Happy Valley in Tamworth

Been ther for years no problem now tho no thank u never again it’s changed don’t eat the raw chicken

The food is good but its never open in accordance with its opening hours so I go elsewhere now.

Constantly engaged phone line…. You’d think that would be good for constant orders…. But when it does ring nobody answers. Poor customer service.l

Ordered here countless times a month for years, never had any big issues and never once complained, however we ordered our usual yesterday and it was awful. The chowmein was half empty if not less . The sweet and sour was ALL veg, only 5 small pieces of chicken and a small layer of sauce. The crispy beef was roast beef not crispy. Rang to complain and the manager was vile in the background, got told I’m lying and I can only get 20% off my next order. As a Loyal long standing customer I’m shocked, my food is NOT good enough, not what I paid for and I’m fuming!!!

I ordered a beef and mushroom curry, A Duck curry and chips , the beef was chewy and fatty, onions was raw , mushrooms was raw a bit, The Duck curry was mostly skin with a bit of meat on it, The chips was warmed up like cardboard what a waste of £14 and £2 delivery, I will never be ordering from this place again

been a customer of this place but after the treatment and service I got tonight I won't be back! Served raw chicken to me at 6 months pregnant. Rang up to complain as I have the right to. No swearing or threatening language was used when I complained, just that a £6 refund was not good enough considering how serious it is and I come the from the far end of town. Finally go in to collect a full refund which I should be owed and was ganged up on by the chef and a English woman telling me how I made the 13yo girl over the phone cry! He slammed the money on the counter at me and stormed past me in a threatening manner. I've left the shop absolutely gob smacked. I'm left shaking angry and feeling like I've done something wrong when in fact I just rang up wanting a refund. I wouldn't have left this review after a full refund but the way I was treated was disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourself. Im sorry to the little girl but maybe start hiring children of age to work for your establishment equipped to deal with serious food safety complaints!

Lived near Happy Valley for many years and of course had lots of take outs. The food is always very tasty, hot and well packed. The staff there are very friendly and polite. I would defiantly recommend you try.

I've used this particular takeaway on and off since 1995 The quality of food is always excellent and well prepared. Though one used to get rice or chips with the curry as part of the meal, of course paying for extras. Still a recommended place for all to enjoy. Fast delivery service too! Order or go in today, or even tomorrow.

Why it say u are open and u are closed I rang up for an order for just gone 10pm and I was there before 10pm and u had closed now I am left with no food after a night at work thanks

Ordered from here a few times and every single time they tell you how long it will be and then after double that time i call and ask were it is as they say oh 15 more minutes , a delivery that i was told will be 30 minutes took just over an hour and a half and even had a meal missing , there attitude on the phone is disgusting and just make excuses and then put the phone down on me , thats the last time i will order from there!

Had to wait over an hour when I called to see when it would be delivered I was told to wait another 20min not happy so canceled order The driver then arrived 10min later I said "it's been over an hour" she said sarcastically it's not my fault" I replied I know but the order has been cancelled at this she bounced off I then get a call from the little lady who took the order telling me "not to take it out on the driver when it's late" and hung up I rang back to get the runaround the manager not in the manager busy then another girl claiming to be manager asked me to hold so I held 10min to be hung up on WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN IF LAST ONE ON EARTH

Food is alright I mean beef curry they could add more beef for the prices there changing its more onion then beef

Local Chinese takeaway, just off Silverlink Road, Glascote Heath. Superb and friendly takeaway, they even catered for my partner who has special dietary requirements, and they catered above and beyond to help her. I never thought noodles and pineapple would go together but wow what a taste explosion. This place stands out in our book, we totally think you should give them a try .

Delivery was brought to the door by an immature young man who revved his trumpet of a car to let us know he was here and then proceeded to headbutt a flower pot upon arrival, He then revved his car again and his engine blew up and landed in our conservatory and killed our pet shoebox. Food was ok, driver was a div with a slow car.

Probably the worse food I've ever eaten !! All food was over cooked in what I can say smelt and tasted like old oil ....I would definitely not be going back again

If I could review a minus I would waited nearly 2hrs for food to be told we hadn't ordered a delivery then we didn't answer the phone then the chiefs have gone home then when asked for a name they talked in there own language and put the phone down

Ordered Beef Chow mein Noodles Tasted Burnt Only 4 Bits Of Beef not impressed special chow mein mostly veg tub only half full forgot to put noodles in bag had to do another journey to collect then had to heat meals in microwave will not be ordering again when brought to their attention all I got was sorry lovely customer service I don't think.

We ordered our food and it was estimated to be 45 minutes which was perfectly fine. However when we got the order it was wrong and we was missing some chips so we called up explained the situation and they said they’d send them out with the next delivery. An HOUR went by and we were still waiting for the chips so we rang again which is disgusting. I had to have 2 phone calls to try and get a refund out of them because the first time they hung up on me! I spoke to 3 different people last person being the manager and they still didn’t see a problem with the hour wait bearing in mind the rest of our food was now cold. We didn’t even get the refund in the end because they were being so rude and disinterested. Horrible service.

i ordered from here and when it turned up i had the delivery off of a young lad called mason and it was the complete wrong order i was very disappointed and he refused to take it back and get me the correct order.Would be alot better if you didn't have young kids taking orders as well.

Mi pareja visitó aquí y patatas, fideos y ordenados en una bandeja salsa barbacoa Fue cotizado £6. 50 en el teléfono por lo que pensaba que me estaban cobrando los tres individualmente y no en una bandeja, ya que parecía caro. Pues no, resulta que estaba en una bandeja y cuando me registré el menú que he cobrado por separado para los artículos aunque no he incluso poner la mitad de una porción de cada una en la bandeja.La comida es muy buena en general, pero quizás esto no ocurriría si no tienen 8 años de edad, los pedidos de los clientes y cobran el!
