Delivery on time, Ordered garlic crust wasn't garlic at all, dough was tough, lacked toppings and not hot. Pepsi max and sour cream dip missing. Nachos ok. Driver said he would return in 2 mins with the pop, erm must have fell down a hole somewhere. 2nd time ordering from here, and order not upto scratch which is very disappointing.

food was cold, chips cold and like rubber, onion rings not nice, nachos discusting, had to throw most of it in the bin, this was a treat and at £27 was unacceptable,

Food was burnt and freezing cold. The whole meal was inedible. I definitely won’t be buying from here again! Totally wasted my money!

Ordered from here a few times - all decent experiences. There have been occasions where food arrived way earlier than expected and piping hot, other times where it's been a bit late, but still very tasty.

Since I have been ordering from Pizza Hut, the pizza never been so delicious as the one made by the chef I just ordered today.

Ordered online, they said they didn’t have our order and magically found it after ringing them 5 times! Rude service, extremely long wait. Stick to the dominoes in Tamworth, better service and they won’t try to scam you.

Didn’t receive order but wouldn’t refund , because apparently they said I did receive it but it was given to someone else in my block of flats nobody even knocked my door poor service and rubbish customer service

food cold and like cardboard. misding chicken and icecream for the cookie dough. driver was 30 mins late asking me to walk and find him even though i gave clear directions to my door. ridiculous

Won't race back! Tried here on Easter Sunday as they had a good offer on. Service was slow, and it took over an hour for our food to be delivered dispite the pizza tracker saying it was out for delivery for 35mins. When it did arrive, the pizza was lukewarm. The garlic bread was like bullets, and the ice cream, if that's what you call it, was runny. The delivery driver even knew I didn't think he was just delivering for pizza hut was sound asked if I was OK etc. Think we will stick to Domino's.

Pizza Hut is open again and the food was really good! Pan base is excellent. Pizza Hut has always been a nostalgic favourite of mine, so I was sad when it was closed alongside Cannock and other local Huts closing. Really glad it is re-open. It was new staff and the lady serving was lovely in store.

Good food decent service but quite a long wait for delivery, atmosphere if you go in last time I went wasn't very inviting and the inside service wasn't much better

Driver tried leaving without giving me the full order. He said he was only given one large pizza, not two. So I said I’m gonna call Pizza Hut and he suddenly found it.

I have been in since the order and have not received my order, nobody knocked my door or called if they could not find my flat

Update: PizzaHut has begun deliveries in Tamworth again. So get ordering! There is no delivery from this store. Pizza Hut has fallen a long way down. So all those slices one has stored are of no use. Give this place a miss

No drink wrong dip and food cold honestly wake up and do your job properly and turn the phone on so I can find out who messed up the order and I can force feed them sweet chilli dips and pour liters of Pepsi over there head so in the future you know what these items are

It’s been temporary closed for many months and yet I get leaflets for it all the time. How’s that work ?

Had a Pizza Hut leaflet through my door today, hey come and order some tasty pizza... OK then. Call number on the leaflet, and it's out of service. WHY WOULD YOU TEASE ME LIKE THIS?!

I checked this was open after getting off the train after a very long journey. Google said it was open so I headed around only to find it was closed.

Just received a marketing flyer in the post for Pizza Hut, yet the only one within an 8 mile radius is temporarily closed... Perhaps they should save their money on pointless marketing and hire some staff!

Have always had brilliant food with fast service. Only had one bad experience and they cleared it up swiftly with a solution that suited me well

Best pizza takeaway in Tamworth

So far I’ve been waiting 70 mins for pizzas that were scheduled delivery 40 mins ago. No tracking of order available. Is it really that busy on a Tuesday evening. Awful service .

Wrong order. Don't answer phone. How difficult is it for the staff to read a name on the receipt before handing it to the driver. It's not an acceptable mistakes it's lazy beyond belief.

First thing they never answer phone. Just like to say there loss ordered elsewhere and the bill came to £128.89 and we were all very pleased with the service and food so want be wasting my time with PIZZA HUT again Just read all the reviews it’s SHOCKING how bad it is 💥DO NOT USE THIS PLACE💥

Brilliant service! We received an incorrect pizza on our delivery and after calling the branch, they sent the correct pizza within 30mins along with a free tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream.

