Food arrived lovely and warm their very generous with their portions ,and the order was all correct ,never had an issue and will be ordering again

Was looking forward to the food after paying premium prices, I was staying in a hotel and ordered a take out. Order came with no napkins, no spoons or forks. What did you want us to eat with??? The chocolate fudge cake was dry and wasn't warmed up even though we asked. It seemed like the cake had been out for days! The waffle was decent on the other hand and was fresh.

The food here is beautiful and the friendly waiters make the experience even better. The atmosphere is nice and worth a visit.

Sad disgusing place, dirty place with sticky floor and absolutely disgusting toilet, there is no hygiene standards at all wery sad. Kids had awful experience, caffee had bad smell. But Surprisingly food was ok.

So we had just had lunch. The 3 kids wanted desert 11, 4 and 1. We walked into the shop and were other children running around. The 4 year old is autistic so was quite upset outside and wanted to calm him down, the lads were picking what they wanted. They had a valentine display in store with balloons, which our 4 year old was touching. The woman behind the counter (tall around 25 30) gave him a filthy look as if to say don't touch..no offense he's autistic. Anyway we carried on, the 11 year old wanted cookie dough with a different flavour as he's fussy. He chose one and we went counter the woman had a face on her as long as tamworth Road. ,'what do you want' she asked.. we told her our order and asked her about the ice cream change, she said yes to begin with then rolled her eyes and her reply was like just yeah...I was disgusted I wasn't buying anything and threw wallet in bag.she had changed her mind about ice cream and refused to change it for our 11 year old in mean time which topped off the experience. He needed toilet as he had runny tummy and that toilet was out of order so all in all not impressed will not be going back in. We also was purchasing orders offline, not anymore will be going else where as it was a awful experience for us all. The server needs to change her customer service skills, heard the manager isn't much knack either maybe this was her. We ended up blowing our money elsewhere with better service.

Ordered online an hour later they ring me up saying there crepe machine had broke and would I like to exchange it for another one I said yes please change it to pancakes please 3 times I said this 3 times she also said ‘okay I’ll cancel’ finally she agreed to do the pancakes to then get a text of just eat saying ‘your order has been cancelled’ when I rang her up about this she done nothing but blame other people. Asking me to place an order again on just eat waiting another 1 hour to hour and half. Absolute joke of a company.

Really disappointed, I've been wanting to go in for a while. Finally had the time and I was thoroughly let down. The service was lacking any form of enthusiasm. The shop needed some tlc. There was no atmosphere unless you count the noise of the machines and the staff cleaning so they look busy. I had a waffle that was luke warm at best even though I watched it be taken off the waffle maker. My hot chocolate was almost cold. The same will be said about my girlfriends waffle and drink. The drinks were brought over with fingers around the lip of the mug. Will definitely not be going back, what a complete disappointment.

Really disappointed. Probably one of the worst places I've been. Should of walked out but was really looking forward to visiting. Zero atmosphere you can hear the fridges running. No back ground music. And it was cold in there but of us thought it was. Get the feeling the place wants to be a bit fancy. But it's tired and needs refreshing. Even the menus need replacing they look tatty. One member of staff in a nice white shirt but dirty trainers. All for trainers when working in your feet. But should be clean. Other member of staff just looked scruffy. We ordered hot chocolates and waffles. Hot chocolates took a while to make and came out Luke warm and very basic for the price you paid. Waffles were ok but cold. As made fresh to order I would expect them to be warm. Do you go here as a waste of time and money.

I went in for takeaway desserts. I am lactose intolerant so I have asked the guy there for a vegan menu options .he showed one ice-cream vegan and that's it . I found on the menu after more options which i believe he eother cpuldnt be bothered to show me or had no idea but where it says vegan I have asked the guy if that milk chocolate cookie dough is vegan or made with coconut milk or almond milk but he said the cookie is vegan but is milk chocolate in ,I suppose he referred to normal milk as I asked again is it normal milk and he said yeah to me , and then I said well the cookie is not vegan then and he said yeah .Why is it on vegan menu then ?? Why is allergies or intolerancies not take in serious at this place ? I could die if I ingest milk , I don't want this to happen to me but seems like they hire people in this business without any idea or learning about allergies and intolerancies or to care for their customers . I would call fsa on them as I will not be a return customer.

Ordered three milk cakes for my partners birthday , tasted amazing out of this world worth the price for sure. So kind of them to offer a delicious high quality birthday brownie as well , big fan totoally recommend

Called in for a coffee. No atmosphere and staff seemed to lack any enthusiasm for service or customer experience. Strangest tasting and presented flat white ever. Plate provided with damp sweetener and small pieces of cake was not clean. Empty on arrival but started to fill up later so must have something going for it but not for us.

