Donner wrap had grease dripping through it.

Couldn’t eat the kebab as I asked for no onion as I’m allergic to it. Normally when I have asked for no onion in the notes, you haven’t put it on. But, this time you can’t have read it properly as there was onion on it, but you got the free spicy tomato garlic bread right that I asked for.

Chicken was overcooked not to usual standard

The staff are friendly, the delivery is super fast, And the food is great and plenty of it.

Definitely ordering again. The doner meat was perfect and so was everything else ….. banging chips

Earlier then they stated but this was not a problem

Way better than vikings a couple of doors down highly recommend here instead

food wasn't up to there standards not tasty at all chips where soggy pizza was bland and the chicken had no taste at all

Doner meat little bit oily, not normally like that. But other wise hot and tasty

ordered a spicy beef pizza with stuffed crust, and I was given a cheesy garlic bread with stuffed crust? called them to send my correct pizza but still didn't get my pizza. it's a shame because I have used this takeaway for years but I think I need to try somewhere new

the kebab was not nice at all unfortunately one of the worst I've ever had. chips were decent unlike some takeaways but also forgot my sauces for kebab. wouldn't order again

The chicken in the wrap was very dry as it had been grilled then grilled again as it was burnt and taste of charcoal. The chips were barely warm

Fab takeaway. Food is always tasty, pizza is cooked well and a good amount of topping. If we take our little one the staff are always super polite and friendly. She loves to watch anyld they do not mind. The t.v always has something on like music (family friendly), or recently Paris Olympics. The price is brilliant for what we get always happy to return.

the garlic bread could have been a bit thicker, apart from that everything was lovely

Love the fried chicken from here as the portions are massive but this is the second time we’ve been sent undercooked pink chicken and being left feeling unwell the next day. Used to be one of our fav takeaways but won’t be ordering anymore 🤢

Been waiting nearly 2 hours and still not here. Rang 3 times to be assured it will be 5 mins. Still no sign of it. Will not order again. For an order so simple to be over 2 hours is not good enough

Food was delivered on time but today was really disappointed as food was freezing , we order from here a lot and have never had a problem until today and them saying on the phone that they’ve been busy is no excuse for freezing cold food which you pay enough for, need to check your temperatures before EHO are sent in for sending out cold food when should be piping hot, cold food is not acceptable from any business

Iv spent a lot of money at this place but never reviewed. The fact iv gone back was enough for me but tonight’s was very disappointing not sure I’ll be ordering again.

Just ordered a kebab from there and the meat is disgusting tastes like it’s 5 weeks old in little pieces and just disgusting can’t even eat it.

12" Cheesy garlic cardboard. Officially the worst takeaway I've ever had. I've never seen cheesy garlic bread so thin (think the height of a 5p laid flat) not to mention ridgid and barely edible

We’ve been ordering from here for many years. Their kebabs are beautiful and salad it comes with very flavoursome. Our order is always prompt and ready to be collected. It’s our absolute family favourite. Im feeling hungry now thinking about it 😃

Good food at great prices and fast! We popped in to order food, and for some reason there was an extra Donner kebab and chips going spare and the guy threw it in with our order - awesome! Everyone enjoyed their food and said we should use again so very happy with the food and service from Bosphorus.

[Ordered for group of 5] Arrived over hr late , pizzas toppings all to one side ... shop owner wasn't bothered ,.... i make ..i send ..no reason why you ring ..! He said!?! Told him i wanted replacement as spent alot , ok .. but if i send another you must not touch damaged one .. I want back .. I want back!! Another hour waiting .. Won't be going back ,.terrible service !

Late delivery with food over cooked, quite poor really. I forgot this is why I stopped using Bosphorus. Obviously things haven't changed. Lesson learnt!

I have not been to Bosphorus for a while. Called in last night for some donna meat & chips. Great service, great food and a free garlic bread. Will not leave it as long next time. This food outlet has been consistently good for years.