My friend ordered from them today 27/01/21 order says it was on the way, baring in mind we was exact 305 feet away from there shop, it took them 20 minutes to deliver it, as the driver comes around the corner in his Mazda mx2 he is picking his nose then gives him the food!!! Disgusting

This place is shocking ordered last nite got a pile of undercooked slop..tried calling 7 Times no answer ..emailed head office for a refund as i would have requested this if able to get through...never ever again so angry ..how they THINK this is acceptable is just wrong..STAY AWAY and believe me i could go on

Pizza looked burnt was greasy and cold my son's was the same. Also both of our starters were cold wedges soggy and uneatable and cheesy triangles just cooked Overall very disappointing and waste of hard earned cash. We ordered some pizzas from here. The pizzas didn't arrive between the times they stated. Time was between 25-35 mins but by the time it arrived it was near 50mins. The pizza themselves although good valve for £5 a medium pizza. The taste was bland and the toppings were sparse.

We get from here very frequently and we're always happy. They forget a topping occasionally but pizza is always yummy and on time. They have an option on the website to take cheese off of the pizza so is great for vegans.

We ordered a plain margherita and we got a meat pizza?

Good pizza always been a fan but as i have lactose intolerance i cant eat cheese other then the vegan stuff if pizza hut had thiss they would be winning

Ordered ‘The Meaty One’... we got a cheese and onion delivered, then to wait for the correct pizza to be delivered whilst the cookie dough solidifies and the ice cream melts... told to choose between a refund and fresh food... awful service from a big chain like this if I wasn’t so hungry I would have told them to stick the fresh food where the sun doesn’t shine and ring dominoes. Gave one star as zero stars isn’t an option....

Good pizza, but the pepperoni one was full of oil on the back. (It is ok if you want to fry one egg with free oil) 😁

Staff didn't know the menu properly

The pizzas I ordered took over 65 minutes to arrive at my home from the time of online order confirmation. I live exactly 6 miles away from the Tamworth Pizza Hut takeaway. In that time I could have gone to my local Morrisons supermarket, bought two pizzas of similar size with added mozzarella that would have tasted way better than your pizzas for less than a quarter of the price, and then cooked them myself and still would have had time to spare within the hour!!! The pizza was low on taste, with very little so-called 'mozzarella' in the so-called 'stuffed crust', and came with too little topping spread too far from the edges of the pizzas with a certain degree of burning. Very unimpressed, and I won't be repeating that overpriced rubbish again, thank you!

Think twice before using! Incredibly poor service, slow delivery, and rude staff on the phone. Don't waste your money at this place. Pay more and use Dominos instead.

Not the best I've been to but ok..

Finally answer just to say they were closed half an hour before closing with no apology.

Worst delivery ever. Been waiting over an hour and a half for a pizza and all they can say is 'oh he's a few minutes away' or 'oh no ones in' but I've been sitting here all afternoon! Pizza will be cold by the time it arrives.

Pizza was nice, garlic bread was nice and the wedges were nice, the only problem i have is the pizza is sold by the slice, dont like that.

Rubbish, I ordered something off there menu 'potato skins' and they didn't arrive. I called to find out where they were, they told me they didn't sell them any-more.... 2 weeks later still awaiting a refund for them

Was meant to be issued a refund because our voucher didn't process online. At first the girl on the phone said the store can't process refunds from online orders and that we need to contact head office. Then she said she can do it, but needs the manager to authorise, but isn't in. She went away to phone the manager who apparently phoned head office, who allegedly authorised the refund which would taker a few days. Over 3 weeks later, no refund had been received and on contacting head office they had not been contacted by Tamworth Pizza Hut at all!

Service was fine, very polite although on each occasion the food has been under cooked even after a staff member told me to mention that I would like it cooked longer the next time. Obviously the staff would deny that it was undercooked but anyone can test for themselves by trying the same food from a few other branches and comparing them. Again the food is undercooked, unless you like pale cooked, doughy pizza bases