Love the little desert shop and the note I got inside my bag today:) Thank you for the extra scoop of ice cream it was a nice surprise although the sorbet looks nothing like the picture and we really wanted raspberry sorbet pleaseeee start selling it as it’s not on the just eat menu :)

Cookie Dough S’mores were nice but nothing you couldn’t do yourself. Milk cake was ok but nothing amazing. Cappuccino was an embarrassment. Price was decent

Worst service ever. Asked to sit in wanted a cappuccino and red velvet donut. They ordered me an actual cappuccino drink told them its a donut refunded and ordered again. Then told the cappuccino donut wasn't available and offered a Oreo donut. After 10 minutes collection was ready to take out told them I was sitting in. After the messing around walked out only to have a red velvet cake and a fudge donut. Waste of time. Will never go back again.

Good coffee at Tamworth branch BUT must do more to show that they are open. Interior and tinted windows give the impression that they are closed. Either put bigger “OPEN “ sign or boards and tables/chairs in frontage.

Was not great at all. From the bad customer service to the cold food which was meant to be hot (pretty sure they just microwaved it 🤷🏻‍♀️)…there was also a hair. Will not be returning. Save your money.

Ordering from here is coming way to much off a habit. Always quick, hot and tasty. Loads of sauce aswell! The ice cream is delicious ! And I got a free cake with my order today ( on them) bonus ! Thanks so much x

Great service! Ordered a delivery to my home in Lichfield and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the desserts came. The cookie dough and waffle were warm and the ice cream hadn’t melted. Both were presented perfectly and tasted delicious. Thank you very much!

I wouldn’t recommend I picked my order up bearing in mind this was October but I’ve messaged them numerous of times that’s why I’m complaining now as I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt, so I got home it’s was burnt to a crisp I phoned them to tell them told me to go back up and get another one which was a long drive from my house and I said i can’t come back now and she said next time I order I can have them for free I’ve tried numerous of times to do so and everytime I told them what the lady said to me I get told they don’t know nothing about it, Ive messaged/emailed them numerous of times and I get ignored!!!

The raspberry and white choc waffle with creamy raspberry ice cream was lovely, the last bite of the heavenly temptation chocolatey nutty one that my daughter couldn’t finish was great too, the lady was very pleasant 👌

First time trying little dessert shop we ordered two ice cream cups of different flavours. Both were so nice and agree we will be ordering again. Picture of empty cup 🤣 was to nice not to just eat.

We ordered a desert each, when the food arrived (very quickly) they had added in a completely free desert that brought back memories from our childhood! An amazing experience overall!

My son and I went here for a treat, and we got one. Crepe was amazing, strawberries were fresh. Altogether it was fabulous. My son had the cookie dough with white chocolate. He thought it was so tasty. He also said the kinder Bueno ice cream was delicious. The staff were lovely.

Really poor service.. I come here every week with my mom and unfortunately we will not be returning after our really bad experience last week. We ordered 3 hot drinks which came after 45 mins.. we had two cakes that were frozen in the middle and a cookie dough which was tiny. The poor young girl was the only one on shift and was rushed off her feet. I demanded to speak to the manager and she said he wasn’t in.. she managed to get him on the phone and he just kept talking over me and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Thankfully I got my money back for two cakes but wow it was just awful and I feel sorry for the girl who was working probably for minimum wage.. The manager of this place really needs to be re educated and taught some manners because this was just not acceptable and the fact he’d had a young girl who was a new started alone in the shop! He was rude and did not want to know about my experience. Sadly as we love it here we will not be coming back.. service has been bad before but this was really the last straw for us.

If you are having a meal in the town centre, you might want to skip the dessert and have it here instead. There are really good choices and the staff are friendly and attentive. They also do take-out and delivery.

We were given free brownies as the service was longer than expected! We didn’t mind, we understand however, they gave us some free brownies to take home! Thank you will defo return!

We decided to call on as our two boys wanted some ice cream. The staff were really friendly and bought the menus over. It was Sunday at about 3-4pm so not overly busy. We ordered Sundaes, ice team balls coated in chocolate and a Mississippi Mud pie cheese cake, and a couple of drinks. It came to £26, but I felt it was value for money as the food and service were excellent. Will definitely be back.

The food was delicious and their menu keeps on growing. The staff are really nice and it's a nice play to catch up with a friend or go on a date as it's peaceful and quiet. I did hear a while ago that the working conditions there weren't good but the staff seem to have changed and it seemed to be running smoothly so hopely the management has changed their treatment of workers.

Took my daughters here for dessert 🍨 today. They had waffles 🧇 crepes, cookie dough and ice cream 🍦. The girls were very happy and enjoyed their desserts. The guy who served us was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Will deffo go again.
