Amazing food. If it arrives on time. If it's hot. If it all comes. Spent hundreds here, loved em, til they suddenly became terrible. 90 mins late, cancelled orders, cold food, missing items. What happened boys you were the best!!

This would have been a 5 for the food. Foods very good but yesterday I ordered & 40 mins later my order was rejected & i still haven’t got a refund. Hoping this is just it processing back.

Disgusted that your website said open placed an order you tuck the money then came up closed and that order wasn't accepted say a refund will be given in 3-5 days that's no good when people want to eat on the day will not use ceasers for take away again

Very long delivery. Took to deliver nearly 2 hours. Not recommended.

Used them for a long time but got fed up with all the missing food with every order and claimed it back though just eat. now they won’t accept my order 🤨

Awful service. Food took 30mins longer than the max estimate time and then when it arrived one of the meals was missing. We immediately called them and the guy on the phone said we were lying and wasn't going to give us the meal or refund us for the meal we didn't receive. Ended the call by saying we'd have to go through Uber eats to get the refund for the missing item. The same guy then calls us back just to argue for 7 minutes and tell us the food did leave their place. I even offered for him to come to our house and check the food didn't make it here. Even though he was the one who called us back he didn't have anything else he would do for us, wouldn't let us speak with a manager, said the only one had gone home and it was only him there and that I'd have to wait till tomorrow evening for a manager to come in and look at things. Had to go through uber eats for the refund in the end, but they were helpful even though caesers wasn't. Food was nice (what actually arrived of it), but won't order from there again due to the awful service.

Missing one meal from the order, called up and and the guy on the phone argued over the phone saying it had been delivered and people try this all the time. Disgusting customer service, didn't offer a refund or offer the meal that was missing. Won't be ordering from this place again.

Placed an order via ubereats for a couple meals to eat with friends, estimated delivery of 40 minutes. 75 minutes later food arrived missing one of the person's meals. Contacted the restaurant to let them know and get the missing food delivered and the restaurant accused us of lying, claiming that "well the food 100% left us" and refused to refund or replace. When I asked to speak to a manager to discuss this further they refused, claiming that the manager was out, we'd have to wait until tomorrow to take this further and hung up!! Awful customer service and having now seen the reviews I can see we clearly made a mistake from ordering here. Avoid!

Ordered last night first time delivery eta 21:25-21:40. Arrived at half 10, wasn't hot was more cold than warm. Rang shop 11 times where My order was and no one ever answered. Honestly avoid at all costs

NEVER USE!!!! Dumped food on my road.. my sofa is in front of the front door facing the window and they dumped food on the road… the app still says it’s being delivered so they somehow get away with it!! No answer and rang over and over!!! This is pretty unreal! NEVER USE!!!

made an order via Deliveroo, waited an hour past said delivery time, attempted to phone them 3 times, no answer, got in contact with Deliveroo, they told me food had been delivered, might have been, but not with me, Deliveroo, to issue me with a refund,

Love their boneless chicken better than KFC but sad the chips have changed. Much preffered the thinner chips!

2 x King burgers - one had hash brown one did not Fries - cold and soggy 2 x Hotwings - one missing and others were cold and rubbery 2 x coleslaw - one missing 2 x garlic dip - one missing onion rings were good! All this and 30 minutes late. Have given 1 star because I can't leave none! My reccomendation - Go somewhere else

I can only go from personal experience, and I've never had any issues with this place and I've ordered from here numerous times. Food's good, reasonable price as well. Had an upset stomach once or twice, BUT, I'd put than down to me being a fat git and ordering 2 meals for myself 😅

Never had bad food from chicken to pizza all taste great, good variety, nice dude who delivers it. Tbh most the reviews are from one bad experience and not enough happy customers review to even it out. Has a great app. The odd time any mistake has happened they've sorted it. Best in Tamworth easily

Ordered 2 boneless chicken buckets, the whole family went down with food poisoning, never ordering from here again

I used to work at this place as a delivery driver but was dismissed with out 1 weeks pay because I didn't agree with the menagement. E.g they have a mice infestation I seen the owner drop a pizza on the floor and pick it up and put it in the box and sent it out for delivery. That place is NOT FIT to serve food to the public and I would not let any of my family members eat from here this was the last place to eat from DISGUSTING. Also they are not allowed to sell food from the premises but they do they are only allowed to do delivery. DONT NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY LOVE FOR YOUR FAMILY

I placed an order for collection but when I went to pick it up it was a unit which was dirty the workers where smoking in the cooking area and the clothes they had on where worser then what you see the beggars wearing in Birmingham city centre. They are not allowed to sell food from the premises they are only allowed to do delivery by law. This place is the most disgusting place in the world. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY LOVE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

First time ordering and will be the last! Ordered food at 5pm arrived by 7.20pm! Was ment to arrive by 6.10pm no update from app. Had to call them 3 times as food was late to times they kept giving us over phone, the 3rd attempt i tried to call several times no answer so in end my child was crying for her dinner I got in my car to go find my order, half way there it turns up. Pizza box was crushed onto pizza so all cheese was stuck to box, Poor service I recomend you not to order from here!

The best takeaway in Tamworth foods always been cooked to perfection the food is absolutely lush, never had one problem from these always delivered on time there the only takeaway I use. Its just as good as Maccies and KFC only better as you get it delivered! :p

Possibly the worst takeaway I have ever had😭 pizza was swimming on grease and tasted of pure grease!! Chips were cold ..took over an hour to deliver too disgusting..

Very small portion. Could not taste chicken on the burger as it just tasted burnt like charcoal, not a bit of mango and lime to it. Also says comes with lettuce, but was just a plain burnt chicken burger. The other halfs was the same.

Customer service was awful! Food took nearly two hours to arrive! The delivery driver was arrogant and didn’t care the food was last. Food wasn’t very nice! Waste of money and will not be ordering again!

Placed an order at 18:30, didn't arrive until 20:10 after phoning twice...chips were cold. Will not be ordering from there again.

Placed order online, waited ages for a response/confirmation.. then they rejected the order, no explanation given, just a long wait for nothing. Disappointing, used them several times before they changed their name from blazes, over 2 hours left until closing time & only 5 mins away, yet order was declined, won't attempt to order from again, waiting over 30 minutes to get rejected is a joke.

Had a boneless bucket tonight, was really tasty, chips are better than kfcs too!! Will defo order again 😋 came quicker than the estimated time as well.

Ordered 7.45pm was told up to a hr for delivery called up at 8.40 to see where it was to be told just preparing it if you want your food to arrive before midnight do NOT order from this place, very rude guy that my husband spoken too.
