Very disappointed with our visit this time. The restaurant was very cold, No duck egg starter (as no asparagus) & no muscles available, No greens available at all & ran out of no alcohol cider.
Silvers Bar is a modern bar in a former large impressive bank. It has more of a nightclub feel than a pub. There is a large stage with dancers and a DJ. There is a wide choice of beers lager and cider but no cask ales. The bar staff are very friendly, there are no bar games. It is a very lively popular bar.

Me and my partner ordered a Boba tea and a cookie dough , the staff were rude when taking our order and didn’t have regular Tapioca for the boba so I was forced to have a fruit option with cookies and cream flavour ( ew ). Anyway , got the drink and it was the worst boba I've had , flavours don’t work and WAY TOO watery , cookie dough then came and it is the size of a NORMAL COOKIE ! tastes fine just extremely small and overpriced . GET TO CAFE GELATO INSTEAD

Although this bar has been here a few years. I hadn't ever been in as I thought it was more of a cafe. I first called in the last week because of the live music Hull Trinity Festival. It is a nice bar and the staff are friendly. There is a pool table free to play. There's a good range of reasonably priced beers, larger and cider. Sadly, there is no cask conditioned real ale. It's a nice place worth visiting.

After visiting the museum we walked over to Fruit Market for lunch.
There were many bars and restaurants, but this was perfect for the whole groups tastes and needs.
Decor is nice and relaxed and although it was busy the staff managed to make room for us.
The staff were friendly, the menu had something for everyone, although our table was told no chicken, then our other table had a chicken club sandwich!?
Unless they had the last piece.
The food took a while, but when it arrived it was fresh and tasty.
The meatballs were huge and so were the children's portions!
My only suggestion would be that the children's menu needs to be cheaper and smaller. They're basically just adult sized.
My partner and I saw a review online from What's on Hull and decided to give slice and social (the pizza franchise inside Brewdog) and see what the hype is about. Well we got the chip spice and tipsy tomato 16" pizzas and we were not disappointed at all! The tipsy tomato was amazing, great balance of all the ingredients with crunches in all the right places. My partner said the chip spice pizza was brilliant, in the top 5 pizzas he's had; no overpowering saltiness, no dryness considering the chicken is dry marinated and overall left us both feeling very satisfied after a 2.5hr walk in the countryside! Can't wait to come back with friends and have some more great pizza whilst playing on the retro consoles!
I love coming here for a pre-show meal and the quality of the food is always excellent. The lasagne I selected this time was absolutely wonderful, and beautifully presented too. Unfortunately, maybe the waitress had had a busy day, but was rather abrupt when serving, seemingly in a rush although the restaurant wasn't busy at 5.30pm. So much in a rush that she obviously didn't see my loyalty card that I showed her, as I was aware that I needed to before the bill came having been a regular customer for many years. I tried to ask her for some water when she brought our wine, but she simply plonked them down and rushed off so I didn't bother. When she gave us the bill there was no discount. My friend observed that she clearly hadn't registered I'd shown her the card. The waitress then gave me a lecture about the importance of presenting the card early! I didn't make a fuss, and paid the full amount. I really love coming here, and usually the staff are utterly delightful - anyone can have an off day. In my youth I was a Saturday girl waitress and know how tiring the job can be. However, this young lady needs to know that service with a smile, and courtesy to a customer makes such a difference. I'll definitely be back, but hope I receive better service next time.
Una experiencia de reserva fácil.
Este tiene que ser el Pub más concurrido que he visitado, después de haber dicho que funciona como un reloj absoluto. Creo que nunca he visto un “Manager”. El personal es absolutamente increíble y tan eficiente.
Visitamos el Viernes Santo y siendo de Yorkshire por supuesto pedimos YORKSHIRE Haddock and Chips, tres palabras, TO DIE FOR.
Solo una increíble experiencia gastronómica Pub.
