Me and my partner ordered a Boba tea and a cookie dough , the staff were rude when taking our order and didn’t have regular Tapioca for the boba so I was forced to have a fruit option with cookies and cream flavour ( ew ). Anyway , got the drink and it was the worst boba I've had , flavours don’t work and WAY TOO watery , cookie dough then came and it is the size of a NORMAL COOKIE ! tastes fine just extremely small and overpriced . GET TO CAFE GELATO INSTEAD

1st time at this place. We had a eat - in experience. The people seemed very chilled out. They was no table service although we was at a table. My wife received her food 15 minutes before mine even arrived. She had finished before mine had even come, felt like eating by yourself. I had to ask for our drinks twice even then the milkshakes came towards the end of my meal. I popped to the toilet. I could not even use it. They was urine all over the floor.with sheets of paper thrown on for good measure. The large bin at the side used for personal use was overflowing and on the floor not to mention the stench from when you first opened up the door. I came out within 20 seconds Bocking. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON. Get you hygiene in order as now I can only second guess the rest of it behind closed doors.

Portion sizes are disgusting better off going to cafe gelato as they are fair this desert shop is a scam for the price there is better dessert shops in hull dont waste your time your kids will be dissapointed.

The choco fudge cake , Milkshake and Cappuccino was very delicious.

Very cool setting, really comfortable environment. Friendly staff and an insane amount of choice. The ice creams were very nice, the only downside was the portion sizes were a bit small considering the price tag!

Food took a little while to arrive but it didn't bother me I could see that the person that served me was on his own, it was worth the wait, food was fantastic as well, you need more staff on, having someone on there own isn't good if it gets busy

Got the bueno milkshake and the Malteaser milkshake and they were watery no thickness to them like drinking piss

Ordered on just eat, 2 hours later received an email to say they have cancelled order, 2nd time in a row! Customer service is horrendous. Absolutely not acceptable, if you can’t handle trade don’t accept orders, will not use again!

First time going and really enjoyed the deserts we had strawberry cheese cake , reeces , brownie and after eight knickerbocker highly recommend. The staff are lovely will be a repeat visitor.

Expensive, slow and filthy. Told me the app wasn't working after I'd ordered on it and sat waiting for 30 minutes. I went to ask and that's when I found out. Expensive. Spent £25 for small portions that takes 5 minutes to eat. Filthy - partners plate was disgusting. There was a child who was clearly part of the ownership, laid on the seats with his bare feet on the tables. Better places to go for a desert.

Lovely food and atmosphere. Interesting deserts that had great flavour. Particularly loved the apple struddle chimney cake.

Ordered on just eat, pay almost £12 a waffle but only manage half a kinder bar as topping on one and only 5 Carmel nibbles on the other. Definitely not worth the money, won’t be purchasing again.

Brownie was perfect, milkshake was stunning. Brownie was a little expensive for what it was, but it tasted beautiful so was worth every penny. Fast service and excellent customer service. 110% recommend..

Today we went to Kaspas for dessert. There are 4 of us and the bill was about £50. I had a biscoff style waffle, hubby had Cinibites, my eldest had Bueno waffle and my son had after eight sundae. It was all delicious although a bit pricey. Certainly great for a treat.

Overall in shop experiences have been fine however do NOT order from uber eats at ANY circumstance I got a Soggy piece of cookie dough that was not half the size that I ordered. It came out on a total of £13 with delivery one side was over burnt and the other side was undercooked.

If I could give zero I would… thought to visit Kaspas for a change as the last time we visited it was when it first opened. The service is ridiculous, 2 people trying to serve customers and a screen full of online orders. Ordered drinks , the bubblegum slush tasted like water and the tea didn’t come until half an hour later when I reminded them. The waffle itself was nice a crispy but way too less toppings and sauce and the smallest scoop of ice I have ever seen !!! The place is also dirty. After a while when then 2 stuff got overwhelmed a woman turned what looked like to help them , but all she did was scream at the staff in a different language and throwing waffles around… Save you money and never visit this place..

Over priced place .. everything on menu looks bigger and nicer but in reality their not .. I’ve ordered blueberry squash and tasted like water and the pistachios were quite try and cold not enough chocolate on either

Ordered a white chocolate cookie dough and a mango tea. The cookie dough was dry and almost burnt. I ordered extra crushed digestives and there was a tiny amount. The tea was disgusting with very little flavour it just tasted like water

Had an absolutely awful experience in here today. Seems like the majority of issues arose due to lack of staff - definitely needs some intervention somewhere. Wasted £40 on a terrible experience. I wish I could have my money back! 😩

Went there for some refreshment and got the best one. Banoffee pie shake. Tbh it is really good and smooth as my preference. Surely recommend other as well.

Did a simple order last night. The restaurant confirmed the order and gave me an estimated delivery time. Then i get a delivered notification which it hadnt been. When i called the restaurant they told me to just leave a bad review.

