Lovely Mothers day meal with family. Great service and friendly staff would recommend highly.

Nice pub shame about the gents smells strongly of piss doors on the toilets don't lock tiles missing had a lovely breakfast until I went to the toilet come on guys we're not in the 80's now expect better than this

Food was good service was great. although we stayed two nights and they state online they close at 11pm on saturdays, but they closed the bar at 9pm. Then on sundays it’s meant to stay open until 10:30pm, annd they close at 8:15pm. doesn’t make any sense why they would have it advertised online if they aren’t opened.

Excellent service. Always friendly. Chris at front of house is always helpful and accommodating. Chris the chef is always helpful with cooking us poached eggs and nothing is too much trouble for the staff here.

Had dinner here as a group with work colleagues whilst staying nearby for a work conference. The staff were friendly and helpful but the food took ages to come out. And they accept blue light which was great! The food was decent quality and tasty; however I found my chips to be only just warm and the chicken was overcooked (but tasted good!) The pub is clean and presented well and conveniently situated near to main routes to Birmingham, nearby towns and retail parks which we took advantage of. If the annual conference is in Birmingham next year I would eat here again.

Went for Sunday lunch at 2 but they had ran out. Had steak instead food was cold, steak over cooked ,£5 for 2prawns with garlic on,took an hour for food to come beer battered onion rings were in breadcrumbs … won’t be going back

We had booked, the pub was quiet, not many eating, ordered drinks, ordered starters and mains.. 45 min later starters arrived, I asked for the drinks too.. they arrived..starters were cleared we waited another 30 mins, the mains arrived brought by the chef and he was very polite and switched on, food was OK, but the service was so slow, I could understand if it was busy, but it wasn't. . Won't be going back

My partner and I thought that Beefeater would be a better, more upmarket dining experience than the usual Wetherspoons one we're used to. How wrong we were. I had the Fish and Chips. The fish was small and the number of chips was a paltry ten. My partner had the Chicken and Rib Combo. The chicken portion was small, dry and flavourless. The ribs were average and the accompanying salad was limp and looked old. On the plus side, the environment was pleasant and the staff were nice enough. However, we still left disappointed and unsatisfied. For the price we paid, we'd have gotten better (plus drinks) at Spoons for half the price. Live and learn.

Not a bad little joint pal. Located next to the premier inn near the tamworth castle 🏰 popped in for a little light bite for me lunch pal. Went with the unlimited coke zero refills and at £3.70 I made sure I got my monies worth pal and had 3 of them bad boys! Wasn't feeling too peckish today so we just shared 4 starters, went with the nachos, flatbread and 2 plates of like chip things that came with a Barby dip! Polished the lot off then checked out the ode lavatory......not bad pal all in all gets a decent 5 stars 🌟 from me 🌞

We drop in to the Ladybridge today without booking, the welcome was friendly and warm. A perfect table was given, as I needed an accessible seating. Our server, Olivia was happy and friendly, wonderful with my granddaughter, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious, my steak was cooked to perfect and very tasty. My granddaughter ate all her food and looked her sausages, and good vegan choices for my daughter, even a delicious pudding. Great atmosphere, well done.

Very nice meal. Good choices and great deals on lunchtime food. Staff friendly and helpful. Tiny bit slow to get us seated, but all good after that. Poor choice of gluten free desserts so we didn't have one, room for improvement on that please!!

Called in for food while staying at the Premier Inn. Great welcome and good food. All the staff (Claire, Chris, Adam and Xander were a credit to the organisation. They all made time to chat and made what would have been a very quiet evening great fun. Thank you to everyone!

Friendly and quick service, pleasant staff even though the restaurant was busy they were never too busy to accommodate our needs or requests.

Atrocious Customer Service - Ill never go back. Had a Booking/Reservation for a Birthday party/dinner, only to be told on arrival they have NO booking and asked to see my reservation confirmation. Having produced my reservation, I was then told "Sorry but we can't accommodate you". After I said I wasn't happy and we had driven from Nottingham to meet friends, we was offered a complimentary drink if we was prepared to sit at the bar for at least an hour and a half, and they should be able to seat us then! I reported to customer services and their response was equally empathetic and more concerned about how they have past my feedback on. Total waist of time.

Absolutely love here for breakfast so affordable and really tasty. Lots to offer and the staff are always on hand to help with any additional requests. Been twice this week and Nicola has gone above and beyond. Also the other lady and a young lad were super friendly and helpful on each occasion too. Would highly recommend

We went on a Sunday lunch time. At 2:45 they had run out of all Sunday lunch options, service was very slow. Waited an hour for food, which was ok, but portions were a little on the small side. Plenty of empty tables yet they turned away the family in front of us. Fortunately we'd booked in advance, but it still seemed strange to turn people away. Maybe short staffed? Parking validation is required and there are a couple of chargers for electric vehicles. Blue Light Card holders get 25% off their food bill (QR code required)

