I wish I could give 0 star but for review purpose, Iβll spare one. The manager in this place is absolutely rudest person I ever met in my life. We experienced her rudeness at first time we went, and thought somebody just having a bad day. But again today, we experienced her rudeness as a customer and she is rude to the staffs. Franchise owner should definitely look into it. One thing though, there wonβt be me visiting this restaurant again.

The BP garage in Tamworth has a Subway outlet, as l have never purchased a 6" roll, l wasn't sure what to do but the assistants were first class in helping me choose my added ingredients. π

Declan-way made me a most DELICIOUS "sub", if that's what you call it πππ. Was the most graceful thing to touch my lips. You see, I'm sad, divorced and 40 though I have been coming in regularly in the hopes that the sandwichzard will be there. Every time he is, we laugh beknowst to the other customers and I leave not only with a smile, though with a warm sandwich between my legs-OOPS!! hand ππππ₯°π₯°π₯°

Very disappointed. Had a salad from here to take to my night shift. It looks lost in the box and I also think they forgot to put the cheese on it. Very poor-sized portion will certainly not buy from here again. I had to add extra to it from home.

Had a subway for the last 3 nights in a row... because why not? π, but I want to give a mention to Jay... don't know his last name but the last 3 nights he has been so polite to me, he deserves recognition because he's a credit to subway and even spar, I hope this review gets to him or to management, from Kian and Sarah. ππ

I would not go here unless you wish to get food poisoning. The staff here seem to be clueless on what they are doing and seem incapable of making a sandwich. Vegan pattie was microwaved from frozen and they had no clue on what breads they sell! I would give a zero rating if possible, but instead I shall give you a one.

Terrible. Service is not on par with other franchises. Ordered twice from here and on both occasions my order was incorrect. Served a 6inch instead of a foot long and delivered via Uber eats. Waited 30mins for incorrect order. Not great.

Kept waiting for 5 minutes at the door when we had pre-booked. Tried to speak to a staff member who told me to just wait for someone. After her looking around for the host, sh came over to get us seated as apparently 'The Hostess is nowhere to be found. She always does this'. We were offered a table in a very noisy area for our booked breakfast. As my blind step son was with us (long overdue family catch-up), I asked if we could have a table closer to the continental breakfast area for his navigation through to the food. Another 3-5 minutes was spent looking at the system (and all the empty tables) before another table could be offered. The reason I am mentioning the timings is that we arrived 5 mins early for our 10.40am table. Eventually the waitress came to take our cooked breakfast order and rudely said 'you only have a couple of minutes left to put in an order before we close down breakfast'. We hurriedly ordered and a few mins later when handing over my cold scrambled eggs, I was told 'sorry no mushrooms left. Do you want something else?' I had only ordered 2 items. I chose baked beans and they were also tepid. Pastries and cornflakes and break were all hard/stale. There was no milk left and there was water all over the cereals table. We came for the unlimited breakfast option, but we couldn't have that as they wouldn't let us order anything else afterwards. Why keep breakfast open until 11am if you are going to waste 10 minutes of our time and then not actually let people have 'unlimited' breakfast, but still charge them for it? They also switched the music off straight after 11am (we had just received our cold food) and then they made a point of locking the doors. A very lukewarm reception and even colder 'hot food' and stale 'fresh pastries'. That was meant to be a really nice morning for our family.
