Absolutely amazing I had a milk shake and they put a cover under the lid so it wouldn’t spill whilst on the way to me, the food was amazing very fresh and well packaged. I have a lovely little note telling me to have a great day on the side of the bag. Little things that make someone’s day, I 100% recommend to everyone 10/10 experience from me.

Absolutely Shocking, the food served here does not represent Slim Chickens at all. The restaurant was empty but the service was still shocking and the food badly prepared. Either go to a Slims franchise or go to KFC over the road

I am extremely concerned about our recent visit to slim chicks. When we got there customer service was mid. When we arrived at 7:40 3 members of staff where sat at a table when 1 decided to come serve us. These staff were eating on shift at this table. A lady came to service and service was mid. It wasn’t terrible but it wasnt great. Following our order we sat down and the staff member went back to her food. Whilst waiting for our food i noticed a member of the kitchen team prepare some toast and place it on the pass, WHERE SHE PROCEEDS TO PICK THE TOAST FROM THE PASS AND EAT IT IN THE KITCHEN WHERE I VISIBLY CAN SEE HER?? Like atleast if youre gonna do that where customers cant see you eating in the kitchen? We proceed to wait whilst the staff members prepare out food. Im watching the food be boxed up and had not questioned if it was ours. The food was sat on the hot plate for around 10 mins , to this point where the staff member (who was sat eating) decided to get up, and bag our food up. I was shocked that it was sat on the side for so long us being the only customers waiting for food. Following all of these negative points, my friend was extremely disappointed when she found a piece of chicken in her battered pickles. This is unacceptable. luckily for her she isnt a vegetarian, and was not made aware that this was clearly not a vegetarian friendly dish. I have recently checked your website to see that it is cooked/prepared in the same area as the chicken which is valid, but it doesnt state random pieces of food that have been uncarefully handled in the kitchen being served to us. We will not be returning. I would really appreciate hearing what you have to say about this

I have been here a few times and it is our local branch. I decided to go and get my partner a chicken tenden meal take out. It was on a Sunday, not even midday. I noticed the restaurant wasn't busy. I thought great I could just make my order and be on my way. I got to the counter, and 2 girls were working.  One was already serving her customer, but the other just literally ignored me. I stood there for a bit, seeing if she would be the one that served me, and she did eventually when the other girl walked away. she was very unbothered about asking me much about my order. She handed  me a cup for drinks, and then I told her I needed it take out.. instead of saying, "we can change that for you." She was very abrupt !!  Word for word, she said with an attitude "well you didn't say that." her attitude she body language dealing with a paying customer, is disgusting. When she took my order, she made me feel like I was inconvenient her for being there. I felt unwelcome. After she finished with me, not even a single word, not a smile. Instead, she just turned around and started chatting to the girl from the cafe next to slim chicken. Her name is Kyla, and here is a receipt. I often see her on the till with face on.  But most of the time, my partner placed the order, and he said the same thing, but we ignored it. We just wanted to enjoy our food. From reading through the recent bad reviews. I gathered that customers are complaining about the same person. If you do not like your job, please save the company face and go do something else. We never have issues with the food, but the customer service was appalling

Quite possibly one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever had to endure (and I have been to some pretty rank KFCs). The restaurant was dirty with many dirty tables and no sign of staff clearing and cleaning them. My wife's food was bought out first, which I understand, yet I witnessed mine and my stepdaughters food waiting under warm lamps for a good 5-10 minutes whilst staff were grouped by the drinks machine or on their mobiles eventually my wife went and challenged the member of staff on their phone who bought over the meals. Overall the food was reasonable, though overpriced but the service and cleanliness was appalling. I will not return.

If you want an order of disappointment this is your place!! My sister ordered us a treat meal from Here last night which cost over £52 bare that in mind!!!! So not a cheap meal. She ordered it via Uber eats. The driver delivered it with no issues. We then get everything out the bag for EVERYTHING to be completely WRONG. Apart from Two ranch sauces!! So I rang the restaurant very calmly and explained our whole order was wrong even though the receipt on our bag had the correct order information thinking it would be an easy resolve. Spoke to a younger girl , who basically said we can’t do anything you will have to go through Uber. Even though we spoke to Uber prior and they said it’s not their responsibility as the food was delivered safely. So we spoke to the restaurant as they was the ones making the error. Yet was basically told sorry but we can’t do anything, and lots of rubbish about Uber customer service will sort it. It was absolutely disgraceful customer service and no sense of actual knowledge. Bare in mind this was around 7.30/8pm and basically this girl couldn’t be bothered to help us as they shut at 9pm and obviously required to much ‘work’ but it’s interesting reading these Reviews that someone else had a wrong order via deliveroo and apparently a luke that works there sorted it no problem? So basically the staff I spoke to couldn’t be bothered. So we was left with a whole bag of food we couldn’t even eat, it was stone cold and they forget even the basic sides. I wouldn’t mind if this was even a side of fries or something as I understand human error can happen. But the fact the receipt with our CORRECT order was on the bag but inside EVERYTHING was wrong! Shows total lack of care. The fact this cost so much money and we couldn’t even enjoy it after my sister was treating us is absolutely disgraceful. Especially when it’s a ‘treat’ and not something we can do all the time. I’d avoid this place at all costs. Considering this is a new restaurant this is so unbelievably disappointing. The girl I spoke to clearly needs training and if you aren’t happy in a job, go and get a new one or at-least do the one you’re doing correctly. If I could give no stars I actually would 👎

The quality of the food was horrendous; all of it cold, the burgers, the tenders and the fries. We also added an extra chicken breast on both burgers and neither of them had it on. It's disappointing that there is such little care on the quality control of food being served, especially considering it's only just opened.

Received my order very quickly within a 20 minute period from ordering it online, was very happy with this. Until opening it all up and it was all FREEZING COLD. To which I then called the company themselves to be greeted by a very rude man who told me ‘no sorry has only left shop 10 minute ago’ and ‘can’t do anything no’. Will not be ordering here again, terrible customer service!!

For anyone hiring the function room be careful. If Paula is on shift just run she is rude and her attitude stinks. Tried to steal my belongings for something out of my control. Avoid at all costs.