I speak with a strong Liverpool accent. This is important. Would give 0 if I could. Walked in on Saturday night busy enough. Expected a wait, seen to by a smaller middle aged lady with a brown bob. Asked for a table for 3 and a highchair at the end. Told ‘cant but can have table in bar order at the bar’ and dismissed. Immediately felt off, we sat behind where they welcome bookings; I had to get up and asked for menus and said woman glaring at me whilst I retrieved them. A lady came in a few moments later with the exact same seating requirements with no booking (same as us) and she spoke in the local native accent. She was welcomed with open arms and directed to a table with table service, menus and personally taken by this lady. This lady is a total discredit to your company; I work high up in food retail and know for a fact I was discriminated against over my accent. It’s a shame really as she’s giving beefeater a terrible name, especially when a massive theme park is no more than 10 mins away welcoming all different kinds of people from across the UK. Tourists to the area, avoid this place.

Friendly Service, great food, highly recommended.

For the third time in as many weeks, there's no food being served in the bar area (9 people here as I write mid week) and the restaurant is running at reduced capacity and appears to be less than half full. It's a shame as we like coming here but alas we need to find somewhere else. We'll still pop in for a drink, but can't rely on being able to eat here. When we have managed to eat here, the food and service are great, so appears to be a management issue rather than staff.

We are always welcomed for breakfast with a smile. We are known now because we go regularly. The food is always good and if you have a special preference then the chef will accommodate you.

Food is ok, service is ok. Meals are usually fine when they arrive and if it is what you have ordered which is again down to staff. Had to go to the grill to get a table. Staff chat regularly by a till rather than wait on tables, plates not cleared, no one seems organised.

Went with son and grandchildren for dinner. Had particularly good fish and triple cooked chips. Sons vegetarian burger was good. Both littles ate EVERYTHING on their plates! This says a lot. Service was very good without being too intrusive. Only reason I didn't rate higher is the place is very dated and tired, a bit dark really.

Convenient restaurant while staying at adjacent Premier Inn. Usual Beefeater fare which was good value when used with Meerkat meal deal. Great service from Niki. She was attentive and friendly.

Came out for a Sunday lunch 6 off us. They had run out of 6-7 items from the menu. Ribs/ sirloin/ ribeye . To mention a few . However Olivia made our experience all the better, very helpful, very attentive, very polite.

We had a lovely meal (mixed grills and gammon steak) which was served quickly and superb service from our waitress, Claire.

We booked a table for 19 of us for my 50th birthday celebration. Most of us all had the Sunday roasts which were amazing value for money. The staff was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you so much for my gift of a small bottle of prosecco. That was such a lovely thing to do. Everyone commented on how nice the food was and plenty of it. We added the £1.49 extras which ment we had unlimited roast potatoes and yorkies.. if your thinking of booking to go here for food I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much for making it a special afternoon. We will definitely be back again.

Food is excellent including choice. Steak Diane sauce with steak was delicious. Nicely coked Salmon. Staff attentive and service good. Chris ensured overall service was very good which we appreciated.

We stopped here for dinner one evening and breakfast the next. Dinner was pretty good, with great service provided by Xander. He was friendly and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good, but we were the only ones in there for a while and it felt a bit eerie.

We got invited in friendly by the front of house gave us a hat for our 3 year old, got told Adam will be taking our order but after looking around and waiting 20mins for Adam to take our order we left. The staffs only priority seemed to be clearing up for the night even though it was only just gone 8pm on a Saturday evening.

I got to visit this restaurant for breakfast. It was a beautiful venue inside offering a truly fantastic buffet breakfast. The food was well cooked, tasted great and as a customer, we were well looked after. It was a great to visit and look forward to returning

Christmas Day dinner 2024 for five. Great service but food not up to standard.Beefslices too raw,cold and rubbery,looked like they had been reheated on a grill. Will not be returning , £300 should have been better quality.

Had Christmas dinner on Boxing Day here. Absolutely lovely meal for 5 people. We all eaten at the same time food was hot and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be going back very soon 🥰

Met with family here yesterday for a bite to eat. The food was lovely in all honesty, but there wasn't a lot of it. I know we brought it off the £8 section of the menu, but it was small, so please consider that if ordering off that section. They had sold out of quite a few things, which isn't surprising given the time of year. There was one conversation that a couple of tables were talking about... when asking for mayo or sauce, the bbq sauce is now chargeable?! The staff were lovely, I have eaten here before and will do in the future

Excellent experience on a busy Christmas eve breakfast. Greeted by Chris excellent customer service with chat and a smile. Ordered veggie stuff with sharon again excellent customer service and bubbly personality. There were a number of people working who took pride in keeping the establishment clean and there was an abundance of hot and cold food that was constantly replenished, the area tidied up. The food itself was cooked well ,looked appetising and most importantly hot where necessary. Good quality fresh and veggie food stuff. On coming to pay was greeted by Gayle who again just wanted you to of enjoyed the experience and was just as friendly as the rest of the people we encountered on our visit. Happy Christmas to you all and I hope the owners of the ladybridge treat their workers as well as the workers treat their chstomers

Absolutely awful, rude obnoxious staff. Couldn't cater for one additional child made my family feel inadequate. Threatening police frighting my children. Absolutely no need for the rudeness. Stay clear of this place if you have any slight changes to your needs. Absolutely disgusted the way myself and family were treated. Asd children let down those with mental health let down no need for it at all. My children now never wish to return again and honestly I don't blame them.

