Food was disgusting no life in it no taste no colour food supposed to be cooked fresh it was like week old and the place doesn't look clean made food made me ill 🤮🤮

Collection order, was told it will be 20 minutes was actually 35 minutes, anyway got home to find chicken chow mien mien was missing. Called up to check order and it was ordered, said they would cook right away 5 mins, 15 mins later still waiting, asked for some prawn crackers on the house and absolutely refused, got home and the rest of our order was now cold , been using them exclusively for 30 years, Never again, don’t care about their customers

I've been a phew times and I've not had a problem so far with delivery or collection food been tasty and these are only place I've seen who do crab claws to bonus 😋

Called but never got through even though i hing on for 15mins the last time after ringing 5 times. Ended up having a meal from the dragon at the Leyfields

Standards at Jasmin House have gone down. I ordered Singapore chowmien - this dish normally contains slices of different types of meat & King prawns - not now. Contains bits of meat & shrimp. Will not be ordering from Jasmine House again.

Best Chinese in Tamworth I think. Superb crispy shredded beef in chilli, really good battered chicken/prawn balls. Incredibly fast at cooking the food too

The jasmine house is easily the best Chinese EVER!!!! Its rare we order from anywhere else any more, because its always rubbish compared to the jasmine house. Only thing they could do to be better, is take card payment instead of cash, but other than that minor inconvenience it's soooooo delicious!!!

Fast service and hot food but way to salty. Felt hungover the next day and I didn't even drink with my food.

I can only say one word shocking.. I've been using since the age of 13 I'm now 31 every time I come to parents I order from here and say best Chinese. Well wow I am so wrong.. Well ordered and food was disgusting to say the least I politely called and told them chicken balls was Brown chicken, then bits of pink and rubbery, not only that the dough was wet, ribs overly salty and not usual meat of chef I would say too. I complemented the other two dishes. Called up to get abuse by woman shouting. Was told nothing to be done and it was fine.. clearly not because in the years of ordering I've never complained.. but due to the dog attitude I can't believe I've ordered from you for so many years and never Ever again.. apparently my parents address is blacklisted now and they never ordered anything. Very strange customer service. after shouting at me that much down the phone my partner went down to have words and get refund from there disgusting response and had to argue for it with a bag of food that had not been eaten Your place is clearly going hill and I would like to never be shouted at because my food you cooked was not nice if they had dealt with it properly then fair enough but that was awful

1st time order, order came up short, missing items, the duck ordered was tough, and when complained not of lot understanding or explanation Won't be ordering from them again and would discourage any one else form using them.

Love the food but cash only option could do with being able to pay with card

Great Chinese!!! Recently moved back on the outskirts of Tamworth. As this Chinese was are regular then, we were 100% sure this would still be great quality. Fantastic food & super quick. 10 mins & ready to collect 👍👍

First time ordering from here, extremely disappointed. 2/3 dishes were poor. Most of the food was cold, the duck was not crispy in the slightest (as advertised) and non of the food was nice. Rang to complain and ask for a refund, we were told that refunds can’t be given as per the police. We asked what the refund policy was and she told us only if there was a problem with the food. We then further explained that it was cold and not as advertised (as well as horrible in taste). This conversation went round in circles to which the lady on the phone hung up on us. This was extremely unprofessional, rude and unnecessary. Will definitely not be a return customer and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Ordered from here 3 meals. The one was fine but the duck was not crispy and overall very slimy and fatty. The beef in black been sauce was disgusting aswell as the sauce for the duck. The food was also Luke warm even tho we collected it earlier than was told to come. Rang them up and the girl on the desk simply said, "taste is objective and I'm sorry you didn't like your food but if it's been touched we cannot offer a refund" we went round in circles for about 20 minutes as she proceeded to say "I'm not going to give you a refund and that's the end of it and hung up on me. She kept repeating that there isn't really a refund policy and that if you don't like the food don't order from us again. Really wouldn't recommend this place even if you have a good meal the people here are just outright disrespectful.

Tonight was the first time ever ordered from here, i will most definitely will not be ordering again. The food was the worst I'd ever eaten Chinese's wise from Tamworth. Missing food and food I wouldn't even feed a dog, very very disappointed. Never again.

Rrally good chinese! Never ordered from here before but glad we did. Was lovely & they made the Kung Po Pork extra spicey for me. Vert tastey, great sensible portion sizes, so no waste.

Let me think dishwater with raw mushrooms and pre cooked chicken which tasted like fridge raiders. Also tried the crap soup which is just chopped up fish sticks in some sort of brouth

Crispy shredded beef disgusting very hard burnt to a crisp with no beef inside called to complain to ask them to replace the woman was having none of it. It’s always been cooked the same there’s nothing wrong with it I couldn’t even put my fork through it! Never again

Ordered a dish they got it wrong and then blamed me, said I should have ordered it differently. Was really rude when I complained, said they would change it this time bit next time they won't and when my son went to collect it they had another go saying i should have asked for it the right way. Won't be going here again. Attitude was disgusting for their mistake.

