Don't order a naan kebab from here! The hardest kebab I've had, I couldn't BITE through it let alone cut! barely any meat in there. Chips were nice.

Love this place. Order every time I can. Meatfeast pizza is mouth watering. Always order my special buy one 16inch pizza get another one free. Usually mozzarella for the kids or pepperoni. Kids chicken nuggets and chips, chicken burgers are so tasty. Amazing portions, great taste, brilliant customer service, most excellent delivery time. Would highly recommend for anyone in the Tamworth area.

Late at night, sent the wrong pizza, rang them, they was just closing but made us the right pizza and delivered after they had closed, thankyou ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delivery driver rang because she couldn’t find my address I gave her clear instructions but she ended up delivering it to somebody else. Pizza paradise were great on the phone though really apologetic and helpful and they got new food sent out and arrived within 20 minutes. When it arrived though it was so good as usual!!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and had no pepperoni on it

Both pizza's were cold and soggy, not thin crust at all, thick and doughy, mozzarella sticks were stone cold and soggy, chicken wings were tiny with barley any meat on and stone cold... Won't be ordering again

Customer service is disgusting called up for the 3rd time to complain about my food. Another member of staff in the back ground loudly saying talk her to shut up she's moaning for no reason. And to be told nothing they will do about my food after £30+ for bogof 16' pepperoni pizzas on delivery.

Delivery was a little late but that wasn't a issue , so when I ordered pizza it said buy one get from free , so I left a comment saying like for like on both pizzas , two different pizzas ! So I expected 4 pizzas , got two ! Was cold aswel also ordered cheese and pepperoni stuff crust on one pizza the slices I got were empty crust , chips weren't cooked I'm sorry for bad reveiw because have ordered before and was happy , but just spent £45 on this order and most in the bin

Food was a little late today but it is Saturday night so I guess it's to be expected. It was also not as hot as normal but still enjoyed it, just not quite as good as normal.

Food arrived 30 minutes after the delivery window. Food was okay, we ordered half & half and found that the spicy chicken pizza was very bland and lacked any sort of spice. The other pizza toppings were fairly sparce & the cheese didn't seem to be mozzarella, tasted different. It was okay overall, but when you consider that Papa Johns can do 2x large pizzas, 2x sides & a bottle of drink for £30, I'll probably just use them in the future.

We always have pizza from here! However tonight’s was very poor! The taste was strange the base tasted different and the sauce tasted sour! Can’t say it made us all poorly but we all woke in the night with bad stomachs. Not sure what’s gone on but it has put me off using this place again.

Recently, my daughter and her friend placed an order for two pizzas at Pizza Paradise. Shockingly, shortly after consuming the food, both my daughter and her friend fell violently ill. The severity of my daughter's illness is deeply concerning and has raised significant questions regarding the hygiene practices maintained by the establishment. Compounding our distress was the wholly inappropriate conduct of the manager at Pizza Paradise when we reached out to address this issue. The manager's response was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive of our concerns. To our astonishment, they even claimed that the pizzas contained no meat, suggesting that it could not have caused any harm. Such a response not only belittled our legitimate concerns but also demonstrated a concerning lack of understanding and empathy for our predicament. Adding to the matter, the manager's aggressive behaviour towards my wife during the phone conversation is deeply troubling. Their raised voice and verbal harassment were completely uncalled for and unacceptable. This behaviour further underscores our worries about the ethical and moral standards upheld by Pizza Paradise. Moreover, it is essential to note that our order was not accompanied by a receipt. This lack of documentation only adds to our apprehensions about the transparency and accountability of Pizza Paradise s operations. What makes matters worse is that the manager abruptly hung up the phone when my wife attempted to pass the call to me so that I could speak. This abrupt disconnection not only further reflects the manager's unprofessional behaviour but also hindered our attempts to address this issue directly. Given the severity of the health consequences, the lack of professionalism, the absence of a receipt, and the abrupt hang-up, I have reported Pizza Paradise to relevant authorities so they can take urgent and comprehensive action. An exhaustive investigation into the hygiene practices at Pizza Paradise is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of the community. It is equally imperative to address the manager's disrespectful demeanour and verbal harassment to establish a respectful and secure environment for all patrons.

I paid an extra £1:20 for pineapple but it was missed off

I have been ordering from here for years but recently I have noticed how thin the pizzas have got and hardly any topping. I ordered extra cheese and garlic on my pizza. There was hardly enough cheese to cover the base and I couldn’t taste the garlic. I think I will order from somewhere elts next time.

Got both kebabs mixed up. Didn’t have my fries with my meal. & no sauce with my chicken. Meat was dry & naan breast was over cooked. I’m a regular but will not be returning

First time ordering and perhaps last. We ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and two fries to which entire lot went into the bin. The garlic bread was dripping with oil, chips were soggy and the pizza tasted disgusting. I am shocked you would deliver this quality of food like that. I never complain about anything but this was bad

Great food as usual and super speedy delivery, however, the Seafood Pizza didn’t have any Prawns on it which detracted somewhat from the overall taste experience. Shame as this is always my go to choice and I missed the little pink critters on this occasion.

Never fails us, we have very specific orders all the time and have a family of 6 and still everything comes correct from drinks to sauces, always comes hot. We had a massive order not long ago and was so happy with it. Delivery drivers are so nice too :)