Went to celebrate Christmas with friends at this location last night 18th December 2024. We had pre booked a table and already pre booked the 3 course festive menu in advance many weeks ago. Only to arrive on the night to be told that several of the festive menu items were not available. For example, who runs out of Pigs in Blankets for a pre booked meal in the run up to Christmas. The main meal itself was pre mass prepared and of very poor quality. Several of our desert items were not available and we had to choose alternatives to our pre booked choices. The Beefeater did not provide any other festive cheer, I.e. Christmas crackers on the table to generate the festive mood and overall apart the ok service the whole meal and experience was very poor. Considering the cost was over £ 260.00 for 6 of us. I would not consider returning.

First visit today and we saw Gail. What a dedicated lady, running around so busy yet absolutely in the zone to make sure we had all we needed and lovely customer service. Lovely breakfast and started the day wonderfully.

Girl with dark hair behind the bar was lovely. But waitresses that served me were shocking. I asked for food in bar so I know that means you order from the bar. But plonking food infront of you and walking away without even telling you where cutlery is or salt and pepper is just terrible training. This happened twice with different staff. I use premier inn 4 or 5 times a month and the restaurants are becoming more and more like this the past year. God knows why.

Using this Restaurant now instead of Centurion. Great food. Great service from Zander. Only drawback for us was it became very noisy when a large party came in. Will definitely be using the Ladybridge again. Many thanks to all.

Popped in for food as we travelled the snow dome, Pub Was busy but well under control . Niki our server was kept on her toes and she kept the service to a very high standard . Thank you . And food was great .

Lovely pub type meal, cozy atmosphere. Food arrived at a good time. Server Adam was welcoming and always checked on how the meals were and asked us several times if we needed any more drinks or anything else. Pleased with the service. We will return. Thank you.

Plant stack vegan burger was amazing and the vegan coleslaw is the best I've tasted ! Atmosphere was great and our server Olaf was absolutely lovely !! He is a credit to the establishment. Highly recommended

We've eaten here for two nights in a row: the first night was a little disappointing with undercooked chips, but the second night was cracking. It was our little boys birthday and the team, including Chris, Ryan and Emma, made it lovely; they brought out the cake we had provided and sang happy birthday to him, his face was a picture! The food was also much better in the second night and generally the service was very attentive and friendly. We did raise an issue on Friday and Saturday morning about no hand soap in the bathrooms at the hot server end, Sunday morning there was another empty dispenser - we reported it to Gail and she got it sorted straight away! Breakfast was really good and Gail was all over any deficiencies. Thanks team!

Service was great. Emma, the waitress, was helpful with us needing the gluten free menu. Good choice of gluten free options and food was well priced.

Great food. Highly recommend Sunday lunch. Our server Xander provided excellent customer service especially as he’s new to the role & only on his 3rd shift. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Visited Tamworth Castle so nipped in for lunch. Ordered 2 Sunday roasts, kids burger and a kids Christmas tree pizza. Beef on the roast was awful. You’d expect a Beefeater to get that bit right! It was Almost raw and slimey. Tough as old boots too! Rest of the roast was very average and not very tasty. Youngest couldn’t understand why his Christmas tree pizza was just a normal pizza 😂 Wouldn’t return. Staff friendly though. Couldn’t fault them.

I had booked a table for lunch for my boyfriends birthday. As we were served at the front desk, I believe it was the manager who came over to serve us. He said happy birthday to him and took us to our table. I thought I heard his name was Joe but I could be wrong. If I am, I apologise. After a few minutes of us being sat down, my boyfriend got given a galaxy chocolate bar and a card with a message from himself and the team. The name written appears to read "Joao". My boyfriends face lit up and we were both very greatful, as I had planned to do something similar for him. I am very greatful and very appreciative that this was thought of! We both enjoyed our meals and it was the first time he had been. Olaf had also served us and wished my boyfriend a happy birthday. I am very happy with the service we had today and thank you to both of you for making his day extra special :D

We’ve been in once before and our experience wasn’t great. We thought we’d give it a second chance and we’re glad we did. Adam made our experience amazing. His down to earth attitude made us feel welcome and relaxed. Our food was amazing and 10 times better than our last visit, accompanied by Adam’s service we were happy that we gave the beefeater a second chance so when Adam asked us to leave him a review we were more then happy to do so. We look forward to visiting again.

Adam deserves 5* for being an exceptional host. Despite restricted availability on the menu he made our meal here a lovely experience at the end of a busy day. Food was plentiful and tasty, and served with cheerful friendly finesse. Thank you! 🌻

Brilliant service. Due to an error on my part I hadn't correctly booked for a disabled member of our party but the team worked really hard to accommodate us. Service was excellent despite being very busy and great food.
