Sausages where not cooked properly, bacon was over cooked. Egg was hard. Customer service was not the best. Definitely won't be using here again. But the time it took them to do it my break was nearly over. So had no time to eat it had to put it in the bin.

Great food under the new management, cooked on a griddle much healthier than the previous method used, The ladies alway welcome you with a smile, and the choice of food is much better than before. We have at least 2 buffets a week, and would recommend to anyone.

Its simple folks. It’s a take away breakfast sarnie place, at least you can do is A, get the order correct and B, actually COOK the sausages. Thrown straight into the bin.

Evrytime I work in Tamworth I visit here for lunch. The hard working staff and pleasant to their customers. They cook the hot sandwiches on order and all food is fresh. Quick service, very tasty food, very cheap. Well worth a visit if in the area.

This is a compact shop on an industrial estate. They always seem busy, which should be testament itself. If they seem to be "not bothered" its probably because they are rushed off their feet filling a stack of orders. People from my company are daily visitors. All sorts of sandwiches and snacks. But the treat for us is bacon and egg butties. Lovely. I've never found them to be less than friendly.

Have used this place a few times now and although the food is OK the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I used them I simply asked if 2 boiled eggs could be added to my salad and they stayed that this would delay the order by an hour!! The attitude on the phone was also harsh and far from customer friendly, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ref the eggs, now I'm no expert but it normally takes me around 4/5 minutes to boil eggs so this was simply that they couldn't be bothered. Rest assured I will not bother to spend another penny of my or my businesses money at this cafe.

The title says it all really, not expensive, no gourmet food, just good old fashioned pub grub. You can order and pay on the app from your table or go to the bar and bring your drinks back. Service is pretty quick depending on how busy they are. Refills for tea and coffee are a bonus as need at least 2 coffees to get going in a morning. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here and they are all decent, no frills food at a decent price. Staff are pleasant and helpful and are fairly quick to clear your table when you have finished. Great place to go for a quick inexpensive breakfast/lunch/dinner.

This place is disgusting, we arrived as a family when we sat down me and my son went to use the toilet which was closed so used the filthy staff toilet, when we arrived back at the table my wife pointed out how dirty the floo was and that bothered was a full set of false nails on the floor under the table, we left swiftly and told the staff it was unacceptable to be so dirty even though it had only been open a couple of hours , on my way out I was confronted by a angry delivery driver who threatened me infront of my 9 year old grabbing me

Visited Tamworth Castle so nipped in for lunch. Ordered 2 Sunday roasts, kids burger and a kids Christmas tree pizza. Beef on the roast was awful. You’d expect a Beefeater to get that bit right! It was Almost raw and slimey. Tough as old boots too! Rest of the roast was very average and not very tasty. Youngest couldn’t understand why his Christmas tree pizza was just a normal pizza 😂 Wouldn’t return. Staff friendly though. Couldn’t fault them.

Well the people of Tamworth are lucky they can no longer dine here, but us hotel guests,in the middle of nowhere have little choice. A very limited menu has very poor choices.I had Haddock and chips. Here it is £13.99.,no peas.At the Premier inn in Stoke it was £12.99 with peas. You work that out. The battery was so hard at the end I couldn't eat it.I also had a vanilla ice cream. One of the poorest meals I can remember eating.See the photo.
