Rayu Pan Asian in Tamworth

Beef chow mein is nothing like a traditional chow mein. Really greasy and awful and for 13 pound is ridiculous. The chicken gyozas were nice, panko squid was ok but the sauce didnt compliment them at all and tempura prawns are definitely brought in frozen. Not the worse meal I’ve ever had but definitely had better for cheaper. Won’t return and surprised with the good reviews tbh

Very good overall. Got the wings, firecracker chicken and basil chilli beef. No complaints at all, hit the spot and would go back. DIdn't blow me away hence the 4*.

Unbelievably disappointed I have loved pad Thai for forty years and eaten it from this restaurant several times a year for the past ten years. And until tonight it he’s always been wonderful, but tonight all I can taste is pepper. They have changed recipes, clearly. And I will not order from here again.

Delicious spot for food and quite close to the station! The owner is also lovely! I’d missed my stop at Birmingham New Street in the evening and so needed some refreshments. I happened upon this tasty spot and the owner included a free drink to see me through the rest of my journey. I loved the flavours from the Thai Basil noodles. Thank you

Food arrived piping hot which was really nice! The chicken Teriyaki was one of the nicest things I've ever eaten from a takeaway. My only issue was the chow mein as it was a bit spicy, which I can't eat at all and is usually a safe option for me.

We were looking for a quick and tasty dinner, Rayu exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff which gives the seating area a 'kitchen table' vibe. The portions were excellent and the food delicious. Lots to choose from and they manage to do justice to dishes from lots of different countries. We recommend the prawn mee goreng!

food taste amazing arrived piping hot and even though I thought the chow mein container was small well I was wrong it was enough for two all fresh ingredients I'd say the best for food in Tamworth. thank you my first order was amazing and definitely won't be my last.. will definitely be recommending you.

Ordered take away so service and atmosphere n/a loads of food for the money but I would rather have less food and better quality all seamed quite greasy and not as flavoursome as other local thai restaurants so unfortunately will not be ordering from here again
