A great place to hold a business meeting and catch up. Kelly the Manager greeted us at the door, fresh warm welcome and shown to the table. Buffet style breakfast that was fully stocked, coffee on tap and a hot English breakfast with 5* service throughout! Thank you.

We went on a Sunday lunchtime, food and service were as expected for a large chain pub. Nothing spectacular, but nothing to complain about. Parking validation is required and there are a couple of chargers for electric vehicles.

The only wow factor about this place is “wow, they really charged that much?” Tried the ‘Baconeater’ it was £16 for lukewarm chips and an edible burger. Desert of Stick Toffee Pudding with custard was also average with the bonus of having the custard jar smothered in toffee as they present it all on one plate. Precisely average. Nothing that’ll make you want to return but nothing that’ll make you never return.

Had a birthday meal here recently. Food was surprisingly good all round for everyone in our party. On arrival at our table, there was food all on the floor under and around our table. Menus were that filthy they were stuck together. Overall cleanliness was appalling. Service was just as bad. 25 mins to get our first drinks. Restaurant was quiet as it was the start of sitting. Another 20 mins to get our food orders in. Staff were miserable and looked like they didn't want to be there. Had to constantly leave our seats to search for a waiter to get more drinks! Overall .. food good ... service and cleanliness poor

Being a coeliac makes eating out a bit more of an ordeal. I came here with my grandson after bowling and the knowledge and understanding was refreshing. I felt as safe as I could and ordered food. The food was lovely and I had no after effects. So big thumbs up from me

We had the buffet breakfast during our stay in hotel. Food was nice with speedy refill and staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great that we started our journey with a relaxing breakfast. And thanks Chris for his passion and efficiency from welcoming every guest and guiding us details of the Buffet arrangement. We’re very satisfied and will come back for sure. Lastly, just one improvement needed is the payment card machine that didn’t work properly that took extra time for staff to proceed.

They weren't busy, we ordered a steak medly. Mine came out cold, peppercorn sauce looked used and the beans were double heated. Ladybridge Tamworth a 4 out of 10.

Fantastic service, Chris was really helpful, had to make a last minute change and he made it happen the waiter Olaf was really helpful, nice young guy and nothing to much trouble

Great service from staff especially from a lady called Claire even stoped and ensured the children were happy Did a check back got the children some drinks and then their desert Food was dry and the chicken was over held for to long But other then that great meal

We throughly enjoyed our recent meal, The smothered chicken was delicious, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Chris, he was extremely well presented. A welcome change to leave a restaurant feeling fully satisfied, and receiving great service. Thanks Chris we look forward to returning in the near future.

Another enjoyable lunch at the beefeater. Chris looked after us very well and made sure we we're well fed and watered.

On arrival the pub looked clean, inviting and busy. The gentleman showed us to our table. Our friend had browsed the menu the night before as she was going to be late and she had chosen from the evening set menu ( 2 courses and a drink for £18.99). The lady gave us the menus for us to browse but she had only given us the normal menu so we had to ask for the evening set menu, which I must say also saved us money. Our food was delivered promptly and it was lovely to catch up with friends however unfortunately we just felt rushed from there on in. No sooner had we put our cutlery down the main dishes were taken away and the menu was given back to us to choose our desserts. Desserts arrived promptly again but the waitress came back to the table and collected the dessert bowls before my friend had even finished hers (she didn't take her bowl just to add as she had realised). When she took the bowls she asked us if we wanted the bill, we did say yes as the pub was quiet apart from a few tables left but during our pudding loud music came on which seemed was playing in the kitchens but had com through to the main restaurant which was rather off putting as we were trying to catch up with each other. We normally enjoy a coffee or hot drink at the end of our meal but did not get asked or even the chance to ask. The waitresses were stood close by, felt as if they were lingering, like we needed to hurry up and leave the pub. It was 9.15pm so not late. We paid our bill and we did persist and sat catching up for another 30 minutes, in which time we could have enjoyed a hot drink. Throughout our time we were never asked if everything was okay, if we wanted another drink which is odd for a restaurant. As said the pub appeared clean and inviting on arrival but the service throughout was distinctly average and we felt like we were being rushed. When we go out for food we like to enjoy our time together, not feel rushed but unfortunately this was not the case this evening.

4 adult meal. Fish n chips, smothered chicken, lasagne and burger. All absolutely disgusting. Cold chips, old salad, cheap horrible Coleslaw, fish batter totally burnt, lasagne was all sauce, chicken flavourless, burger raw and the present served on the plate was terrible. An expensive meal not enjoyed. Won't return.

Avoid if you can! First of all I've seen more life at a cemetery! No ambiance at all! Secondly it was a good job that I had WiFi so I can mortgage my house to eat here! 5 star prices for 2 star food is a joke. Speaking of the food what a travesty ! We ordered 4 starters on the offer and 4 mixed grills. The guacamole with the nachos was far from guacamole! It looked like someone sat on an avocado and served the contents, the garlic flat bread was greasy, almost mo flavour and worst part it was cold but the cream of the crop was the "cheesy potatoes dippers"..... it's cheesy chips and when asked to remove them from my table and bill I was told that they are cheesy potatoes dippers! Technically yes they are but if I wanted cheesy chips i would of ordered cheesy chips. Didn't want to eat here after that so paid for my starters and drinks and left which might I add £40 for 4 drinks and 4 starters is what I mean when I said 5 star price 2 star food! I wouldn't go back there if I bought the company.

