Buena comida y personal atento hace el trato para nosotros. Bert’s Pasta Bar es espacioso y atractivo y el personal era acogedor y servicial. Buena selección para vegetarianos en el menú - yo recomendaría la remolacha especiada y pitta de felafel - la pitta se hace fresca a lo largo de la carretera en sus otras instalaciones. También tomé una copa agradable de Valpolicella Ripasso, un vino lleno y afrutado. Nuestros dos cafés americanos eran un poco demasiado fuertes incluso para los bebedores experimentados, pero eso es una cosa muy menor. La comida fue una delicia total.

Primera vez que visito Bert’s Pasta Shocking de principio a fin desearíamos nunca molestarnos. Sitio web declaró que tenían una oferta en 2 cursos por £ 12 este no era el caso. Entonces nos dijeron que esta oferta nunca ha estado en el sitio web a pesar de que todavía estaba en el sitio web. Habilidades de servicio al cliente eran 0% pedimos una porción infantil de pasta y cuando llegó la factura me cuestioné el precio, ya que era el mismo que una porción de tamaño completo. La respuesta fue que no reducimos el costo, solo reducimos el tamaño de la porción. Como se imaginarán, no estaba contenta con esta respuesta y la cuestioné, la camarera dijo que hablaría con el gerente. Pocos minutos después se presentó un nuevo proyecto de ley sobre la mesa, sin decir una palabra, sino una reducción de £ 6. 95 . Ni siquiera yo siento haber cometido un error. Planteé mis inquietudes a Bert por correo electrónico y respondieron lamentando que tuviera una mala visita y hablarán con la camarera. Como podéis ver mi visita no fue buena y no volveré y no recomendaré a nadie.

La segunda vez que visito este establecimiento y como antes simplemente excelente, el personal es cortés y muy servicial. La comida era deliciosa y los platos se describen como pequeños pero ciertamente amplios

Salió el domingo por la mañana a tomar café con amigos. Nos sentamos afuera y fuimos al bar a pedir. La señora del bar (Melissa) dijo que tenía unas copas que hacer, pero si queríamos sentarnos, ella vendrá y tomará nuestra orden de bebidas tan pronto como termine. A los pocos minutos ella estaba allí tomando nuestro pedido de café. Los cafés y el té llegaron muy rápido, estaban calientes y bien hechos. Ella era muy servicial y muy amable. Definitivamente volveré

Nos encanta venir aquí a tomar café los domingos con nuestros perros, a pesar de que hay un montón de lugares de café encantadores a lo largo de nuestros paseos nos hemos mantenido fieles, ya que en el pasado han sido muy amables y servido café y comida encantadora. Hoy Melissa tenía resaca o simplemente de humor, ya que definitivamente no era la persona más amable o servicial. No voy a entrar en detalles, pero ella fue tan miserable al pedir en el bar y también al servirnos nuestro café... no vamos a volver, me temo que no para la comida que teníamos la intención de hacer el próximo fin de semana. También tienen que asegurarse de enjuagar las tazas ya que las 3 de nuestras tazas sabían a limpiador de lavadora. También buena suerte para la encantadora camarera que está casi calificada como enfermera, ¡se la extrañará mucho y será una enfermera maravillosa! Una de las mejores camareras que hemos tenido

We have written several reviews for Bert’s Pasta in the past but, in all fairness, it’s upward trajectory from ‘could do better’ to a place you would recommend to anyone fond of well sourced, beautifully cooked and seasoned, Italian dishes is phenomenal! The food and service is sublime; thank you chef and Yvonne!

Beautiful pasta, wine and service. Cosy and comfortable setting on the beautiful marina. In particular the host/waitress was very attentive

First time visit and so impressed the food beautifully cooked and the staff attentive. The plates are described as small and you will probably have a side which in itself was a meal , very reasonably priced and will go again. It is not a large place with what looked like 12 tables but it was so good and made a great night out.

The most beautiful meal. We had a selection of pastas and side dishes. Oh my goodness…the Burrata was to die for! Perfectly sized portions for sharing. Service was flawless. And Bundaberg ginger beer!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Really good for gluten free! All sandwiches can be made gluten free and most pasta too! Chloe our waitress was helpful advising about allergies! Good food, good drinks, nice atmosphere!

Called here for early dinner before going to Hull City Hall for a show . We booked on spec not knowing what to expect , but frankly we’re blown away by the service and quality of the food . We had booked on-line to the sister restaurant (round the block), not knowing that that one was for pizza and this site was for pasta . Very attentive staff , Yvonne was a joy , explaining everything and looking after us moving our booking to the pasta site . Certainly different food from most Italians we have used before . With spice and chilli the food we selected was delicious ! Finishing off with Gelato, set us up nicely for the evening . We will definitely return here in the future .

Delicious Italian tapas food, friendly and attentive service with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine! Our favourite dish was the truffle pasta, the goats cheese and beetroot carpaccio and the Ferrero Roche ice cream to finish it off. Great place, highly recommend it!

Visiting Hull with friends and found this place by chance. Delightful staff, very courteous and friendly. Food was delicious and just enough for lunch, house wine was very nice and not over priced . The ice cream was home made and we even got a free scoop of the Pistachio to try. Would definitely go back.

We called in here on a Thursday evening, and really enjoyed it! I had gluten free truffle pasta and my husband had seafood linguine- both were fabulous, and the service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Nice pale rosé wine as well! It’s the best meal out we have had in Hull for ages- we’ll definitely be back. Our friendly server was Chloe and Callum was the chef- great work!

We visited this place on Friday lunch time. Just pop in for some nice ice coffee and desserts. I had mango sorbet and I must admit it was the best I ever tried. We weren’t hungry but the new food menu looked very good so we definitely will come back to try meals here. The staff was polite and very helpful. She definitely had convinced us to visit again and try the food.
