Employee at the store and delivery driver both lied to myself saying they attempted delivery and tried calling me despite having proof they didn’t. When questioned the employee then told us it was our fault despite me standing on my doorstep facing the road( in which no delivery driver attempted to stop) then hung up the phone. They were deliberately avoiding my calls and when called off of a different number answered straight away before hanging up yet again when questioned. When asked when I would be getting my refund she was evasive and wouldn’t give me an answer before yet again hanging up for a third time.

I’m going to be honest I’ve been coming here for the past year and still don’t understand the bad reviews. The workers are very polite The food is always warm and of high standard The place very clean The prices are extremely cheap This is the very best dominos has to offer

Took an hour to come, they thought it was a good idea to pack the hot food with the cold drinks, so luke warm drinks and cold pizza was what arrived. Called the store, told them I wanted a refund, was told they would remake the order within the hour. So would have been 2hrs wait for 1 pizza. Order binned and lesson learnt.

Ordered a chicken & pineapple pizza last night & omg I haven’t been able to get away from the toilet after eating it last night & today also … feeling seriously ill -feel they’ve poisoned me 😩😤🤨

The pizza are super nice. But with a recent change in being charged for delivery it just makes it a-bit to expensive. Please change this guys

Ordered a couple of Pizza 's for delivery from here. Pizza's didn't take to long The tracking of the pizza's was slightly off though. Pizza's tasted nice and was surprised with the amount of topping we got on them which was a bonus.

Only have delivery service. However was disappointed recently when I found out that they now charge extra for delivery.

Always lovely pizzas and never take long to have your food ready if you're collecting. Staff are always friendly too

Awful got advised to order online as it is cheaper than in store . After ordering and paying £31 they asked me to approve the transaction on my bank . I loaded my bank app and sure enough a question to approve payment to dominos so I accepted and the payment went through . Order is now paid for and didn’t arrive with the restaurant . It says they may take 48hours to refund me but I’m not holding my breath . Staff there couldn’t be less helpful if they tried , I say this confidently as only 1 member of staff spoke very broken English . The rest of his team could not speak English at all . Please be very careful ordering food from Dosthill dominos pizza they could as with me take your money then can’t speak English . I wish I could give less than 1 star for this I would have given them minus 31 ( 1point minus for every pound they took) never trusting dominoes again to feed my 3 grandchildren again . Thanks literally for nothing ! By the way the whole process of ordering this was done in store with the manager seeing me doing this

Manager told me it’s cheaper to order online . He watched me do this in store . Payment needed to be authorised on my bank app . Payment taken for £31 no order came through to store and no pizza . Beware shame site alert . Staff couldn’t help as they didn’t speak English . Terrible terrible service and I would rate my food but they took my £31 and gave me no food for it

Ordered online for collection. Arrived at the store to find food was not ready despite receiving a message to state it was. Then given incorrect food items. Food was cold. Front of store employee very unfriendly and disinterested

Partner ordered Pizza for herself and kids, hair found in pizza. They collected it, no refund/exchange made at all. Extremely poor customer service. Zero Service recovery implemented. More worried about if they issue a refund, head Office will want to know how/why a hair was in pizza. Customer inconvenience not considered.

Couldn't deliver as told not enough drivers on. Miserable guy that served me had no manners both on the phone and in person. Everything was more expensive than my local dominos for some reason, even the crust options. Pizza was very nice though.

Never any delivery's available and litrally live a 5min drive down the road. Received a 10min warning and got there in time and them waited a further 10 minutes in the store as it wasn't ready.... Over all experience was terrible. 3 weeks prior to this we received a pizza 2 hours after ordering it and the pizza was cold. They apologised for the delay but I asked for some kind of refund, they said yes no problem... it never came.

It's ok, most toppings are fresh but generally tastes processed like most dominos pizzas. Parking can be difficult when collecting and prices are high, however there always seems to be an offer available.

Get a pizza delivered they will dump your food on the wet filthy floor outside. Unbelievable disgraceful service

My eldest was meeting his girlfriend and they had decided on pizza. Loved there excellent pizza and you will be very happy if you ever want to enjoy a delicious pizza.

Order online, collect or get delivery. Communication by telephone is absolutely awful. Food's good- would've given 5 stars except the staff hung up on me twice when I tried to order by phone. Telephone manners and customer service training would improve the experience for 5 stars.