Came here on my birthday last month good food I have always wanted to come I will come again

Myself and my partner went here for dinner, we had the calamari, chicken goujons and garlic bread starters. The garlic bread was barely cooked and doughy, the chicken and calamari where deep fried and judging by the colour and taste of the remaining oil had not been cleaned in a long time the oil was dark brown and bitter. My partner ordered a mixed grill with a medium steak and it came out very rare. They took it back and made him a fresh steak but left everything else under a hot light to go dry. I ordered the salmon which was nice lacked in the garlic on the potatoes as advertised and we ate dinners separately due to there lack of cooking skills. Others were also sending there food back whilst we were there it reminded me of Ramsey's kitchen nightmares definitely will not be eating there again

Have been here around three times now to try and give it the benefit of the doubt but sadly no. 1st visit: we arrived with a pre-booked table and the place was fairly empty and thought great! Nice food quick and never tried previously, instantly met with a rude server who couldn’t even give us the time of day! Sat us down and then left for around 10/15 minutes and because the place was so empty we couldn’t find anyone to order food! When he did return he was very abrupt and no customer service skills at all! Came across very rude and hated his job. Food came was okay but nothing to rave about. 2nd visit: we went with 8 of us this time prebooked! Was sat in the corner right next to a big party and forgot about! When asked our server if he is going to get our drink order and food he said sorry I’m busy with a party! We got there 15 minutes prior to them arriving! Personally I’d have rushed us to get things through so the party wouldn’t clog up the kitchen as much?? But what do I know I don’t work in hospitality… drinks ordered then not put through so after waiting further 20 minutes went to the bar to order our drinks again! Food came was burnt and not worth the wait! Kids had the same puddings and some had mirangue some did not when asking if they could be redone was told that’s how they are! Because he couldn’t care about the table or what’s happening when he did come over to talk he kicked our newborn who was sleeping in the car seat and didn’t even apologise when doing so woke her up! We did return for a third and final time but sadly I can’t torture myself by going there again, being served by a woman who has love bites all over her neck like she has been eaten alive with a rude attitude. I really hope the staff fix up their attitude and care about the consumers walking in the door!

Got there 12.00 for early dinner and it was not ready .ordered the food and one of us could not eat the fish and chips and sent it back .ihad the ultimate Sunday dinner and it was ok my wife had the pie and mash and said it was ok . My son had the 73 combo and loved it

Meal today well firstly I got the wrong meal , wrong discount. Place was empty because it was cash only so no excuse for burnt salmon which is what I got today real shame as we meet up with family and it had been years since they last went a Beefeater. Staff doing their best but the chef was not on their game today so so sad… won’t be back for sometime now.

The bar staff were lovely but they were short staffed and running from restaurant to the bar,I felt so sorry for them.

£8 meal deal was good for value but didn’t include a drink. Tried to have a joke or two with the bar staff which went down like a lead balloon. Atmosphere seriously lacked. Hardly any customers, dated and dark decor and staff that lacked personality suited to a customer service role.

We were made to wait at the desk, and told by three different members of staff that they will be with us in a moment as they sauntered past us sometimes in pairs, once we were eventually seated the coffee machine wasn't providing hot coffee - there was a constant lack of food at the hot counter and had to wait for one or more item from said hot counter to have the breakfast we wanted and then the food wasn't cooked to a decent standard, the only reason we stayed was because the children were hungry - we have had breakfast at a number of different beefeaters in the past and this was by far the worst - we went because of previous experiences with other beefeaters and this was sadly lacking - I will not be setting foot in there again

I often nip here to meet with a friend on an evening for a drink. The service is always good and the staff are very considerate.

We had a lovely meal here, and our experience was made all the better by a wonderful waitress Heather, who really went out of her way to help us with the allergy menu for our 8 year old. He loved his vegan ice-cream!

Food was ok, although quite dried up by the time we got it. Service was poor, or at least slow. It’s a bit shabby. Floors were filthy with food debris and the tables were sticky and smeared. Would not hurry back here.

I’m not sure if it is all Beefeaters as we had similar a few weeks ago but in an evening at a different Beefeater. At this point let me say we didn’t realise that we had to book for breakfast. We waiting behind a young family just inside the door (which was a very compact area as it was entrance and exit). There was no acknowledgment to us, not even a facial gesture. The young family in front in my opinion were spoken to very rudely but they got a table. All we had was ‘ have you booked a table?’ … we replied no ‘ we are full’ I am really thinking that the training with this chain is not as accepting as it should be.

Excellent Sunday lunch,we'd booked a table in advance so we were shown to our table very quickly. Served by Emma who was very attentive and helpful. My wife and I both had beef as unfortunately the lamb wasn't available hence I'm giving 4 stars not 5. The beef was lovely though, tender and tasty.

God where do I begin.. most of the food on the menu they hadn't got.. ask for sweet potato fries . ...the lad serving me said .... We never had those since the menu was printed !!! All that said I eventually had the sirloin steak and salad . Steak was done medium,just what I asked for so really enjoyed my meal

After 15 minutes waiting for our food order to be taken we left. Utterly useless.

Made to wait 10 minutes to be sat on a pre booked table despite the area being quiet and several tables and seats empty. Staff were friendly but the food wasn't good at all. Halloumi fries had clearly been left out waiting for a while and served cold. Fish was dry and rubbery. Shame really as i've eaten at this Beefeater before and not had any issues but the overall service and food was poor today.

We booked a table but one hadn't been reserved for us. The food was poor/average. Georgia our waitress was excellent and although very busy made time for us! I would try something different if I came again and hope for a quieter time of day.

Sorry only 4 stars because my daughter ordered a Vegan meal and the kitchen/staff brought a normal meal out and on the 2nd attempt put normal coleslaw on..so third time was right but she was virtually eating on her own....credit to staff was soon sorted..customer service great..