Got the strawberry indulgence, and partner got the beuno cookie dough dessert. The strawberries on my crepe were paper thin, could barely taste them on the crepe, other than that everything else was good

I paid £6.95 for an icecream: three scoops, flavoured cookie dough, chocolate, and banoffee. Cons: Overpriced. For the price, I expected a larger icecream, and was dissatisfied by the size of the cone. Many tubs, consisting of different flavours of icecream were out of stock, or were not labelled. The wait for service was long despite there being few people in the shop. Pros: The staff were amicable, and watching them work behind the counter helped pass the time. The icecream tasted nice.

when I ordered my dessert I had a crepe with maple syrup. I received a call saying they didnt have any maple syrup so asked for nothing on it. It was sent with salted caramel syrup and I dont like salted caramel so I have paid over £10 for somthing I can't eat. also at the end of the phone call I was still talking and had the phone put down on me. I am very disappointed as have loved food from here before but won't be ordering again.

Very nice service, tasty desserts, delicious coffee. I'm here for the second time and certainly not the last. I highly recommend this place.

the tub are only part filled not what I was expecting for the price and they look a mess my sons was mentioning to be frout and ice cream there was friut bearly any ice cream. the price is much to high for what your getting would not recommend

I love coming to Kaspa’s, I’ve never had a problem with them and was excited to visit. The people working the counter were helpful and attentive but the food wasn’t up to par. We had two milkshakes - one fine but not amazing and one milk no shake with a crumb of Oreo. A lot of ingredients were sold out like sauces and soft serve ice cream. It was so disappointing that I don’t think I’ll come back.

I feel like the whole atmosphere of the place was off. Both employees were arguing with each other, creating an uncomfortable environment. We waited for our order for more than 30 minutes, and it was just a crepe and a banana milkshake. When I went to the disable toilet, I nearly fell over the toilet seat. The toilet were dirty, with flies buzzing around. The food wasn’t enjoyable, and we couldn't wait to leave. I think the health department should conduct a random inspection.

Place looks clean but a bit airy as shop was not busy. Ice cream was gooooood . Lots of choices.. smoothies not so much

A sweet finish to a romantic Hull escapade with my lover. The deserts and the service were entirely delightful in equal measure. I highly recommend the sweet arancini, my favourite was the blueberry, hers was the peach!

The food is lovely and a perfect place for a meet up with friends or family, 10/10 recommend

First time visit to Kaspa's and this place is absolutely amah-zinggg! Upon entry the atmosphere gives you that American diner finish. The staff was very welcoming and warm, with the manager truly representing the establishment. He was very encouraging, kind and pleasant. The menu is wide but not too cumbersome and with extremely affordable prices. I ordered one of the waffles and it did not disappoint. It definitely ticked my sensory senses... absolutely loved it! Would recommend this place any time!

Booked a table for tonight for 8 people at 7pm. Arrived at 6.50pm. no table had been reserved, but nobody else in the place so we were quick to be seated. We mentioned we had Wowcher vouchers to use and the waiter/manager said that these were no longer accepted at this venue, even though the address was on the voucher. After calling his manager and a ten minute wait, he came back and said we could have 10% discount instead of using the vouchers we had already paid for .... Safe to say we left. However we did end up going to Heavenly Desserts around the corner and that was 10/10 ....go there instead!!

it's not the same Kaspas as before, the waffle is terribly dry, hard chocolate, little fruit, the ice cream tastes strange, a waste of money

When the food came, the portion was TINY! The side that came with it was incorrect, why give the option of whipped cream, ice cream or pouring cream to just send vanilla ice cream regardless of choice??

What can I say , cheesecake sundae in picture !! Litrelly 4 tiny scoops of icream, 2 pc of shavings of white chocolate!! And not a crumb of biscuits in site( what u get in cheesecake usually) well a dusting of digestives that when scooped up didn't cover front of TEA spoon was sprinkled on top , i tipped it upside down for the pic and this is wat I got, even wiped cream looked like someone fart.ed it on lol wat a joke! Ordered cherry cheesecake, got oreo!! Dont even like oreos lol Milkshakes🤣 litrelly my Blue milk is thicker and I'm not exaggerating!! Strawberry sauce on cup sides , and probably one scoop of icream, if any more I'd be surprised!! with some milk. The ones out of a vending machine for 3 pounds was better I promise! Oh and apple crumble? Cold with strawberry sauce on lol used to be hot with warm custard, And i got 3 -4 ounces of custard! Honestly a joke, tell you what, we sell desserts and milk shakes at my work place, a resturant in town, and now I feel pretty proud actually! We're 5 star compared to these 😂 never again ! Ever!

Order Came on time but strawberry syrup was poured into paper box so by the time it arrived it got soaked in and they forgot whipping cream. Better to go there in person and not order online

The thing I love about this place is the outstanding service and our visit on Thursday evening was no exception. Our server was an absolute delight. He engaged with the kids in such a thoughtful and considerate way. Just wish I'd caught his name so that I could give him a mention on here. It goes without saying the sundaes were scrumptious too.

no item was delivered i waited past the delivery time and he still didnt turn up, he didnt ring my numver either, it showed up as delivered on tge app but the driver hadnt delivered it so ive had to walk down to the store to explain this, however they remade my order once explained

£10 for three warm cookies! Classed as cookie dough... Outrageous. Yes they where nice but definitely not worth the money unfortunately. Disappointed.

Check your milk before you send out drinks wasn’t expecting to have bellyache tonight 👍

Wonderful place and fantastic desserts! We love visiting Kaspas for their wide range of desserts and beverages. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Riya who is always going an extra mile to assist all customers. Very clean and great ambiance. Highly recommended
