Staff are always friendly and polite

Had coffees while waiting for train. It was ok and not too busy

Coffee is good, but when I asked for a straw I was told no and the iced coffee doesn’t have a straw. I don’t get why I was told no because they had straws. I personally use straws because of sensitivity and I think it’s rude to just say no.

This service was done with a real positive and friendly energy, which was needed for the long trip to London. The building was very clean also.

Ordered a drink on the 18th of june 2024. Very rude, obnoxious unprofessional male behind the till. Didnt even bother to give me a receipt and when I asked for the receipt he couldn't care and just pointed to a torn down one. Very abrupt and rude and had no manners. The coffe was distasteful and the service was awful. I will never go there again or use any costa again. there are far better places nearby to visit . I would give the place 0 stars at all levels

Very rude male stuff. Asked politely if i can sit outside and his response was to sit on the roof. Then asked for a vat receipt and was given a torn receipt. Very abrupt and rude and poor service. Will never go there again. Next door much nicer

Staff was incredibly rude; takes more effort to be rude than to be nice and ruined my experience. Ordered a hot chocolate and was served lukewarm at best by the same guy that was super rude.

Lovely coffee shop located in good spot Got a latte was amazing I can say haven’t had a good latte in a while really made my day the staff was lovely keep it up 👍

Some one lady made my coffee she is treat me like racist..... Really I was disappointed and discussing about the lady service... I was paid different till Coffee served different lady...

I forgot to mention plant milk #mondaymorning and the lady was so lovely to make for me a new coffee with zero problem 🥰 also they take care of cleanness

Lovely girls in Costa, my bubble tea was amazing. I just failed my driving test before I came in and the girls made me feel a whole lot better. Didn’t catch their names but they deserve some praise definitely. Made my day a whole lot better🫶🏼

The worst mocha I’ve had in my history of frequenting Costa. Chose it above Starbucks - I can handle the drink being terrible but the lid smelt of damp, a sign it is being kept in a space outdoors or not kept well. Warning signs!

8° outside and about 3° in this cafe, due to the ridiculous air con setting. Not ideal for customer comfort!

I doubt if I will be going there again would not give it one star after today.

Not busy after lunch, nice selection of food and drinks and seating areas.

The only Costa in Hull I’ve used so far to do justice to their GORGEOUS White Hot Chocolate! Think they need to send Karen to Kingswood and Clough Road to show em how it’s done.👌

Costa is quality coffee, nice comfy chairs, served by smiling happy staff. Prices vary in each location, try it for yourself.

Rude customer service and the lady that served me was rude i didn't her say next and she was just rude downright rude the next person to me she was fine with . They either need to train her how to talk to people or she needs to find a new job

Not too keen on the oat milk latte, very watery.

One star for politeness, 1 star for the drinks. The customer service was horrific, the lady at the desk didn't have any kind of training in how to speak to a human being and was abrupt and rude, you'd have thought I'd told her her husband had died instead of ordering a drink. She did not have anywhere near the level of social competency I expect from you costa

close to platforms, very friendly people working there having a laugh with people, a young lad and woman. Hot chocolate a bit too hot but had a long train journey lol!

Quite rude when questioned why there was so little coffee in a small honeycomb latte and was told that was how it should be (barely half a glass)

Hull interchange costa Year 2020 At around 6.48pm on Wednesday 22nd January. A young lady was very rude, didn’t look at me when speaking. The card machine was broken so I was waiting for my friend to bring change and she was like u can’t sit here leave if you’re not buying a drink. Very insensitive and rude. The poorest customer service. A male customer next to me even questioned how rude she was. She had dark hair tied in a bun. She was tanned. Honestly horrible not getting a Costa ever again.

Great every.monday morning but today I got bacon Bso not egg & mushroom to take away with my mocha (winter roast-extra tasty smooth blend) 😉 refund?

Ooohhhh sooooo slow today.. dirty tables, huge and growing queue, slow staff, chatting to each other while the q grew.. no apology for the wait.. no thank you. Card machine and app scanner not working. Old coffee. Come on Costa, this was the manager on the till I'm telling about, not acceptable.

Staff was kind. But coffee wasn't best and place is quite too small.

I came here one evening when travellers back from Leeds and again the following morning. Great coffee, freshly made and friendly staff. Just a shame the loyalty card and card payment system didnt work on either occasion. Blamed the internet connection and service provider. Shame! Hope they sort it before i am back later this month!
