Not really much improvement from my last visit; some tables still need clearing, but meal was quicker than I expected. Although tea and coffee is help-yourself from the side machines along with cutlery/napkins/salt+pepper, they bring out sauce when the meal arrives, so it's clear they're trying to stick to a budget and saving where they can. For a small bite and a place to use WiFi for a quick bit of work, it did the trick... but meals aren't anything great.

The Cafe was hardly full yet you have never seen a more miserable bunch of staff in your life also they forgot one persons meal altogether the coffee machine area had no milks as not restocked, the tables were not cleared even though the one staff member brought food out but took an empty tray back to the kitchen without clearing a table next to the couple they just served and as stated the cafe was not full by any means.

They are still having problems with the coffee machine. They regularly have no coffee and long waits for breakfast when they're half full. When the breakfast comes it's good and the staff are friendly. Management needs to sort out staffing and service the coffee machine.

Most things were not available - this was at 1:30 The person on the till had a wonderful 'did not give a toss' attitude The highlight was that they had no coffee available - this is as bad as a pub with no beer A café with no coffee. We went to the Hereford branch a couple of days later and it was first-class, everything was available and a nice staff attitude. Perhaps the staff from Malvern need to go on a training course in Hereford

service was slow , my friends burger was over cooked tough and cold ,so were the chips ! my peas were like bullets, chips cold but the scampi was ok ! will not be eating there again !!

Food was not hot. Service poor. The whole cafe looked dirty and scruffy. Tea making area was stained and had spilled ingredients. No cups available in the area. Servers miserable. No receipts being issued.Overall bad enough that I made a complaint.

Not the best place to eat. Cost has gone up quality gone down. Jacket potato cooked in micro wave skin not crispy not what to expect from a jacket potato won't be eating there again.

Stopped off for a quick bite at their restaurant around lunchtime, and... was quite disgusted by the state of the place. I placed an order at nearly 1pm, having difficulty getting the machine to scan my Morrison's barcode (I gave up in the end) and was informed at the till of a 25 mins wait - but this was post-lunchtime with nobody queuing and the place half-empty, so couldn't understand why the long delay. In the meantime I took to a table, observing plenty of dirty tables around still uncleared. There were no forks nor cups for tea, several teapots empty of bags, no condiments out - apparently they are delivered the the meal, but when my meal arrived it came without and none were offered... the waitress basically dropped and ran. I used to enjoy good cheap breakfasts and lunches in there previously, but it's become a real run-down place, with either insufficient staff to run decent operations or staff that just don't care about customer service. I'll probably refrain from visiting it again until they begin to pay attention to detail.

Stopped by for a snack. Hubby noticed an advert on each table showing cream tea with a drink so decided to order it. No sandwiches. Couldn’t have it. They used to serve lovely fresh sandwiches in a container with a few crisps but the sandwich section was empty. This was at noon. I have looked across on many occasions and wondered why it was empty. Now I know why. It used to be a lovely spot for a quick snack. Shame.

Ordered 2 x ultimate breakfasts and 1 x full breakfast. Can't really describe how awful the food was but will try. Everything overcooked - hash browns had been fried for so long there was nothing left inside, just a shell where potato used to be! Fried bread was firstly a crust of bread (who wants that?) and secondly was so hard you couldn't even put a knife through. My daughters plate arrived with a good 1mm of water swishing about that we had to drain off into a coffee mug. Sausages were dark brown/black and only just edible. £25 totally wasted, will be avoiding the cafe in future. Shame because the staff were nice and friendly.

Used to be ok here but this place has gone downhill. Till lady was pleasant enough but the free drinks refill facility has been discontinued. Ordered and paid for mushrooms (plural) but they were suspiciously missing from the plate when the breakfast arrived. When we questioned the expressionless waitress, we were asked to show our receipt before she went off to get them. What resembled an equally expressionless flattened slug (singular) on a plate arrived with no words of apology or anything. Eggs were rubbery, (no, not lovely as in the Benny Hill quip). The only thing that was worth a star was the the till lady.

We all know petrol stations comit daylight robbery on ciggarettes but not so at tesco express stations and so i thought at morrisons, stopped off at morrisons petrol station to refuel and buy cigarettes only to find the brand that are £8.95 in shops are £11.40! Tesco express petrol station are £8.95 because they are ownded by tesco unlike morrisons who dupe you by putting a morrissons sign above door on some sort of franchise that charge what they like, very underhanded behaviour!!

Over the last year, I have noticed that the customer service of staff stacking the shelves and staff on the tills has gradually got more disrespectful. They grunt, you get one word answers and they don’t look happy to be there. Since coronavirus has had an impact on the store, the queuing system has changed and you are now called to a number...I didn’t hear the number and Got attitude when they had to repeat it. We live in Powick so it’s our closest supermarket, but I’d much rather cross the bridge now to get to Tesco to avoid their bad manners.

Just called in to fill up with petrol and the site is an absolute disgrace to Morrisons. There are 2 groundsmen cutting grass and hedges but the borders are full of litter, bags and paper everywhere. No gloves for using when filling up with diesel. Litter bins overflowing, etc. There is no pride in how this place is kept.

Popped in while shopping at Morrisons Tea and egg sandwich, was fresh and okay. Good value. Help yourself to tea as much as you want. Staff seemed happy and friendly Food looked good

My wife and I often shop in Morrisons. I went there today22/01/20 and called in at the cafe. The staff were SO friendly, the service quick , and the place was clean . i always have black coffee, and I have never tasted better. Come on Morrisons, you can beat the Germans if you really try. They don't have cafes, there is no service with a smile because they are too busy loading up their fork lift trucks

Visited Morrisons cafe for a quick snack was Christmas shopping. I was amazed at the choice on the menu and the prices. My daughter and I both had scampi and chips which was served very quickly and piping hot. Great value for scampi chips and peas at £5. The scampi was very nice not the usual processed pieces and there was plenty of it. The staff were very pleasant and came to ask us if everything was ok with a meal. The tables were cleared and cleaned after every use which I must admit have not seen done so often in pub chains. Overall a very pleasant visit would definitely recommend and revisit next time in Malvern

WE have a few meals at different time in Morrisons in differnt parts of the uk and the cafe/restaurant at malvern is very good the staff are very helpful and the food is alway good it's nice and clean so if your shopping and want a snack/meal it worth a vist

Went in for the Christmas Lunch after shopping. Good value meal with starter plus turkey and trimmings for £6.50. Very nicely presented prawn cocktail starter and main course as good as could be expected for "cafeteria" food. Impressed by the staff who were very helpful...

Great breakfast, served by very polite attentive staff. For the money you just can’t do better in my view. Clean plate!

Usual Morrison’s value, with great coffee as always. The Staff are friendly and efficient, and ready with a smile for all their Customers..

Staff very helpful and friendly, manager not afraid to get his hands dirty and also nice to be asked by him if we enjoyed our meals . Restaurant very clean , food was good value for money and I would definitely pop in again.