2 out of 3 dishes in Our order were ok, the sweat & sour chicken we ordered was inedible. I didn’t even give it to the dog.

Ordered from here last night, specifically requested NO vegetables in a couple of dishes once opened up found they had put vegetables in so rang up and got verbally abused down the phone, will NEVER use again

Awful, never even received our food. Rang to see where order was only to be told it had been cancelled. Must have been run off their feet as couldn't be bothered to even cook and deliver our food!!!!

By a country mile it is the best Chinese in Tamworth. Amazing flavours and high quality. Slightly pricey delivery although we do live some distance away I guess. Once tried you won’t go anywhere else.

Having worked there a few years back, I knew what the food was like, and it's still the same. My review wouldn't it justice, but I highly reccomend them, try it for yourselves. You wont be disappointed

Amazing. Ordered form here last year but forgot to review amazing food was here within half hour. Tasted perfect one of the best Chinese’s I had definitely had in a while

First time ordering from Jasmine House and will probably be the last. I read the previous good reviews and thought we'd try it but was left really disappointed with the food, the chicken balls were all burnt to with in an inch of their life, the beef chow mein was extremely oily and inedible and the spring roll had such a strong garlicy taste to it it made my taste buds numb! Only saving grace for this place was the delivery guy he was very happy and a pleasure to deal with. They might have just been having an off day as it happens but it has put me off ordering again.

Ordered from there as family wanted Chinese food, even tho I usually don't like Chinese food, I was shocked how nice everyone's food was ended up having abit of everything and it was all lovely food I only wish I had taken photos of it, but I will be ordering again and recommending to people, good service too, was told an hour for delivery then I called back and asked how long for collection and it was 15mins so I collected, very impressed

Had a large order of dishes for 6 people. Walked in on New Years Eve. Only waited 15-20 minutes. All agreed it was very good and would order from them again.

I went to Jasmin House last night for the first time, the food was very tasty. The ribs had lots of meat on, the prawns were big and juicy and the bbq sauce wow.It was the best I have tasted in Tamworth so far. Good quality food. Unfortunately the price is a bit to high for me so it won't become my regular maybe just my treat take away.

As always it's great, the food is lovely and its well priced too. You do have to wait for a bit but not to long. They do deliver, but don't have the munchies on a Tuesday because this venue is closed. They open usually at 5pm till 10pm and a bit later on the Saturday.

Love the Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls from here and the Crispy Beef too. Delivery time was good.

Was charged £3 for a delivery to Belgrave. My order was around £12.50 but the driver quoted me £15.50. I phoned up the place and they confirmed a £3 delivery charge, obscene. Food was delicious though, nice curry. The delivery was quick and the driver friendly on the plus side.

Usually have a Chinese elsewhere but as I was at my friends near this place, we ordered from here. It was very nice at all. The sauces (bbq and curry) were far too salty, the vegetable spring rolls were bland and didn’t have much filling. Have had better ones from Morrison’s! The boiled rice was hard and undercooked.

Place is rapidly going down the nick. Ordered 19.38 delivered 21.50. Called to enquire about delivery and told it was on the way but it still took half an hour before it arrived. The food is usually good but this place is no longer dependable. The lady who delivered (eventually) was cheerful and pleasant but when you've been stressing about whether or not you and your family are going to eat that night it's just annoying. As long term customers (I'm talking many years) I expect more. I would be willing to discuss if the management called me but I suspect they don't care. This isn't an isolated incident the last few deliveries have also been prolonged. I'm currently looking for another Chinese delivery service. I feel they've had enough chances.

Waiting for our meal for over 1 hour and 10 minutes that we wasnt advised of! Call back and are asked " whats up??? " what sort of service is that ??? Not..... " how may I help you " poor service and stinking attitude!!! Do not order from here of you want some respect!!

All the food is amazing, it's the only place I will ever go to for this specific food choice.

The food is great, any changes are not to much trouble and the speed of service is amazing. So items are overpriced but most are the same as other places. Only Chinese that we use.

i have visited the chinese several times, it is the best chinese around. The food is fantastic, the service is top class. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. It caters to all needs and is fantastic. I love it!

Been using this Chinese takeaway for years, it's had a few different owners, but the food is always good. Never had a bad meal from here.

Got to say food is really nice, personally I think over priced, but if you have a problem which is there mistake god help you if you say, the owner is rude abusive and has got the people skills of a paint brush Twice this has happened I would never return again

The last few times I have attempted to telephone this establishment the phone goes straight to answerphone with just the brief message 'memory full'! If they are closed due to holiday or other reason, fine. However, please make arrangements so that your customers are kept informed. As a very long term customer I feel I'm being poorly served.

Shocking customer service. Telephoned to complain about a specific item in the order not being very good & was advised to return the ENTIRE ORDER FOR A REFUND!! I'd have been totally happy for them to replace the one item but wouldn't. Having paid delivery charge to get the food they then refuse to refund the delivery fee after I take the order back!!! Having used for 25 years I won't use again.

Absolutely amazing i loved the food and they do the best barbecue sauce i have ever tasted.
