Found this pub when one nearby was fully booked. It’s dog friendly and the locals are very welcoming. The service is friendly albeit a bit slow but the food is VERY cheap, all home cooked and excellent portions. The chips are delicious. If you’re in the area I’d recommend giving it a try.

Great place to watch sports on TV

The food is very good the service is quick and with a smile the atmosphere is brilliant and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Bar/waiting area is small but you’re not usually long in waiting. Booking a table is a must to guarantee getting in for a fabulous night out.

I visited today for the second time and Such a cozy spot! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with music that sets the perfect chill vibe. But honestly, what really makes this place stand out is the staff—they’re so friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home. You can tell they care about creating a good experience, always greeting you with a smile and remembering little details from past visits. It’s the kind of place where the people make the coffee taste even better.

Theeee BEST indian meal ive ever had ! The meat was melt ! Fed up of restaurants around here selling us offle that you cant chew ! This curry was amazing !chk Balti - melt Coconut rice just yum ! PESHWARI NAAN ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️sweet sticky coconut goodness ! Didnt go like a brick 🧱 after 5 minutes . Well worth the money ! Hidden gem 💎

Very nice local, local.. A proper English country pub, very warm and inviting. Good car parking and a good selection of beers and spirits. Didn't have food but the menu looked very inviting. Will be back to try out the food. All in all a great experience.

Didn’t visit the restaurant but went to the amazing adventure playground which is just across. Great for the kids to explore and make dens and use their imaginations. There is a zip line and loads of balance beams and slides for the kids to explore. Parking is free

Perfection. Food great and service too. Nice location. Kirsty and Lorna were very friendly. Quiet welcoming atmosphere.

It's a lovely place we went there to meet up with friends and the steak I had was cooked to perfection
