The best restaurants in Tamworth West Midlands

Never been before, so a new experience. It's a burger bar, I thought it would be a sir down restaurant, so that was new. Ok, ordered a bacon dmberge4 and a small cheese burger and a large fries, plus two large drinks. I actually enjoyed the bacon burger, the bacon wad nice and crisp, for a burger bar the meat was quite nice, the fries were ok. My only issue was tge coat, over £40+ for two burgers and one large fries. Expensive but tasted ok. The staff were very helpful, would I go back?I suspect not, a little too expensive for what it was.

Ok nothing great Has gone down hill abit to be honest as the place is so greasy again when the current chap took over it was painted and degreased but sorry it needs and major overhaul again and the fact that he uses his hands to cook most of the food really does put me off-but it did taste fine

If your of any good sense do not order food there service is terrible, unkempt server nasty rude, would not recommend any of my friends ,to go there. Never been served so, badly in all my life,this person had greasy hair, and dirty nails, did not eat was banged down in front of me

Absolutely amazing food at unbelievable prices just been for Mother’s Day lunch 100% recommend service and food outstanding 1st time in there will definitely be beck

Amazing food. If it arrives on time. If it's hot. If it all comes. Spent hundreds here, loved em, til they suddenly became terrible. 90 mins late, cancelled orders, cold food, missing items. What happened boys you were the best!!

In short, my order can sometimes end up slightly complicated because of sensory issues; I often have to ask people to talk to the kitchen to do a specific thing. I had to this time and the lady who I believe is a manager was lovely about it, said I could make sure it was correct and everything. Lovely experience

Came for some breakfast at about 9.30 but only two of the terrible touchscreen “tills” were working. It took forever to find the items we desired and then I wanted to add butter - apparently there is no such option but “if the iced bun doesn’t come with butter, then ask the girl who brings your food to get some for you”! We sat down and within minutes my husband’s hot food was delivered but no drinks or my food. A couple next to us were eating their hot food but waiting for their hot drinks. Eventually the woman went up to ask where their drinks were on,y to be fobbed off with some ridiculous nonsense about different waiting times. Our hot drinks and my food arrived then arrived ; the coffees were pleasant but lukewarm and my husband’s hot food had cooled down because he was waiting for my food to arrive. I found the whole experience stressful and I’m sure the cafe lost lots of paying customers as the queue was getting longer. I overheard the poor assistant explain to disgruntled customers that there was a 15 minute wait and that would have been further delayed because of inputting orders and payment into those “fast food” machines .M&S needs to rethink their approach to ordering and note who their customer base is - we are not teenagers who want a pay ‘ n go experience, we would like to have a relaxing snack or meal and actually know what is on offer without having to search through page after page of products whilst people in the queue get cross because we are doing so. As a loyal customer I do not want to be unfair but whoever decided to put this system in needs to have serious questions asked of their ability to understand customer satisfaction.

Awful portion sizes, £10 for £4 worth of food at an independent chippy. Embarrassing that a company that carries such a great name has gone this far downhill.

Ordered at 7.06 arrived at 8.56 only ordered a large margarita so not a bit complex order and was stone cold won’t be ordering again

This was probably the worst Chinese in England. Dry no flavour and order took so long to arrive and on top of that we were both on the toilet for hours.

I love the slim chickens brand but not from here. Food looks and tastes miserable and reheated, staff are half arsed and make you feel like a burden placing an order, tables and restaurant forever filthy too
