day and not after the purchase date, note the food was consumed upon returning home that evening, not after the event as the member of staff alleged. Note my partner called to make them aware of what she had experienced, not to be told she should eat food on the day of purchase and not after, that would lead me to believe there is a hygiene and food cleanliness issue - if you eat food from mr su's on the day of purchase you will be ill 🤒. ALSO NOTE THE MEMBER OF STAFF PUT THE PHONE DOWN HER AND WHEN SHE CALLED BACK THERE WAS NO PICK UP. No we won't be visiting Mr su's leeds if they won't take on board a customers concern. This is the worst take away visited and experience had. Patrons, foodies, students be advised mr su's leeds should be avoided.

Recommend by my (student) daughter, we had lunch. Bamboo table and bench tops. Counter order. Small menu of rice and ramen bowls, but adequate choice. A counter with ingredients to create your own. Small rack with chilli oil, chopped spring onions and coriander as added extras. Food was served in big bowls and delicious. Dumplings looked home made and were very tasty. Definitely would recommend for a quick meal and will come back.

I've been here twice and had two completely different experiences. The first time, the food was delicious and arrived quickly despite being a busy lunchtime. Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing on every level. Our order took over half an hour to prepare and probably wouldn't have arrived at all if I hadn't asked a member of staff about it. There was no apology or explanation as to why customers who arrived after us were served first. When the food eventually arrived, the dumplings were cold and not cooked through, and the noodles were bland and flavourless - very disappointing after our previous experience. Whilst the restaurant itself is fairly clean, the downstairs toilets are not well maintained - the floor was slippery and there were silverfish crawling up the walls. Unfortunately, I won't be returning for a third visit in the future.

Just visited this place with my family. We ordered four different portions of noodles. We said five times that please no spicy food for our kids. You can not imagine how hot and spicy noodles was given to my daughter. Waste of time and money, kids still hungry.

Bought dumplings and they tasted really good. They're always made fresh. The staff are also absolutely amazing. Especially the woman at the till. She helped me with a lot of things regarding my order. All food is halal too. Sometimes can be really busy. All food is at amazing price. But overall everything else is excellent. Offering the meatiest halal goodness, and the healthiest portion sizes (plenty of noodle + plenty of meat of choice on the side), Mr Su's is our go to brothy noodle place. All the chicken, beef and duck options are halal and delicious, and the noodle is always fresh 😋 In terms of atmosphere they're roomy, and often achieve that beautiful in-between of busy but not too busy, allowing for some nice level of background noise and a bit of people watching if you like to do that, whilst not getting so busy as to make difficult getting a table or to have enough personal space. Could not recommend Mr Su's enough 👍

I tried two types of their noodles, one with with soup and one without soup, and they were okay. For me the meat they used in the noodles were too fatty. The staff is very friendly and many Chinese students from the university dine here.

Placed an order for takeaway, ate the noodles after an hour but it was all broken in pieces. The chefs told me that u should eat it fresh. Well if it was for takeaway then they should know that I was not going to eat it when it was fresh. Bad customer service. Disappointed. Came here numerous times, never had this experience before.

When they first started, the noodle was pricey and the quality was mediocre. But after couple of years later, they increased their range of food menu, regulated the price, decent portion sizes and amazing flavours! Way better than noodlesta next door. Noodlesta is another beef noodle restaurant next door which used to be great but now is a pure joke. Thank u Mr Su for taking the medal for best noodle at Uni area.

Visit here nearly every weekend. It's our family dinner place, each of us finds our different favourite noodle dish.

WOW I had a vegetarian hot pot. My colleagues had beef and chicken versions. It was so tasty, filling, good value definitely. It was a noodle dish, with a broth in the bottom, covered in veg and tofu. Very flavoursome. I'm full and yet my mouth is watering just remembering how good it tasted. I will definitely be going back and hope to try something else to enjoy. I hear the dumplings are good. (I can't understand the other reviews!) Lots of staff who were very accommodating to my lack of knowledge. Service was good, fast, friendly. Many thanks Mr Su's!

Not the best noodles. It’s ok just to satisfy your hunger but not your tastebuds. The soup that we ordered (stock) were pretty bland and tasteless. The dumplings, however, would be a better choice than the noodles.