Its Domino's so tasted how you would expect. Can't cut a pizza even though, just like any other Domino's

Certainly going down hill in my opinion,, 2 medium pizzas wedges and cheese garlic bread, no sauce on one of them.. And the other a topping was missing. Said 20 mins delivery came just after an hr and was just warm very dissatisfied.and very expensive for what you get.

Took like 1 hour n a half to get the pizza due to a delivery mistake. They didn't even offer a refund, load of rubbish when it comes to delivery, but food was still nice when it finally arrived.

Always love Domino's! Food is always hot whether delieveres or collected. We've made various changes to "standard" menu items (dietary requirements) and the staff are always happy to accommodate us. Best pizza place in town!

Food was just OK, I have to say it was far too expensive for what you get and was not that special, for the price of this take away for one, I could have got a takeaway for the whole family, will not be doing this again.

My requirements for a pizza place is pretty low and I 5 star this when judged against other domino pizza establishments. Doesn't seem fair to 1 star it because I had a really amazing pizza in whales once. As dominos places go. This one ticks all the boxes. That all I got.

AVOID! No cheese on my pizza, they would not swap it to TOP IT OFF! I found hair in the pizza that had cheese and cold wedges after using domino's for many years i find it disgusting and completely put me off going there anymore, wish i could use the one in the town centre, never had trouble with that branch and offered fantastic service.

I would recommend them all day long as for me I have had not one issue and i have ordered from them many times since they have opened. The only issue i have is the expense but they are not that pricey in comparison to some and if you buy a deal from the menu you get a good deal i think. I Will be ordering from again 100%.

Awful pizzas ! I’ve tried them a few times now. And it’s as if they can’t be bothered to cook them enough..they literally come out near enough completely uncooked! They are just slop in a box. Absolutely vile! I’ve had them delivered in around 15 minutes..that’s ..ordered.. prepped ..boxed ..and delivered ..to the door! They couldn’t of been in the oven for more than 3 minutes flat! You can see the cheese isn’t even melted! Making me feel nauseous thinking about them !! And their prices are extremely high. For slop!! I don’t mind paying if it’s good food .this is not good food. And is a complete waste of money! Steer clear..have a cheese sandwich instead! Or perhaps a pot noodle!

Totally.disgusted with their food safety standards. Uncovered, uncooked dough transported in boot and on back seat of deliver drivers car. Wheels for the trays on top of the trays of dough in boot. Then shoved across full length of car park. When raised with manager Luke he was dismissive and said his job was to serve pizza and had to get dough from somewhere. No concerns about the fact anything could have dropped in the dough and no control of what it had come k to contact with.

Car Parking is horrendous. The delivery drivers cone flyibgvthrough the tiny passage to the back of the shop where the car park it with no safe walkway for customers to the front of the shop.

really really disappointed not only with the pizza but also with the way my complaint was handled when i rang to complain. i totally understood that ordering a pizza on the same night as England were playing in the Semi Final of the World Cup was going to have a delay, which i was okay about hence why i ordered it at 6:40pm, what i wasn't expecting was it to show on the fancy tracking gadget they have for it to have left the oven 10 mins ago then having a quality check on it for 35mins, and you could tell when we received the pizza as it wasn't very warm at all and to make things worse my wife had half & Half Mexican Hot which came with No jalapenos (the best part) when i rang to complain i was told at 1st that "Mexican Hot doesn't come with Jalapenos" i thing young man you'll find it does.. for then to be told "it will be under the Extra Cheese you ordered" an error again as we never ordered Extra Cheese, but it gets better his next excuse was a New one to me "we cant put too many jalapenos on there in case its too hot" REALLY..!! why do you offer Extra Jalapenos on your website if your not allowed to add more.. is it for fear of "blowing someones mouth off" so what did i get as an apology for the mistake and a cold pizza.. well i got advice that on my next order i should tell them to make sure i have jalapenos on my Mexican hot so it doesn't happen again. i vowed after the last Dominoes we had from this Dosthill branch never to order from there again, but i thought it was just a one off.. which it clearly isn't.

Food was lovely and ready in 10 minutes, recommend to all who live local ( we don't) to pay them a visit.

Very annoying delivery drivers blasting out there music at night. They should not be doing that. Tell your drivers to turn it down.

We've had different pizzas from here on a couple of occasions and they've been the best we've had from any Dominoes
