Had afternoon tea for mums 70th. It’s a lovely place, very tranquil, staff are very attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a lovely time. The afternoon tea was perfect!! Thank you xx

Came in for afternoon tea and cake. Small selection of sponge cakes on display but no labeling and noone serving. You que at the till,they ask what cake would you like...? Two teas and two slices of cake £14. 15 mins later it arrives at your table...£4.95 for a slice of cake ... outrageous! No forks to eat cake with and no sweetener. Tables are laden with dirty crockery, totally oblivious to the waitress 's toing and froing with costomers orders. Yet another negative review. Are these reviews ever read . Why is the standard of service still so abissmal.

Avoid this pub and the brewery that owns it. They ripped me off, HMRC have been informed about the way they operate and pay staff cash to avoid paying tax and national insurance. Tye kitchen is in a terrible state not fit to serve food. The police are watching the pub due to drink drivers constantly drinking in the pub and the. Driving home. I urge people to proceed with caution

Arrived to find staff member in tears after being berated by the manager, many customers present. Highly unprofessional management who obviously requires training on how to talk to staff in a suitable manner away from customer earshot

Fantastic Sunday lunch today with Sunday roast for one abd battered halloumi for me Brilliant food, great staff and very affordable. Always worth a visit

A real surprise great atmosphere.. Not been in much before. A place in Malvern that really was not on the radar as places to visit if you wanted a drink and good atmosphere however, the new owners Darren & Charlotte are very welcoming and turned the place around so now I recommend it fully so check it out, as you too will be pleasantly surprised..

We go here 3 or 4 times a year on a group motorcycle trip. Nice surroundings and a pleasant place to be. It can get busy but today we were in luck. The food is good and was quickly served today. No negative comments from us at all

Cheap and cheerful, lovely views from the beer terrace, great selection of beers including guest ales and mainstays. Nice staff

Nice little old fashioned pub but desperate for a makeover very dusty and not very clean so my wife didn't want too eat any food in this establishment the landlady was very abrupt and rude so we finished are drinks and left

Lovely evening meal with family for a special occasion. Great welcome from the staff. Orders taken in a timely fashion. Food was fantastic and not much was left. Would highly recommend for a group meal. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great value.

I have been using this place for 6 years and sadly I won’t use it again after my experience I ordered a large chicken meat and chips and a small chicken meat and chips for £18 when we received it we had less than a handful of chips each and they were hard and under cooked also pickles and coleslaw was missing, I did phone up and advise them and was just dropped of some pickles for £18 and also being a regular customer I thought this was awful customer service and this was the manager also so that makes it even worse!!! I feel yes sometimes you can get some good food from there but lately it’s Been so up and down and the level of service given to customers even regular customers is awful and I will now no longer be using this restaurant as they obviously don’t care about there customers. I ordered food from this store and it wasn't cooked properly gave me and my partner food poisoning I've tried to get into contact with them about it and I've heard nothing back no emails or phone calls wouldn't recommend

ABSOLUTELY Disgusting! Never ever written a review in the Uk. But today on Tuesday 20/5/25 at 5.20pm. called the store after a terrible disgusting experience with the New Franks red hot product. I bit into the product and it squirted hot liquid on my arm and in my car. When I called the store a female said. "That's the way they are made!!" WHAT ARE THEY ON ABOUT.... MCDONALD'S PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED TO BURST AND SQUIRT OUT HOT LIQUID. Then she put me on wait without any explanation and passed the phone to a manger. Who gave me all the spiel about this issue not being known about, blah blah blah.. not in their products In their store... Blah blah But then I reminded him that the female said that's they way they are made. So if it's not a known issue them how earth would that lady know it was an issue! And say " that's the way they are made! Really horrible hygiene and food safety protocol followed by the manager. I told him the item and recipit was in my bin, he never requested the item as he should have done and also replaced my item with the receipt from my bin. Eat here at your own cost.

Cold food, cold plates, the place was grubby and the staff looked so bloody miserable. I will not go again, which is a shame as it was so good. I don’t know what has happened to it. But it’s bye from me.
