This place is a breath of fresh air! Clean, well run and well stocked with just about everything you could need. This is what garden centres should be like rather than the boring corporate sameness that we see everywhere else. The catering offer is wonderful and great quality at a fair price. Every member of the team behaves likes it their business and are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Truly a great place to visit!

Absolutely fantastic night last night. 24 of us booked in for a meal and we were able to all sit together. Service was amazing with all meals arriving together by the wonderful, friendly staff. The food was delicious and piping hot. We had a great time together all made better by the amazing owners and staff. Thank you.

Wanted to order brunch but was told not available because no eggs because they had to save them for breakfast! This was at 12.15pm Then not thinking I asked for ham egg and chips. No egg!! My lunch compromise of slice ham and chips Was in company so didn't want to cause a commotion but really not happy

The chicken pitta, coleslaw and chips were good for me however my wife ordered creamy mash and broccoli with her dish. I am amazed the server brought the broccoli over …..and the manager even asked what was wrong with it. It looked like it had been boiled to death lol….the creamy mash was more like a concrete mix. The manager did refund for the two items…..however I am not sure they were really listening to the feedback. The servicing staff should look at what is being served and challenge the kitchen, rather than leaving it to the customer to point out….come on Nando’s up your game please as you can’t beat the taste when you get it right

The Pavilion Cafe has been taken over by a wonderful family. They are welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. We have become regular visitors because of the atmosphere. It’s a proper cafe in the heart of our town. They serve a lovely cuppa and do I mean sarnie! To top it off Dogs are welcome and always well attended to also.

Sausages where not cooked properly, bacon was over cooked. Egg was hard. Customer service was not the best. Definitely won't be using here again. But the time it took them to do it my break was nearly over. So had no time to eat it had to put it in the bin.

Went in before the Tamworth V Spurs game after travelling up from Colchester. Found the pub had a great atmosphere considering we were 'away' fans. Bar staff were really friendly even though it was really busy and they were run ragged - the fellow southern one :) even came out to clean up after my mate spilled his beer on the floor, she just came out with a mop. The staff are a credit to the pub - can you thank them for making us welcome

Disgusting. Promised a 5 day response. Ignored by the Tamworth branch. Passed on to Head office. Still being ignored. Please do not waste £35 of your hard earned money here to make you poorly.

Being going here for over 20 years and other than the fact they close too early and sometimes run out of potatoes this is simply the best spuds and food around! Staff are friendly and deliver great service, would recommend them any day especially for the spuds!

Great management great staff all very friendly an courteous, all the regulars know one aneanother it’s like a big happy pub family however new customers are always welcomed. There is a wide variety of drinks beers bottled an draught also lots of offers on shots also a gin selection which is very reasonably priced, my favourite place to drink an have a laugh at the weekend I also feel very safe and comfortable!!

Delivered wrong order, when i called to rectify the employee was very abrupt and just hung up. Terrible service, food not much better.

This pub is now known as the Coven. It’s a great little pub, the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is good. They have a lot of live bands on there at weekends, and open mic nights on Tuesdays. Both of very popular. Me and the missus have eaten there a number of times and there’s a good choice on the menu. What we have eaten has been reasonably priced and tasty. Worth the drive up from Birmingham.

My First bad order,ordered Donner and chips and a small pizza.hardly any Donner meat and didn't get my buy one get one free on the pizza which was cold.very disappointed as there food normally blows me away.lovely people but dropped the ball tonight guys.
